페미니즘국제정치학이 여성의경험을 반영하고 여성의 관점에서 본 국제정치학을 주창하였듯이, 유엔은 여성의경험을 포함하고 여성을 주체로 상정하는 국제규범을 만들고 있다. 특히 여성, 평화, 안보에 관한 유엔 안전보장이사회 결의안 1325호는 전시 성폭력 근절, 평화 구축에 여성의 참여를 강조하는 획기적인 것이었다. 이는 무력분쟁과 평화 구축을 남성들의 점유물로 간주하엿던 기존의 시각을 뒤집는 것이었다. 1325호 결의안 채택 과정은 국제기구(UN)와 국제비정부기구(여성단체들과 인권단체들)가 글로벌 거버넌스를 이룬 전형적인 사례였다. 그러나 1325호 결의안의 실행은 추가 결의안의 채택, 실행 결과 모니터링 등에도 불구하고 결코 숩지 않았고 실제국제정치 관행을 바구는데 성공하지 못하였다. 결국 유엔은 개별 국가별로 1325호 이행을 위한 국가행동계획을 채택하도록 권고하였고 현재가지 40여 개국이 국가행동계획을 수립하였다. 이 글은 여성, 평화, 안보에 관한 국제규범이 유엔 차원에서 어떻게 형성되며 이것이 개별 국가 차원으로 어떻게 확산되는지를 분석한다. For many years, the specific situations, roles, needs, and rights of women during and after armed conflict had remained unaddressed. Therefore, the adoption of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325(SCR 1325) in 2000 was celebrated as an important milestone. SCR 1325 marked the first time that the Security Council addressed the dispro-portionate and unique impact of armed conflict on women and recognized the undervalued and under-utilized contributions women make to conflict prevention, peacekeeping, conflict resolution and peace-building. it un-derlined the importance of women`s equal and full participation as active agents in keeping peace and maintaining security lndeed, the adoption of SCR 1325 marked an important international political recognition that women are relevant to international peace and security. Since its adoption, some progress has been mede as the UN adopted system-wide action plans and NGOs undertook awareness-building and advocacy efforts with respect to SCR 1325. However, admittedly, the progress has been ex-tremely slow. Following the criticism that the Security Council`s approach undervalued the importance of the activities of UN member states, the UN strongly recommended that member states adopt their own National Action Plan on Women, Peace, and Security. So far, 40 nation states have adopted or revised National Action Plans. This paper illustrates the process of the formation and spread of international norms on women, peace, and security by focusing on relevant UN Security Council Resolu-tions and their implementation.

스토리텔링을 상징하는 게임의 색채 분석 -월드 오브 워크래프트의 마법 이펙트를 중심으로-

Storytelling of games creates a worldview based on various mythological stories, and game graphics create a virtual world that fits the worldview. Game graphics, which symbolize storytelling, enable immersion and experience in the game worldview, and in particular, color is an important graphic element in charge of linguistic functions. The method in which the symbolic meaning of color is generated by storytelling was studied by classifying the colors expressed in game graphics by magic schools and analyzing the narratives related to characters and environments. According to the research results, it was confirmed that color acts as a functional element of storytelling. Through this study, I propose that the color symbol method that allows players to experience the narrative of the game can be a useful design method in game graphics production. 게임의 스토리텔링은 다양한 신화의 이야기를 바탕으로 세계관을 만들어 내며, 게임 그래픽은 세계관에 맞는 가상세계를 창조해낸다. 스토리텔링을 상징하는 게임 그래픽은 플레이어들에게 게임 세계관에 대한 몰입과 경험을 가능하게 하며 특히 색채는 게임 플레이에 있어서 언어적 기능을 담당하는 중요한 그래픽 요소라고 할 수 있다. 게임 그래픽에서 표현되고 있는 색채를 마법의 계열별로 분류하고 캐릭터, 배경과 연관된 서사를 분석하여 색채의 상징적 의미가 스토리텔링에 의해 생성되는 방식을 연구하였다. 연구 결과에 따라 색채가 스토리텔링의 기능적인 요소로 작용하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 플레이어들에게 게임의 서사를 경험하게 하는 색채 상징 방식이 게임 그래픽 제작에 있어서 유용한 디자인 방법이 될 수 있을 것을 제안한다.

Development of a Selective Medium for the Fungal Pathogen Cylindrocarpon destructans Using Radicicol

The soil-borne ascomycete fungus Cylindrocarpon destructanscauses ginseng root rot disease and producesvarious secondary metabolites such as brefeldin A andradicicol. The slow growth of this fungus comparedwith other plant pathogenic and saprophytic fungi insoil disturbs isolation of this fungus from soil and infectedginseng. In this study, we developed a selectivemedium for C. destructans using radicicol producedby this fungus. Supplementing 50 mg/L of radicicol tomedium inhibited the mycelia growth of other fungi includingBotrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani and Alternariapanax, but did not affect the growth of C. destructans. In addition, conidia germination of other fungal speciesexcept for C. destructans was inhibited in submergedculture supplemented with radicicol. This mediumprovides a very efficient tool for isolating C. destructansand also can be used as an enrichment medium for thisfungus.

