The purpose of this study is understanding the spirit of ‘JeonShin’ through copying of portraits of Chae Jaegong, to recognize ‘Suryubuchae’, which is a representative concept of color painting among the painting techniques, and to present a basic color painting learning methodology for the development of traditional painting and modernization in a balanced way. The subject of the study is a learning plan consisting of 15 weeks and 3 hours for students. The class will be continued by learning specific steps based on the process of copying <The Portrait of Jegong Chae, 73 years old>. Among the 15-week lesson plans, the silk-color painting and copying procedures were divided into stages, focusing on the previous 7-week lessons. At the beginning of whole class, the concept of ‘JeonShinSaJo’ and ‘SuRyuBuChae’ is presented, explaining why these concept are important in oriental painting, and making it possible to learn concept of copying through the portrait of Chae Je-gong. Also, after mentioning the achievements and importance of Yi Myeong-gi, a representative portrait painter of the Joseon Dynasty, I would say to students that copying his works could be a good study. The theory is introduced in Body 1, and the rest is listed in order of time according to the required process. In Text 2, the necessary materials and techniques were explained, and in Text 3, the substrate treatment was discussed. Each step is explained in the order of making glue, attaching silk to the frame, and completing the process in order. In the main body 4, the process of making the ‘ChaeJaegong’ portrait and painting in detail was explained. Each step according to the intermediate process of coloring are recorded in detail. In the text 5, the method of depicting each specific body part and characteristic was explained, and the parts that should be paid attention to in detail were mentioned. In the conclusion, I tried to talk about the purpose of education through copying, the development and future direction of traditional painting, and the balanced search with modern painting, while mentioning again that it was studied for study guidance to future painters.

어플리케이션 비대면 진료, 처방을 활용한 발달장애인 치료명령제도 및 외래치료지원제도 모델 제안: 국내와 사례 및 피드백 분석을 중심으로

현재 발달장애인들의 일탈행위에 대한 사회의 여론이 부정적으로 바뀜에 따라 치료감호 등에 관한 법률이 점차 강화되어 범죄를 저지르지 않은 발달장애인도 강제로 외래치료지원을 받게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 법의 강화에도 불구하고 현실에서는 외래치료지원의 순응도가 높지 않고, 실제로 범죄를 저지른 발달장애인이 치료감호를 받을 경우 그 사후관리 역시 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 이러한 상황은 계속해서 범죄를 저지르지 않은 외래치료지원을 받는 발달장애인이나, 형기를 이미 마친 발달장애인들에 대한 법적 강제성을 강화하는 방법에는 한계가 있기 때문이고, 교육학적으로 치료나 행동변화 교육적 목적 달성에 큰 도움이 되지 않는다. 발달장애인과 그 가정의 현실에 맞는 제도가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 원격진료와 발달장애인의 치료명령을 도울 수 있는 다양한 기능을 어플리케이션에 어떻게 담을 수 있을지 기존의 원격진료 국내외 사례분석과 그에 대한 반응을 질적분석을 통해 모델을 제시한다. 기본적인 원격진료 어플리케이션의 틀을 담되, 발달장애인의 진료에 맞게 비디오 통화 기능을 담고, 사회복지사, 교육자, 어플리케이션을 통한 치유 프로그램 개발 등의 협력을 점차 늘려가는 방향으로 한다. 이를 통해 통원진료가 어렵고 순응도가 낮았던 발달장애인의 외래치료지원 및 치료감호 사후지원을 실효화 하고, 발달장애인 보호자들의 통원 보조 부담 역시 경감해 줄 수 있다. As the public opinion on deviant behavior of people with developmental disabilities has changed negatively, the law on treatment and supervision has been gradually strengthened, and even people with developmental disabilities who have not committed crimes are forced to receive outpatient treatment orders. However, despite the strengthening of these laws, compliance with outpatient treatment orders is not high in reality, and the follow-up management is also insufficient when a person with developmental disabilities who actually commits a crime receives treatment and supervision. In this paper, we present a model through qualitative analysis of existing domestic and foreign cases of remote medical treatment and responses to how to include various functions that can help treatment commands for people with developmental disabilities and telemedicine in the application. The framework of the basic telemedicine application is included, but the video call function is added to suit the treatment of the developmentally disabled. Cooperation with social workers, educators, and healing programs through applications will be gradually increased. Through this, outpatient treatment support and post-treatment support for people with developmental disabilities, who has difficulty in moving and poor compliance, can be effectively implemented, and the burden of outpatient support for caregivers of people with developmental disabilities can also be reduced.
