Anti-angiogenesis is one of therapies which have been high-lightened on the research of cancer treatment. Anti-angiogenesis means that new blood vessels are created from a existing capillary tube and it is a important process on metastasis and permeation when cancer is created or formed. Since angiogenesis have been under research, a complete recovery oriented treatment against cancer have been suggested blocking metastasis, delaying the growth of cancer cell, and blocking the supply of oxygen and nutritive substance through the web of blood vessels. Until now, there are several anti-angiogenesis, which have been known to the public, such as thalidomide, angiostatin, endostatin, 2-methoxyestradiol, TNP-470, and marimastat, etc. Additionally, 17 clinical testing projects about anti-angiogenesis are on the process in NCI(National Cancer Institute). Especially, TNP-470 showed effectiveness against cancer on clinical testing after finishing animal testing. Based on existing researches showing that Yinsamyangwui-tang is effective to strengthening body resistance and Whallakhyolenyng-dan effects cells on the inside of blood vessel because Whallakhyolenyng- dan restrains cell adhesion during the restraining period of a blood vessel, I tried to research the effect of Whalakhyolenyng-dan plus Yinsamyangwui-tang on angiogenesis. I made a conclusion putting into operation through using SK-Hep-1 (KCLB 30052), A549(KCLB 10185), AGS(KCLB 21739), and BCE(Bovine Capillary Endothelial Cell). Followings are the results of my experimental research: 1. According to the researching results of anti-cancer activation against cancer cell, Whallkhyoleyng dan plus Yinsamyangwui-tang decreased the number of cancer cells -- While injecting $600{\mu}g/ml$, injected groups decreased 3.1% more comparing with the contrastive group of SK-Hep-1, 49.7% more comparing with the contrastive group of A549, and 31.0% more comparing with the contrastive group of AGS. 2. According to the researching results of DNA composition effect between BCE and cancer cell, Whallakhyoleyng-dan plus Yinsamyangwui-tang reduced the rate of SK-Hep-1 synthesis inhibition by 59.1% at $600{\mu}g/ml$ intensity comparing with contrastive group; for A549, 72.6%; for AGS, 6.1%, for BCE, 28.9%. 3. According to the researching results about the effect of BCE cell to angiogenesis, angiogenesis was restrained at $400{\mu}g/ml$ intensity during 18 hours observation. 4. In the case of aortic ring assay, the half level of angiogenesis was reduced comparing with the contrastive group while injecting with $400{\mu}g/ml$ intensity; with $800{\mu}g/ml$, under 10% comparing with contrastive group; and with $1600{\mu}g/ml$, complete restrain. According to the above results, Whallakhyoleyng-dan plus Yinsamyangwui-tang was proved to have an anti-angiogenetic effects.

가상머신 내 mutex 공유 자원을 이용한 은닉 채널 구현

Isolation between virtual machines in a cloud computing environment is an important security factor. The violation ofisolation between virtual machines leads to interferences of shared resources and the implementation of covert channels. Inthis paper, the structure of Hyper-V hypervisor is analyzed to implement covert channels between virtual machines. Hyper-Vuses a mutex technique for mutual exclusion between virtual machines. It indicates that isolation of virtual machines isviolated and covert channels can be implemented due to mutex. We implemented several covert channels by designing amethod for searching mutex resources applicable to Hyper-V with complex architectures. The mutex-based covert channel isnot hardware dependent. If the covert channel is detected or defended, the defensive technique can be avoided by using theother covert channel among several covert channels. 공유 자원 간섭으로 인해 가상머신 간의 격리가 위반되고 은닉 채널 구현이 가능해서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서가상머신 간의 격리는 중요 보안 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 Hyper-V 하이퍼바이저의 구조를 분석하여 가상머신 간의은닉 채널을 구현한다. Hyper-V는 가상머신 간의 상호 배제를 위해 mutex(mutual exclusion) 기법을 사용한다. Mutex로 인해 가상머신 간의 간섭이 발생하고 은닉 채널 구현이 가능함을 밝힌다. 구조가 복잡한 Hyper-V에 적용가능한 mutex 자원 탐색 방안을 고안하여 은닉 채널을 다수 구현하였다. Mutex 기반 은닉 채널은 하드웨어 의존적이지 않으며, 은닉 채널이 탐지되거나 방어되는 경우 다수의 은닉 채널 중에서 다른 은닉 채널을 이용하면 방어 기법회피가 가능하다.

