        카카오톡 채널의 러닝동호회 오픈채팅방 기능과 러닝크루 관계 변화

        This study focused on the open chat room of the Kakao Talk channel. It was started to find out what the function of the running club open chat room is and how the relationship has changed in various perspectives of the running crew in terms of exploration. And through the results of this study, the operation and understanding of the open chat room of the running club were microscopically brought. Macroscopically, we focused on the change in the relationship between the past and the present running crew and tried to interpret the philosophy and purpose of running pursued by the generation who liked running. As for the research method, data were collected and analyzed through an insider perspective observation and interviews with five study participants in which rapport was formed by joining the running club open chat room in three regions, Seoul, Daejeon, and Busan. The research results showed the change in the relationship between the function of the open chat room and the running crew as a top topic. As a sub-topic, the functions of open chat rooms were derived from entry barriers, expulsion, information sharing, product promotion sales, motivation, and Pareto's laws. Changes in the running crew relationship were identified as joining, crew movement, process, achievement, together, running philosophy, past crew, and present crew.

        OLETF쥐에서 Amlodipine, Losartan과 비교한 Lithospermic Acid B의 당뇨병성 신증 예방효과

        Background: Lithospermic acid B (LAB), an active component isolated from Salvia miltiorrhizae, has been reported to have renoprotective effects in type 1 and type 2 diabetic animal models. We examined the effects of LAB on the prevention of diabetic nephropathy compared with amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, and losartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, in Otsuka Long-Evans-Tokushima Fatty (OLETF) rats, an animal model of type 2 diabetes. Methods: LAB (20 mg/kg), amlodipine (10 mg/kg), or losartan (10 mg/kg) was given orally once daily to 10-week-old male OLETF rats for 28 weeks. Results: None of LAB, losartan, and amlodipine exhibited effects on blood glucose levels. Treatment with amlodipine or losartan resulted in similar reductions in blood pressure; however, LAB was less effective in lowering blood pressure. Albuminuria was markedly suppressed by losartan and LAB, but not by amlodipine. LAB treatment decreased levels of renal lipid peroxidation, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1). Conclusion: These results suggest that LAB has beneficial effects on the diabetic nephropathy in OLETF rats by decreasing oxidative stress and inflammation as potent as losartan.         칙센트미하이 몰입이론에 따른 태권도 격파시범선수의 최적경험 과정

        This study is to deeply investigate a series of phenomena experienced by Taekwondo breaking competitors in their training by analyzing the previous theses about the Taekwondo breaking competitors in general and the theses about their immersion into physical activities of Taekwondo amid the breaking part in Taekwondo becoming an artistic performance and sports games. On the basis of Csikszentmihalyi's immersion theory, a sociological analysis of their experience has been conducted, proposing interpretations about their optimal experiences. The research method is to carry out five structured interviews with six breaking competitors from domestic universities, along with a survey on 110 breaking competitors in four universities. Lastly, another series of interviews has been conducted, which is with three coaches specialized in breaking. This will add up the authenticity and credibility of this study. As the finding of the research, why they experienced some mental entropy, a state of mental confusion, during the games and practices, has been verified. From the immersion experience, why they are participating in breaking games has been verified from the sociological standpoints. lastly, this research shows what facts are actually found in reality as to their experiences as breaking competitors. 본 연구는 태권도시범이 공연문화와 스포츠경기로 체계를 갖추고자 노력하는 현 시점에서 태권도 격파시범선수에 대한 선행연구들과 운동몰입 관계를 분석하는 연구들을 고찰하며 격파시범선수들이 훈련과 경기 중 경험하는 일련의 현상들에 대해 깊이 있는 연구의 필요로 시작되었다. 이에 칙센트미하이가 제안한 몰입이론을 바탕으로 태권도 격파시범선수들의 심리학적 측면에서 기인하여 나타난 사실적 경험들을 사회학적 현상으로 규명하여 제시하고자 하였으며 몰입이론을 통해 그들의 최적경험 과정을 해석하고 밖으로 드러내는 작업을 시도하였다. 연구방법은 Spradley가 고안한 나선형적 심화 확인 모형에 따라 1차는 5why기법면담, 2차는 설문지, 3차는 해석 및 대조적 면담을 실시하여 연구의 진실성과 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 훈련과 경기 중 보이는 의식의 무질서 상태인 심리적 엔트로피(entropy) 경험에 따른 현상들은 왜 나타나는지 이유를 도출하였으며 둘째, 의식의 질서상태로 표출되는 몰입경험에는 무엇이 이들을 지속적으로 격파시범선수로 활동하게 하는 동력인지 사회학적 측면에서 찾고자 노력하였고 셋째, 태권도 격파시범선수로 활동하며 얻게 되고 반복되는 최적경험의 사실들은 어떤 현실로 나타나고 행동하는지 확인하였다.

