        몽골의 高麗 北界 분리 시도와 東寧府의 편제

        The foundation of DongNyoungBu was a remarkable political point that separated the first half and the second half of King Wonjong in 1270. The impeachment of King Wonjong by Im Yeon provided Choi TanㆍHan Sin and Bukgye local politicians with a reason to arouse the military. It was also a turning point for Mongol Yuan Empire to separate Koryeo Bukgye. Koryeo Bukgye fell into the hands of Choi TanㆍHan Sin in the process and Mongol Yuan Empire completed the separation and established DongNyoungBu as Choi TanㆍHan Sin defected to Mongol Yuan Empire. As Dong-Nyoung-Bu got promoted to “Lo-ChongKwanBu”, DongNyoungBu got organized into NokSaSaㆍDoHoBuㆍJungWonBu. NokSaSa, which dealt with public administration from Dong-Nyoung Lo-ChongKwanBu, which was based in West capital. Darughachi was appointed and NokSaSa played a central role. DoHoBu was in “AnBuk DoHoBu” Young-Ju and JungWonBu was in “JungWon DoHoBu” Ku-Ju. In other words, DongNyoungBu was based in the main Bukgye area of West capitalㆍAnBuk DoHoBu Young-JuㆍJungWon DoHoBu Ku-Ju. Mongol Yuan Empire was directly in charge of West capitalㆍEui-Ju, the center of public administration and transportation as DongNyoungBu was embedded in the existing Bukgye administration system. Whereas, the Bukgye indigenous force, including the demoted Choi Tan, likely played a certain role in Ku-Ju[JungWonBu], their indigenous foundation. 1270년 동녕부 설치는 원종대 전ㆍ후반기를 가르는 중요한 정치적 사건이었다. 임연의 원종 폐위사건은 최탄ㆍ한신 등 북계 토착세력의 거병에 명분을 제공하였고, 몽골이 고려 북계를 분리하는 정책을 결정하는 데 계기가 되었다. 그 과정에서 고려 북계는 최탄ㆍ한신 등의 수중에 들게 되었고, 이들이 몽골에 귀부하면서 고려 북계 분리정책을 완수하여 동녕부를 설치하기에 이르렀다. 고려 북계가 분리되는 과정에서 보이는 북계민들의 민심은 고려로부터 이탈하고자 했던 최탄 등의 의도와는 달랐다. 최탄 등은 원종 복위와 임연 제거라는 명분에 의지하여, 북계민들을 동참시키는 것에는 성공했지만 그들을 반고려 정서로 결집하는 것에는 실패하였다. 하지만 최탄 등이 내세웠던 임연 제거라는 명분은 고려와의 강화 합의를 훼손시키지 않으면서도 고려 북계를 분리하기 위한 명분이 필요했던 몽골에 의해 승인하면서 고려의 반발 명분을 무력화시킬 수 있었다. 1275년 동녕부는 로총관부로 승격되었고, 녹사사ㆍ도호부ㆍ정원부의 체제로 편제되었다. 녹사사는 서경에 두어져 다루가치가 파견되는 등 중심적 역할을 수행하였다. 또한 도호부는 안북대도호부 영주, 그리고 정원부는 정원대도호부 구주의 지역적 토대 위에 편제되었다. 이 과정에서 서경ㆍ의주 등 행정ㆍ교통의 중심지는 몽골이 직할하는 한편, 최탄ㆍ한신 등 북계 토착세력은 그 지위가 강등되면서 주변화되면서 그들의 재지적 기반인 구주[정원부]에서 일정한 역할을 담당하였을 가능성이 크다.