Aroma therpay in the western classical medicine is compared with the mechanistic paradigm of Newton physics which is the foundation of western modern medicine. It is the therapy whose basic principle is very similar to the basic concepts of oriental medicine lasting thousands of years. We know that parts of their therapies are explained by Yin-Yan and five elements in Oriental Medicine. In the modern western medicine, as preventive medicine is becoming more and more important and moreover, health promotion and self healing care is being emphasized, Maintenanayce which is the oriental preventive medicine, acts in concert with the concept of New Age of Science and provides a way for the Oriental Medicine of the future. The health promotion and self healing care is similar to the thought of Maintenanayce in Oriental Medicine. Oriental Medicine has provided the concept of preventive ehaling care for a long time and built the foundation of the department of Maintenanayce. Among these method of Preservation of Health, We could find that of using fragrance throuth the several references. By comparing the department of Maintenanayce in oriental preventive medicine with the books and papers about aroma therapy, used in the fields of naturalpathy medicine, alternative medicine, and complementary medicine in the west, and by analyzing them, centering around references, to see whether they are reasonable and corresponding, the following conclusions have been reached. 1. We could see that aroma therapy of oriental preventive medicine could be applied to the fields of health promotion and self healing cure, recently appearing in the world of health medicine, as a modern way of Preservation of Health(養生). 2. We could see that western traditional aroma therapy take important position in alternative medicine and complementary medicine, and it could be developed as the transitional field of medical cure for the interchange between western and eastern medicine. 3. We could see that aroma therapy is not totally unknown therapy and there is some points of similarity in the traditional references of oriental medicine. Also, it is considered that the aroma therapy has a possibility of coming the front as an general therapy among various therapies. 4. aroma therapy will be actively applied to many fields such as oriental psychiatry, internal medicine of the respiratory system, pediatrics, oriental nursing, oriental dermatologic beauty, and preventive medicine. Therefore, we have a view that the combination between aroma therapy and oriental medicine will be fairly valuable to study as the general and transtional middle step on which it will prepare the situation of oriental medicine's reimportation from the west and we establish a bridgehead to export the oriental medicine.

FCST의 음양균형장치를 활용한 후천성 사경증 증례보고

Objectives: Therapeutic effect of Balance Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in a refractory torticollis case. Methods: A post-traumatic severe torticollis case with 18 years of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and manual medicine. Results: Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observation. The patient reported over-90% remission and returned to ordinary daily Life after 20 months of therapy, which effect was reported to maintain for 9 months. Conclusions: An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

FCST의 음양균형장치를 활용한 경련성 사경증 증례보고

본 증례에서는 후천성으로 나타난 경련성 사경증 2례에 대해 외래 진료로 각각 3개월(91일간 54회), 5개월 반(167일간 90회)동안 FCST의 음양균형장치를 주 치료수단으로 하고 침구치료, 도수치료, 약물치료를 보조 치료수단으로 하여 치료하였다. 2례 모두 시각적 상사 척도(VAS)를 적용하여 평가해보았을 때 완전한 호전이 이루어졌다고 판단되었고, 임상적 관찰과 환자의 주관적 구술에서도 모든 증상의 소실과 정상 회복을 확인하고 치료를 종료하였다. 이후 각각 5개월에서 10개월간 추적 관찰한 결과 모두 정상적인 생활을 하고 있음을 확인하고 치료 효과의 정상 유지를 관찰했다. 이로써 아탈구된 상부경추와 뇌신경계 및 경락체계의 불균형과 경련성 사경의 유의한 관련성을 유추해볼 수 있었으며, 이의 회복에 음양균형장치를 활용하여 악관절의 다차원적인 이상적 음양중심균형위치를 찾아줌으로써 척추를 비롯해 뇌와 경락체계를 조절해줄 수 있다는 FCST의 치료원리가 유의한 결과로 입증된 경우라 사료된다. This paper investigates that how many Koreans who are interested in economics know the opportunity cost exactly. For this purpose, we analyzed all the right and wrong answers on the opportunity cost items that TESAT(Test of Economic Sense and Thinking) has accumulated for the past five years. TESAT is the first government-authorized test of its kind on the people’s economic literacy. As a result many people regard the opportunity cost as the implicit cost. The misunderstanding stems from the economic text books that contain the wrong explanations on the opportunity cost. A large portion of the books describes that the opportunity cost is the cost of any activity measured in terms of the best alternative forgone. But this is wrong definition. As is well known, the opportunity cost is the sum of the explicit cost and the largest net benefit forgone, which comes from the given-up alternatives. It is always bigger than the largest net benefit forgone. If we take the largest net benefit out of the many forgone into consideration, students take the implicit cost as the opportunity cost, not together with the explicit cost. Students think that there is only one net benefit among others.
