      • 작은소진드기(Haemaphysalis longicornis)의 형태학적 연구 : 표면 미세구조 및 침샘조직 The Fine Surface Structures and Salivary Gland

        Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann, 1901 were collected from native cattle and milk cattle, at the Cholla-buk-do province, Korea from June to September 1989. The fine surface structures of each growing stages in H. longicornis were observed by scanning electron microscope(JSM-T330A). Venter, capitulum, hypostome, anus, spiracular plate, ventral integument, festoon, scutum, dorsal integument, claw, legs and Haller's organ were observed. Mean body length is 2,710.2㎛ in unfed males, 3,003.3㎛ in unfed females, l,396.6㎛ in unfed nymphs and 662.6㎛ in unfed larvae. Hypostome dentition is usually 5/5 in adult, 3/3 in nymph and 2/2 in larva. Light microscope was used to investigate the histological structures of the salivary gland in unfed female ticks, H. longicornis. As in other species of female ixodid ticks, the salivary glands are consisted of three alveoli, one agranular(type Ⅰ) and two granular(type Ⅱ, Ⅲ).

      • 참진드기(Ixodes nipponensis) 감염 1예

        저자들은 56세의 여자에서 수개월 동안 피하결절로 나타난 Ixodes nipponensis에 의한 감염 1예를 경험하고 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다. We report herein an unusual case of tick bite. A 56 year old woman complained of erythematous nodular skin lesion on the left upper chest. An excisional biopsy specimen of the lesion showed darkish-red nodule, in which there was a tick. It was identified as an adult female of Ixodes nipponensis by the scanning electron microscopic examination.

      • 肥滿細胞의 脫顆粒에 미치는 pH의 影響에 關하여

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of pH on the degranulation of mesenteric and peritoneal mast cells induced by compound 48/80 in vivo and in vitro, and to determine the optimal dosage of compound 48/80 for the mast cell degranulation in various pH. Results were as following: 1. In vivo study using mesenteric mast cells : the effect of compound 48/80(1㎍/ml) on mast cells was markedly increased in pH 7.8. 2. In vitro study using peritoneal mast cells: the onset time of degranulation of mast cell induced by compound 48/80(0.33㎍/ml) was shorter in pH 7.2 and 7.8 than those in pH 5.5, 6.4 and 8.5. Above results suggested that response of mast cell to compound 48/80 was rapidly degranulated in pH 7.2 and pH 7.8.

        烏貝散이 흰쥐 胃의 Gastrin, Histamine, Somatostatin 면역반응세포에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the elects on the administration of Opae-san in rats. Opae-san (500mg/day) and omeprazole(10mg/day) were administration with stomach tube for 4 weeks and 8 weeks. This experiment were investigated numerical change of immunoreactive cells of gastric, histamine and somatostatin in rat stomach mucosa by the immunohistochemical method. The results were as follows : 1. In Opae-san administration group for 4 weeks, the number of gastric immunoreactive cells were increased in one and a half times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 4 weeks, the number of gastric immunoreactive cells were increased in four times than that of control group. In Opae-san administration group for 8 weeks, the number of gastric immunoreactive cells were increased four times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 8 weeks, the number of gastrin immunoreactive cells were increased in six times than that of control group. 2. In Opae-san administration group for 4 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased in two times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 4 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased in six times than that of control group. In Opae-san administration group for 8 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased three times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 8 week, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased in seven times than that of control group. These results suggest that Opae-san extracts inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and this extract use to therapeutic herb of gastric disorders related to the hyperacidity and gastric ulcer.

        二陳湯 전탕액이 흰쥐 위의 Gastrin, Histamine, Somatostatin 면역반응세포에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the effects on the administration of Yijin-tang extract in rats. Yijin-tang extract(4ml/day) and omeprazole(10mg/day) were administration with stomach tube for 4 weeks and 8 weeks. This experiment were investigated regional distriburion and frequency of immunoreactive cells of gastrin, histamine and somatostatin in rat stomach mucosa by the immunohistochemical method. The results were as follows:1. In Yijin-tang extract administration group for 4 weeks, the number of gastrin immunoreactive cells were increased in two times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 4 weeks, the number of gastric immunoreactive cells were increased in four times than that of control group. In Yijin-tang extract administration group for 8 weeks, the number of gastric immunoreactive cells were not significant change compared with that of 4 weeks administration group. In omeprazole administration group for 8 weeks, the number of gastrin immunoreactive cells were increased in six times than that of control group. 2. In Yijin-tang extract administration group for 4 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased in three times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 4 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased in five times than that of control group. In Yijin-tang extract administration group for 8 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased 4 times than that of control group. In omeprazole administration group for 8 weeks, the number of histamine immunoreactive cells were increased in seven times than that of control group.         흰쥐에서 WGA-HRP와 pseudorabies virus를 이용한 정관의 신경로에 대한 연구

        This experimental studies was to investigate the location of PNS and CNS labeled neurons following injection of 2% WGA-HRP and pseudorabies virus (PRY), Bartha strain, into the ductus deferens of rats. After survival times 4-5 days following injection of 2% WGA-HRP and PRV, the rats were perfused, and their brain, spinal cord, sympathetic ganglia and spinal ganglia were frozen sectioned ($30{\mu}m$). These sections were stained by HRP histochemical and PRY inummohistochemical staining methods, and observed with light microscope. The results were as follows ; 1. The location of sympathetic ganglia projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in pelvic ganglion, inferior mesenteric ganglion and L1-6 lwnbar sympathetic ganglia. 2. The location of spinal ganglia projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in T13-L6 spinal ganglia. 3. The PRY labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in lateral spinal nucleus, lamina I, II and X of cervical segments. In thoracic segments, PRY labeled neurons were observed in dorsomedial part of lamina I, II and III, and dorsolateral part of lamina IV and V. Densely labeled neurons were observed in intermediolateral nucleus. In first lumbar segment, labeled neurons were observed in intermediolateral nucleus and dorsal commisural nucleus. In sixth lumbar segment and sacral segments, dense labeled neurons were observed in sacral parasympathetic nuc., lamina IX and X. 4. In the medulla oblongata, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in the trigeminal spinal nuc., A1 noradrenalin cells/C1 adrenalin cells/caudoventrolateral reticular nuc., rostroventrolateral reticular nuc., area postrema, nuc. tractus solitarius, raphe obscurus nuc., raphe pallidus nuc., raphe magnus nuc., parapyramidal nuc., lateral reticular nuc., gigantocellular reticular nuc.. 5. In the pons, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were ohserved in parabrachial nuc., Kolliker-Fuse nuc., locus cooruleus, subcooruleus nuc. and AS noradrenalin cells. 6. In midbrain, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in periaqueductal gray substance, substantia nigra and dorsal raphe nuc.. 7. In the diencephalon, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in paraventricular hypahalamic nuc., lateral hypothalamic nuc., retrochiasmatic nuc. and ventromedial hypothalamic nuc.. 8. In cerebrum, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the ductus deferens were observed in area 1 of parietal cortex. These results suggest that WGA-HRP labeled neurons of the spinal cord projecting to the rat ductus deferens might be the first-order neurons related to the viscero-somatic sensory and sympathetic postganglionic neurons, and PRV labeled neurons of the brain and spinal cord may be the second and third-order neurons response to the movement of smooth muscles in ductus deferens. These PRV labeled neurons may be central autonomic center related to the integration and modulation of reflex control linked to the sensory and motor system monitaing the internal environment. These observations provide evidence for previously unknown projections from ductus deferens to spinal cord and brain which may be play an important neuroanatornical basic evidence in the regulation of ductus deferens function.