        빅데이터 기술을 활용한 이상금융거래 탐지시스템 구축 연구

        본 연구는 최근 전자 금융거래의 증가와 동시에 금융거래 정보의 탈취 혹은 변조 등 보안위협 또한 급증 하면서 안전한 보안 방안과 대응이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 종래에 사용된 사기방지시스템 혹은 이상금융거래 탐지 시스템(FDS, Fraud Detection System, 이하 FDS)을 최근 주목 받고 있는 빅데이터 관련 기술(이상금융거래에 대한 다양한 형태의 정형/비정형 금융거래 이벤트 데이터를 실시간으로 수집/저장하고 과학적 연관 분석 기법을 활용하여 비정상 행위를 탐지 및 차단할 수 있는 기능)을 활용하여 국내 금융회사인 A사에 개선 모델을 구축 하였 다. 구축결과 시나리오 고도화 분석을 통한 오검출을 최소화 하여 기존 시나리오 Detect탐지 대상의 감소 효과를 나타냈다. 아울러 FDS고도화에 대한 향후 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다. The growing number of electronic financial transactions (e-banking) has entailed the rapid increase in security threats such as extortion and falsification of financial transaction data. Against such background, rigid security and countermeasures to hedge against such problems have risen as urgent tasks. Thus, this study aims to implement an improved case model by applying the Fraud Detection System (hereinafter, FDS) in a financial corporation ‘A’ using big data technique (e.g. the function to collect/store various types of typical/atypical financial transaction event data in real time regarding the external intrusion, outflow of internal data, and fraud financial transactions). As a result, There was reduction effect in terms of previous scenario detection target by minimizing false alarm via advanced scenario analysis. And further suggest the future direction of the enhanced FDS.

        高麗 元宗代 麗‧蒙 關係의 추이와 東寧府의 설치 목적

        Goryeo and the Mongol began to try figure out a way to establish a new relationship after entering into a peace pact in 1260. Khubilai wanted to hold the regime under Kim Jun in check, who was regarded as a potential risk, by supporting the royal family of Goryeo Dynasty, so that they could carry out the east-oriented policy in a stable way. The ‘Dong-Nyoung-bu’ was established unilaterally regardless of the intention of Goryeo. King Won-jong proposed intermarriage of royal families in both countries, trying to foster closer links with the Mongol, however, his proposals were not accepted as the royal family could not expel the political group led by Yim Yeon completely. The purposes of establishing ‘Dong-Nyoung-bu’ were as follows. Firstly, The Mongol tried to get a foothold for the east-oriented policy that could connect Nam-song, Yo-dong and Japan together, as well as secure a bridgehead through which it could hold a tight control over Goryeo. Secondly, the ‘Dong-Nyoung-bu’ was established in order to hold the three eastern royal families in Yo-dong Area in check, which were regraded as potential threat to Khubilai.

        호텔 종사원의 긍정정서, 창의성, 효율성, 성과 간의 관계와 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify whether positive emotion affected creativity, job efficiency and performance, and whether performance was affected by creativity and job efficiency on the department or team in hotel industry of Korea. Also this study was to identify whether superior's transformational leadership had a moderating role on the causal relationships between these variables. Collected data were analyzed with structural equation modelling. The research findings were as follows; Firstly, positive emotion affected and performance was affected by creativity and job efficiency, and secondly, superior's transformational leadership had a moderating role on the causal relationships between not only positive emotion and creativity, but also creativity and performance. Based on these findings, hotel management is advised to increase transformational leadership of employees through training as transformational leadership can be fostered by training. Also, as performance is a consequence of positive emotion and creativity, the management should direct training to increase positive emotion and creativity. Especially creativity is one of important factors to increase productivity of department or team, the management is advised to increase productivity through knowledge management in addition to positive emotion or transformational leadership. Limitations and further research directions were also discussed.

        동물 세포 배양에 의한 물질생산 model 에 관한 연구

        연속 배양 공법하에서, product 생산을 예측 및 조절할 수 있는 product formation model을 유도해, tPA, EPO와 pro-UK 생산자료에 적용시킨 결과, 세 경우 다 correlation factor가 0.90에서 0.93으로 잘 맞음을 확인했으며, 이 model의 상수인 α와 β가 shear stress및 용존산소에 크게 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. EPO 생산을 위한 최적조건은 35%의 용존산소와 25-50 rpm이 교반속도였다. A product formation model including growth associated and maintenance terms is developed for the growth of mammalian cells under Perfusion Chemostat (PC) cultivation. Two parameters in this model, growth associated term, α, and maintenance factor, β, are estimated for the production of tPA, EPO and pro-UK, and fitting these data with correlation factors of 0.90 to 0.93 for each case. It turned out that essential factors for cell growth, such as shear stress and dissolved oxygen tension play important role with respect to productivity, showing optimal values of 30-40% of dissolved oxygen tension and 20-50 rpm of agitation speed for the production of EPO from recombinat CHO cells.

