        뷰티종사자의 재미요인이 직무열의 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 뷰티종사자의 재미요인이 직무열의 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기 지역 뷰티종사자 324명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연구목적을 규명하기 위한 자료처리는 연구대상의 인구사회학적 변인에 대한 빈도분석, 각 요인별 신뢰도 검증, 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 재미요인, 직무열의 및 자기효능감의 상관관계분석을 사용하였다. 변인들 간의 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회 귀분석(multi-regression)을 실시하였으며, 이와 같은 연구절차를 거쳐 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 뷰티종사자의 재미요인이 직무열의에 미쳤다. 둘째, 뷰티종사자의 재미요인이 자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤다, 셋째, 직 무열의가 자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty workers' fun factors on job enthusiasm and self-efficacy. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 324 beauty workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi region were selected as the study subjects. The data processing to identify the purpose of the study was to analyze the frequency of the demographic variables of the study subject, verify the reliability of each factor, and analyze the factors, and the correlation analysis between the fun factor, job enthusiasm and self-efficacy was used. Multi-regression was conducted to find out the effect of the variables, and the following research results were derived through such a research procedure. First, the fun factor of beauty workers was crazy about job enthusiasm. Second, the fun factor of beauty workers influenced self-efficacy, and third, job enthusiasm had an effect on self-efficacy.

        Recent Progress in the Molecular Imaging of Tumor-Treating Bacteria

        Bacterial cancer therapy (BCT) approaches have been extensively investigated because bacteria can show unique features of strong tropism for cancer, proliferation inside tumors, and antitumor immunity, while bacteria are also possible agents for drug delivery. Despite the rapidly increasing number of preclinical studies using BCT to overcome the limitations of conventional cancer treatments, very few BCT studies have advanced to clinical trials. In patients undergoing BCT, the precise localization and quantification of bacterial density in different body locations is important; however, most clinical trials have used subjective clinical signs and invasive sampling to confirm bacterial colonization. There is therefore a need to improve the visualization of bacterial densities using noninvasive and repetitive in vivo imaging techniques that can facilitate the clinical translation of BCT. In vivo optical imaging techniques using bioluminescence and fluorescence, which are extensively employed to image the therapeutic process of BCT in small animal research, are hard to apply to the human body because of their low penetrative power. Thus, new imaging techniques need to be developed for clinical trials. In this review, we provide an overview of the various in vivo bacteria-specific imaging techniques available for visualizing tumor-treating bacteria in BCT studies.

        뷰티전공 대학의 교육서비스품질 구성개념 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 전공 대학생을 대상으로 개방형 질문지와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰의 두가지 통합 연구방법을 통하여 교육 서비스 품질 구성개념을 규명하고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 전국 2년 제, 4년제 대학의 뷰티 전공 재학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 임의 표집방식으로 250명을 채택하여 조사에 사용하였다. 일련의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개방형질문지의 귀납적 내용분석 결과 뷰티 전공 대학의 교육 서비스품질은 전공지식, 교육적 자질, 교수-학생 친밀감, 학생욕구반영, 활용성, 교육과정 구성, 환경효율성, 교육기자재, 명성의 9개 세부 영역과 일반영역으로 교수 전문성, 교수-학생 공감, 교육 과정, 교육 환경, 명성의 5개 영역으로 도출 하였다. 둘째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과 귀납적 내용분석을 보다 타당성 있게 지적하고 심도 있게 도출 되었다. 본 연구의 결과 뷰티 전공 대학의 교육서비스 품질의 측정도구 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        Intratumoral Metabolic Heterogeneity for Prediction of Disease Progression After Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in Patients with Inoperable Stage III Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

        Purpose We evaluated the value of variable 18F-FDG PET/CT parameters for the prediction of disease progression afterconcurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) in patients with inoperablestage III non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods One hundred sixteen pretreatment FDG PET/CTscans of inoperable stage III NSCLC were retrospectivelyreviewed (stage IIIA: 51; stage IIIB: 65). The volume ofinterest was automatically drawn for each primary lung tumor,and PET parameters were assessed as follows: maximumstandardized uptake value (SUVmax), metabolic tumor volume(MTV) using the boundaries presenting SUV intensity exceeding3.0, and the area under the curve of the cumulativeSUV-volume histograms (AUC-CSH), which is known toreflect the tumor heterogeneity. Progression-free survival(PFS), locoregional recurrence-free survival (LRFS), and distantmetastasis-free survival (DMFS) were compared witheach PET and clinical parameters by univariate and multivariatesurvival analysis. Results In the ROC analysis, the optimal cutoff values ofSUVmax, MTV (cm3), and AUC-CSH for prediction of PFSwere determined as 21.5, 27.7, and 4,800, respectively. Inunivariate analysis, PFS was statistically significantly reducedin those with AUC-CSH<4,800 (p =0.004). In multivariateanalysis, AUC-CSH and SUVmax were statistically significantindependent prognostic factors (HR 3.35, 95 % CI 1.79–6.28,p <0.001; HR 0.25, 95%CI 0.09–0.70, p =0.008, respectively). Multivariate analysis showed that AUC-CSH was the mostsignificant independent prognostic factor for LRFS and DMFS(HR 3.27, 95 % CI 1.54–6.94, p =0.002; HR 2.79, 95 % CI1.42–5.50, p =0.003). Conclusions Intratumoral metabolic heterogeneity of primarylung tumor in 18F-FDG PET/CT can predict disease progressionafter CCRT in inoperable stage III NSCLC.