        제2형 당뇨병환자에서 아디포넥틴 유전자의 다형성과?경동맥 내중막두께

        연구배경: 제2형 당뇨병 환자에서 아디포넥틴 유전자의 다형성과 경동맥내중막 두께와의 관계를 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 133명의 제2형 당뇨병 환자를 대상으로 고해상도 B mode 경동맥 초음파 검사를 통하여 경동맥을 촬영한 후 Intimascope 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 경동맥내중막두께를 측정하였고 환자들의 말초혈액에서 genomic DNA를 얻어서 45번 부위와 276부위의 염기서열을 분석하였다. 결과: 45번 부위의 염기서열에 따른 경동맥내중막두께에는 각 군간에 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다(0.66±0.18mm for TT, 0.71±0.12mm for TG, 0.64 ±0.15mm for GG, P=NS). 276번 부위에 GG 유전자형을 갖는 환자들에게서는 TT 유전자형을 갖는 환자들에 비해서 혈청 아디포넥틴 농도가 유의하게 낮았으며(3.35±2.00μg/mL vs. 4.98±2.24μg/mL, P= 0.029), 경동맥 내중막두께도 유의하게 더 컸다(0.70±0.17mm vs. 0.59±0.13mm, P=0.032). 아디포넥틴 유전자의 +45GG/+276GG 유전자형 조합을 갖는 환자들에게서 다른 유전자형조합을 갖는 환자들에게서 보다 유의하게 경동맥내중막두께가 컸다(0.78±0.09 mm vs. 0.71±0.15mm, P=0.013). 결론: 이 결과는 제2형 당뇨병 환자에서 아디포넥틴 유전자의 다형성이 경동맥 내중막두께에 어느 정도 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사하나 이러한 유전형과 표현형의 관계를 보다 명확하게 하기 위해서는 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것이다 Background: The aim of this study was to examine the association between the common polymorphisms of the adiponectin gene(ACDC) and the intima-media thickness(IMT) of the common carotid arteries in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods: The B mode ultrasound examination of carotid artery was performed on 133 type 2 diabetic patients. The carotid IMT was calculated using the Intimascope computer program. The SNP45 and SNP276 of the ACDC were examined. Results: There was no significant difference in the carotid IMT among the SNP45 genotypes(0.66±0.18mm for TT, 0.71±0.12mm for TG and 0.64±0.15mm for GG, P=NS). Subjects carrying the SNP276 GG genotype had a markedly lower serum adiponectin concentration than those carrying the TT genotype(3.35±2.00μg/mL vs. 4.98±2.24μg/mL, P=0.029) The carotid IMT was significantly higher in patients with the SNP276 GG genotype than those with the TT genotype (0.70±0.17mm vs. 0.59±0.13mm, P=0.032). Patients with the +45GG/+276GG genotype combination showed significantly higher mean carotid IMT than the other genotype combinations(0.78±0.09mm vs. 0.71±0.15mm, P=0.013) Conclusions: These results suggest that the adiponectin gene, SNP276 is associated with the carotid IMT in type 2 diabetic patients. Further studies are will be needed to confirm these genotypephenotype associations

        17-베타 에스트라디올이 OLETF 쥐의 지방세포 Lipin-1 발현에 미치는 영향

        Background: 17 beta-estradiol is known to play an important role in glucose homeostasis. Lipin-1 is a nuclear protein that is essential in adipocyte differentiation and it is considered to play a role in ectopic fat deposition and the redistribution of fat. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 17 beta-estradiol on the lipin-1 expression in the adipocytes of OLETF rats, which is an animal model of diabetes. Methods: The OLETF rats were divided into 3 groups, 1) the sham-operation group (SHAM) 2) the castrated group (CAST) and 2) the castrated and estradiol treatment group (EST), and all the rats were at 6 weeks of age. LETO rats were used as a control group (LETO). 0.1 mg of estradiol valerate was injected subcutaneously every 4 weeks in the rats of the EST group. The visceral and subcutaneous tissues were isolated to evaluate the lipin-1 protein expression. The lipin-1 expression was measured in human visceral and subcutaneous preadipocytes. Results: Less body weight gain was observed in the EST group compared with that of the SHAM group. In addition, improvement in the glucose tolerance was observed in the EST group. The lipin-1 expression in visceral fat was decreased in the SHAM and CAST groups, but it was but recovered in the EST group. The lipin-1 expression in the subcutaneous fat was decreased in the SHAM, CAST,and EST groups. Conclusion: Long term estradiol treatment in OLETF rats reduces the body weight gain and improves the glucose tolerance. Estradiol enhances the lipin-1 protein expression in the visceral adipocytes, but not in the subcutaneous adipocytes.
