In this work, the rapid cooling effects were investigated for the hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si : H) films prepared by decomposition of pure silane. In general, the rapid cooling of doped a-Si : H usually produced more conductive states(σ_(FC)) than slowly cooled(annealed) state(σ_(FC)). Undoped a-Si : H, however, showed even the state of σ_(FC)<σ_(SC) as well as the state of σ_(FC)>σ_(SC). The equilibrium temperature, T_(E), in which samples are reached to thermal equilibrium within few minutes linearly increased with T_(s) which is the most importtant parameter to control the hydrogen content(C_(H)) of samples. In order to interpret our data in undoped a-Si : H, we proposed a model based on the hydrogen-glass and weak bond-dangling bond conversion model which had already been proposed for doped a-Si : H.

It is necessary to take a dynamic evaluation in order to establish the reasonable production and man-power planning. The learning rate is needed to evalute to evalute dynamically for Time Standard, but it needs much time and efforts. Furthermore it is difficult to apply the learning rate on new work and when T.S. is improved. Like this case, PLS is available, but it is impossible to determine the learning rate for various works. This paper analyzed the co-relation between Therblig number and learning rate, and got the regression line which enables to estimate the learning rate and that will contribute to establish production and man-power planing from such result.
Computer Interface를 위한 Micro-program에 관한 고찰

The input-output subsystem of a computer provides an efficient mode of communication between the central system and the outside environment. Programs and data must be entered into computer memory for processing and results obtained from computation must be recorded or displayed for the user. Input-Output(I/O) interface provides a method for transferring binary information between internal storage, such as memory and CPU register, and external I/O devices. Peripherals connected on-line to a computer need special communication links for interfacing them with the contral processor. The purpose of the communication link is to resolve the differences that exist between the central computer and each peripheral. Microprogramming has many economic advantages. Although hard-wired logic is a more economical way of implementing very simple systems, as the complexity of the system increases, the cost of the control logic increases at a fairly rapid rate. In microprogrammed implementations, the cost of the simplest system in somewhat higher, but adding new features only requires additional control memory. In general, replacing most of the control logic with a ROM affords substantial hardware savings because of the high-density packaging of ROM arrays.

It is most important how to select the priorities of cost down elements for cost reduction. Forced evaluation method of product's function is most reasonable tool selecting the priorities of cost down elements for cost reduction than any other techniques. This paper developed the contents as a view point fo V.E (Value Engineering) technique with a case of K.Co. producing water sprayer. This paper would be applied to cost reduction all of the other products.