        뷰티 관련 전공에서 마케팅 교육 의무화와 교육효과 고도화 전략

        본 연구는 최근 코로나19를 기점으로 해외 선진국들 대비 국내 뷰티산업 성장률 미흡의 핵심적 원인을 국내 실정에 적합한 차별화된 마케팅 전략, 역량의 부족임을 검증하고, 이를 극복할 방안으로 뷰티 관련 학과의 마케팅교육 의무화에 주목하여 교육효과를 극대화할 교육 실무적, 산업적, 정책적 전략을 각각 제시하였다. 교육 실무적차원에선 타 영역 간 상호유기성에 초점을 두고 마케팅 개론, 전략 등 기본적 과목을 시작으로, 화장품 과학 마케팅, 마케팅 법률, 뷰티 케어 서비스 마케팅, 디자인 마케팅, 문화 마케팅 등 기존 과목에 통합, 운용하되, 2-3학년후부터는 전공 선택으로 각 영역을 상정하여 특정분야를 심도깊게 연구함으로써 전문화된 마케터를 배출해야 함을제시했다. 산업적 측면에선 대학에서 학습하는 각 분야의 이론이 실제 현장에서 어떻게 실현되고, 한계는 무엇이며, 개선방안은 무엇인지 실무자들과 함께 고민할 수 있는 장의 제공과 산학 연계 교육 과정 이수 학생들 대상 다양한 혜택을 제공, 학습에 있어 능동, 적극성을 촉진한다면 높은 직무 성과로 산학간 시너지를 창출할 수 있음을 피력했다. 마지막으로, 정책적 차원에선 정부는 이러한 구조에 대한 거시적 로드맵을 구축하고, 산학 협력 과정에서중간지원조직 역할을 통한 컨트롤타워로서 교육비 지원, 교육과정 이수 학생 대상 자격증 부여, 사회적 위상 확보는 물론 잠재적인 갈등, 마찰을 최소화할 중재전략을 갖추어야 함을 제시했다. This study verified that the fundamental cause of the insufficient growth rate of the domestic beauty industry, starting from the COVID-19 pandemic, when compared to the other industrialized countries was the lack of differentiated marketing strategies and capability, and focused on compulsory education of marketing in the beauty-related departments to suggest strategies regarding educational practice, industry, and policy to maximize the effectiveness of education as a measure to overcome such problem. In terms of educational practice, this study suggested focusing on mutual organicity among different areas, starting with basic subjects such as marketing introduction and marketing strategy, integrating these subjects into existing subjects such as cosmetics science marketing, marketing law, beauty care service marketing, design marketing, and cultural marketing. After the second and third grades, it was suggested that specialized marketers should be fostered through in-depth research of the field according to their chosen major. From an industrial perspective, this study suggested the significance of providing a place to think with practitioners about how theories in each field taught at colleges are realized in real life, what their limitations are, and how to improve them. In addition, this study presented that if various benefits are provided to students who are taking an industry-academic collaboration curriculum and activeness is promoted in learning, synergy can be created between industry and college by increasing job performance. Finally, in terms of policy, this study suggested that the government should establish a macroscopic roadmap for this structure, act as a control tower in the industry- academic collaboration process, support education expenses, certify students who have completed the curriculum, secure their social status, and pose an arbitration strategy to minimize potential conflicts or trouble.

        펄스 GMA용접에서 용융 액적의 동특성 및 펄스 조건에 관한 해석

        Dynamic behavior of the molten drop during the peak period in the pulsed-GMAW is simulated in this work using the VOF(volume of the fluid) algerian. The dynamic characteristics of molten drop such as minimum radius, average velocity and displacement of mass center were computed as well as the internal pressure and velocity. The minimum and maximum peak durations for detaching a drop were calculated.. The result of Analysis reveals that peak current and volume of pendant drop are important factors which affecting drop detachment. A simplified model of constant acceleration is proposed to describe the behavior of molten drop during peak current, and its results agree with the experimental results.