        한국보건의료계열 대학생의 자존감과 학업 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify factors affecting depression in college students and the correlation of depression with self-esteem and academic stress, and to identify differences among student self-esteem, academic stress, and general characteristics and the relationship of these variables to depression. Methods: The study was done in April 2011 with 852 students in health-related majors (medicine, nursing science, and dental hygiene) of a medical college in Korea. A self-rating survey containing 10 items from the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, 20 items from the Self-rating Depression Scale, and 22 items on academic stress was used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and logistic regression. Results: Medical students’ scores for self-esteem were significantly higher than dental hygiene students, but for academic stress scores, the result was the opposite. Logistic regression showed that self-esteem, academic stress, academic major and satisfaction with it (positive affect), and home income level (negative affect) significantly affected the level of depression. Conclusion: Designing and implementing realistic programs tailored to students' academic majors to enhance their self-esteem and provide practical knowledge in dealing with academic stress will help these students obtain a healthier school life emotionally as well as academically.

      • HepG2 cell에서 quercetin의 HO-1 발현을 통한 mitochondria의 생합성 유도 효과에 관한 연구

        Flavonoids show diverse bioactivities, such as anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-viral. Quercetin is one of the flavonoids present in a wide range of plants, especially onions and consumed all over the world. Recently, it is known that quercetin induces mitochondrial biogenesis in vivo and in vitro. However, detail mechanism of these actions remains unknown. We investigated quercetin's effects on mitochondrial biogenesis in HepG2 cells, and determined the mechanisms involved. We found that quercetin treatment induced the expression of mitochondrial biogenesis activators, $PGC-1{\alpha}$, NRF-1, TFAM, and mitochondrial proteins, cytochorome c and complex IV (COXIV). Moreover, amount of mitochondrial DNA was also increased by quercetin. Quercetin has been known to induce heme oxygenase (HO)-1 in several types of cells. Here, we found quercetin induces HO-1, and inhibition of HO-1 or CO, which is product of HO-1, decreased quercetin-induced mitochondrial biogenesis such as induction of $PGC-1{\alpha}$, NRF-1, TFAM, cytochorome c, COXIV, and mitochondrial DNA. These findings imply that quercetin can increase mitochondrial biogenesis via HO-1/CO system. High glucose results in dysfunction of mitochondria biogenesis. In the present study, 25 mM glucose decreased mitochondrial biogenesis and this damage was restored by quercetin. Conversely, inhibition of HO-1 or CO inhibited quercetin-induced mitochondrial biogenesis rescue. These results suggest that quercetin enhances mitochondrial biogenesis via HO-1/CO system and hence, can rescue mitochondria from damage by high glucose.

        CJ-50001 (rG-CSF)에 대한 변이원성시험

        In order to evaluate the mutagenic potential of CJ-50001 (recombinant human granulocytecolony stimulating factor), 3 sets of mutagenicity tests were performed. In the reverse mutation test using Salmonella typhimurium TA1535, TA1537, TA98 and TA100, CJ-50001 did not increase the number of revertant at any of the concentration tested in this study (500, 250, 125, 62.5 and 31.3 $\mu\textrm{g}$ plate). CJ-50001, at the doses of 200, 100 and 50 $\mu\textrm{g}$ /ml, did not increase the number of cells having structural or numerical chromosome aberration in cytogenetic test using Chinese Hamster Lung cells. In mouse micronucleus test, no significant increase in the occurrence of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes was observed in ICR male mice intraperitoneally administered with CJ-50001 at the doses of 5, 2.5 and 1.25 mg/kg. These results indicate that CJ-50001 has no mutagenic potential in these in vitro and in vivo systems.
