학교장의 관리적 행태가 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study analyzes the factors influencing the organizational performance of schools in Korea, using the "governance model". In recent years, the importance of managerial factors in the public sector has been emphasized. To examine whether this emphasis is justified, this study analyzes data collected from the Korean Educational Panel Study wave Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The results of the analysis demonstrate that school leaders" managerial actions are important influential factors, as are parental factors such as social economic status. Among the managerial actions, networking behavior and managerial stability have positive effects on school performance. These findings suggest that managerial factors are important in the running of schools and indicate that the recent trend of stressing the managerial efforts of principals continues to be relevant.

The current interest in reading 'balanced' is an outgrowth of the research of the 1980s that emphasized cognitive aspects of reading such as prior knowledge and strategic behaviors. Researchers and theorists have emphasized the importance of `balancing' both effective and cognitive aspects of reading development as well as 'balancing' both Phonics and Whole language. With this background, the reading research of 1990 has begun to focus on a more comprehensive and balanced view of reading that includes an emphasis on motivation and social interaction, as well as cognition and knowledge acquisition. This paper focused on the current trends in reading education in the U.S. and suggested some implications for korean language education.

Recently, the development of sustainable building assessment tools as means to invigorate the dissemination of sustainable buildings has been actively progressed. However, many assessment tools involve various problems in terms of assessment method and system framework, which greatly impede their credibility and applicability. If these problems persist over time, the role of sustainable building assessment tools as decision making measures during the design stage will be greatly limited. The objective of the study is to suggest a systematic model for sus- tainable building assessment tools by establishing a logical system of performance assessment framework. For this purpose, the Environmen- tal Impact Assessment(EIA) framework used in selected and modified to fit the building performance assessment. The analysis of performance assessment tools for sustainable buildings was conducted using the EIA framework. Based on the results of the analysis, a framework for the performance assessment of sustainable buildings was established.