        Response Prediction of Altered Thyroglobulin Levels After Radioactive Iodine Therapy Aided by Recombinant Human Thyrotropin in Patients with Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

        Purpose Thyroglobulin (Tg) may be released from damaged residual thyroid tissues after radioactive iodine (RAI) therapy inpatients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC). We investigated whether altered levels of serum Tg after recombinanthuman thyrotropin (rhTSH)-aided RAI therapy could be a prognostic marker in patients with DTC. Methods We evaluated 68 patients who underwent RAI therapy after total thyroidectomy. Serum Tg levels were measured justbefore RAI administration (D0Tg) and 7 days after RAI therapy (D7Tg). Patients with a D0Tg level greater than 2.0 ng/mL wereexcluded to more precisely evaluate the injury effect of RAI in small remnant tissues. The ratioTg was defined as the D7Tg leveldivided by that on D0Tg. The therapeutic responses were classified as acceptable or non-acceptable. Finally, we investigatedwhich clinicopathologic parameters were associated with therapeutic response. Results At the follow-up examination, an acceptable response was observed in 50 patients (73.5%). Univariate analysis revealedsignificant differences in N stage (P = 0.003) and ratioTg (acceptable vs. non-acceptable responses, 21.9 ± 33.6 vs. 3.8 ± 6.5; P =0.006). In multivariate analysis, only ratioTg significantly predicted an acceptable response (odds ratio 1.104; 95% confidenceinterval 1.005–1.213; P = 0.040). A ratioTg above 3.5 predicted an acceptable response with a sensitivity of 66.0%, specificity of83.3%, and accuracy of 70.6% (area under the curve = 0.718; P = 0.006). Conclusions Altered levels of serum Tg after RAI therapy, calculated as the ratioTg (D7Tg/D0Tg), significantly predicted anacceptable response in patients with DTC.

        Change of Therapeutic Response Classification According to Recombinant Human Thyrotropin-Stimulated Thyroglobulin Measured at Different Time Points in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

        Purpose We investigated whether response classification after total thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine (RAI) therapy could be affected by serum levels of recombinant human thyrotropin (rhTSH)-stimulated thyroglobulin (Tg) measured at different time points in a follow-up of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods A total of 147 PTC patients underwent serum Tg measurement for response assessment 6 to 24 months after the first RAI therapy. Serum Tg levels were measured at 24 h (D1Tg) and 48–72 h (D2-3Tg) after the 2nd injection of rhTSH. Responses were classified into three categories based on serum Tg corresponding to the excellent response (ER-Tg), indeterminate response (IR-Tg), and biochemical incomplete response (BIR-Tg). The distribution pattern of response classification based on serum Tg at different time points (D1Tg vs. D2-3Tg) was compared. Results Serum D2-3Tg level was higher than D1Tg level (0.339 ng/mL vs. 0.239 ng/mL, P < 0.001). The distribution of response categories was not significantly different between D1Tg-based and D2-3Tg-based classification. However, 8 of 103 (7.8%) patients and 3 of 40 (7.5%) patients initially categorized as ER-Tg and IR-Tg based on D1Tg, respectively, were reclassified to IR-Tg and BIR-Tg based on D2-3Tg, respectively. The optimal cutoff values of D1Tg for the change of response categories were 0.557 ng/mL (from ER-Tg to IR-Tg) and 6.845 ng/mL (from IR-Tg to BIR-Tg). Conclusion D1Tg measurement was sufficient to assess the therapeutic response in most patients with low level of D1Tg. Nevertheless, D2-3Tg measurement was still necessary in the patients with D1Tg higher than a certain level as response classification based on D2-3Tg could change.

        Stimulated Serum Thyroglobulin Level at the Time of First Dose of Radioactive Iodine Therapy Is the Most Predictive Factor for Therapeutic Failure in Patients With Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

        Purpose To investigate the clinical importance of serum thyroglobulin(Tg) levels just before high-dose I-131 ablationtherapy (preablation Tg) for predicting therapeutic failure inpatients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods Patients with PTC (n=132) undergoing total thyroidectomyfollowed by the first high-dose I-131 ablationtherapy (HI-Rx) were included in this retrospective review. Just before HI-Rx, preablation Tg, anti-Tg antibody, and TSHwere measured. The patients were followed up for a meanperiod of 7 months (range 6–23 months) by I-123 whole-bodyscans (f/u IWBS) and stimulated Tg (f/u Tg). Therapeuticfailure was defined by positive f/u IWBS or f/u Tg>2 ng/ml. We classified patients into three groups accordingto the value of preablation Tg (group 1, <1 ng/ml; group 2, ≥1and <10 ng/ml; group 3, ≥10 ng/ml) and compared clinicalvariables to therapeutic response. Results Therapeutic failure was noted in 39 patients (29.5 %). On univariate analysis, Tstage, tumor size, and preablation Tgwere the statistically significant factors that could predicttherapeutic failure. After multivariate analysis, preablationTg was the only independent predictor of therapeutic failure(P<0.001). The therapeutic failure rate was significantly increasedas the preablation Tg level increased (11.3 %, 33.3 %,and 87.5 % in groups 1, 2, and 3, respectively; P<0.001). Individuals with preablation Tg levels ≥10 ng/ml had 25.5times greater chance of therapeutic failure than those withlevels <10 ng/ml (95 % CI=5.43–119.60; P<0.001). Conclusions A high preablation Tg level is the most significantpredictor of therapeutic failure at the time of first HI-Rxin patients with PTC.