Empathic Emotions and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Multinational Enterprise Employees of Japan, Korea and Singapore

Purpose - This study examined the influence of empathic emotions on change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (COCB) of Multinational enterprise employees from Japan, Korea and Singapore. Design/methodology/approach - The surveys were distributed both online and offline to IT multinational enterprises in Tokyo, Seoul, and Singapore offices. A total of 350 useable survey responses were collected from employees concerning the presence of empathic emotions and COCB relations. Findings - Empirical evidence demonstrated that employees exhibiting higher empathic emotions also exhibited higher COCB behaviors in all three-countries. Hofstede’s cultural dimension of long-term orientation (LTO) exhibited the highest score in Asian countries, notably Korea and Japan. Korea scored highest on the LTO dimension followed by Singapore. Japan scored lower than Singapore, a result different from Hofstede’s research. Moreover, analysis indicated that Hofstede’s cultural dimension of LTO significantly mediated the relationship between empathic emotion and COCB. In particular, Korean employees exhibited the highest LTO cultural dimension, followed by Singapore then Japan. Research implications or Originality - Research findings indicate empathic emotions as possible antecedent of pro-social behavior in individuals. In addition, mediating LTO construct exhibited different outcomes from Korea, Singapore and Japan. Future research should expand cultural dimensions constructs in assessing pro-social or performance related behavior at both individual and group level in varying organizations and demographics.

의례언어의 시적 구조와 다기능성: 인도네시아 벌꿀 채집의례 분석

In this article, I analyze a honey-collecting ritual called menumbai as practiced among the Petalangan of Riau in Indonesia. Petalangans have practiced the menumbai ritual, when they harvest honey from bee-hived trees. Menumbai literally means “enchanting bees with songs,”and Petalangans believe that the ritual engenders magic that protects honey-collectors from being stung by the bees. In order to discuss the tensions between transcendence and situatedness of the menumbai ritual, I analyze(1) what kinds of conventional linguistic devices and rhetorics are used to entextualize the ritual songs, and(2) how these “entextualized” process are reembedded in the immediate pragmatic contexts, and finally(3) what kinds of metalinguistic dimensions and sociocultural background mediate in the ritual performance. Through an analysis of the ritual that I documented in a Petalangan communitiy in 1999, I examine multiple participation frames of the ritual and its multifunctionality, which in turn contribute to the ritual performance’s “recontextualization”process. Given that the menumbai ritual songs are mostly love songs, I am especially concerned with the ways in which the songs encode love, and the Petalangan notions of love, as well as their specific language and genre ideologies. While many other studies of ritual language have pointed out that the transcendental quality of the ritual speech as a locus of authority and efficacy of the performance, the Petalangan case draws our attention to the importance of situatedness of the ritual and the ways to achieve it. The efficacy of the menumbai ritual performance is located in the shaman’s successful “recontextualization” achieved by the interplay between “iconicity”and “indexicality”in this particular performance.

수술환자의 진통제 사용 및 회복에 관한 연구

CMAQ 모델을 이용한 2016년 국가배출 목록 기반 배출부문별 2차 무기성 에어로졸 생성율 산정

PM2.5 구성성분 중 2차 무기성 에어로졸 (Secondary inorganic aerosols)은 황산염, 질산염, 암모늄 등이 해당되며, PM2.5 중량농도의 40~65%를 차지한다고 알려져 있다. 특히, 국내 고농도 PM2.5 사례시 2차 무기성 에어로졸의 비율은 더 높아지며, 이 때문에 2차 무기성 에어로졸을 줄이는 것은 PM2.5 농도 개선에 있어 중요한 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 대기정책지원시스템(CAPSS)의 국가 대기오염물질 배출량을 이용하여 13종의 대분류 배출부문에 대한 2차 유기성 에어로졸의 생성율을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 ‘미세먼지 관리종합계획’ 수립시 적용되었던 2016년 CAPSS 배출량을 입력하여 2019년에 대해 CMAQ (v.4.7.1) 모사를 수행하였다. 모사영역은 동북아 영역(174×128 격자, 27 km), 한반도 영역(79×94 격자, 9 km)으로 구성하였다. 이와 함께 각 대분류 배출부문별 배출량의 PM2.5 및 구성성분 농도 영향을 분석하기 위해 Brute Force Method를 이용하여 각 배출부문별 배출량을 100% 삭감한 경우의 모사농도를 계산하였다. 기본모사와 민감도모사 결과로부터 각 배출부문별 SO₂와 NO₂ 각각 2차로 생성되는 황산염과 질산염으로의 전환비율인 SOR (Sulfur Oxidation Ratio)과 NOR (Nitrogen Oxidation Ratio)를 산출하여 시 · 공간적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 국내 지역별 PM2.5 농도감소에 효율적인 배출부문을 제시하고자 한다.
