        사출성형 융합공정 기반 수술실 무영등용 PMMA 렌즈 제작에 관한 연구

        연구는 수술실 무영등용 PMMA 렌즈를 무결함 상태로 사출성형하는 조건을 조사하였다. 렌즈 제작용 수지는 PMMA를 적용하였으며 금형은 자체 제작한 가열-냉각 방식의 금형을 사용하였다. 사출성형 시 금형의 가열온도가 낮을수록 플 라스틱 수지의 유동성에 영향을 미쳐 미성형이 발생하거나 웰드 라인, 플로우 마크가 발생하고, 가열온도가 높으면 휨 변형이 발생하였다. 이러한 결함은 냉각시간이 길어짐에 따라 PMMA 수지 결정화에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구를 통해 PMMA 수지로 결함이 없는 렌즈를 성형하는 최적의 조건은 금형 코어의 가열온도는 110[℃였으며, 냉 각시간은 25[sec]임을 밝혀내어 최적의 가열-냉각 온도 프로파일링을 확립하는 계기를 마련하였다. PMMA소재를 이 용한 광학렌즈의 제작은 낮은 생산단가를 구현할 수 있으며 이로 인해 수술실 무영등에 적용된 플라스틱 광학 렌즈에 적극 활용될 것으로 기대된다. We studied on the injection molding conditions of defect-free PMMA lens for surgical light. When the heat temperature of mold is low, more imperfect molding or weldlines and flow marks have showed. A defective lens depends on low fluidity of the PMMA resin and its temperature is high, a flexural strain has occurred. The longer cooling time of specimens, the more cracks have occurred due to resin crystallization. In this study, optimal molding conditions for defect-free PMMA lens is as follows. The heat temperature of core mold was 110 [℃] and also the cooling time was 25 [sec]. PMMA materials can realized low expense to produce plastic optical lens and applications.

      • 전기로에서 용융한 폐유리면의 광학적 특성

        Glass wool scrap(GWS) were discarded from its manufacturing, car scrapping and waste insulation materials. The melting characteristics of GWS were investigated for the possibilities of recycling the wastes. GWS were mixed with raw materials of glass wool in the electric furnace with various addition amounts. In 15 wt.% GWS added specimen reveals Fe2+/Fe3+ ratio increasing to about 5 times than the normal, and the spectral transmittance near the 1050 nm was abruptly decreased as 10 wt.% added specimen. And the Chromaticity coordinates of L(lightness) was decreased, - a(green color) was increased, and -b(blue color) was increased. It means that the Fe2+/Fe3+ ratio was increased. It was thought that the residual resin burning in GWS surface caused melting atmosphere change and made the reduction of Fe3+ to Fe2+ in molten glass.The suitable addition amount for recycling GWS with its raw material should be restricted under 5 wt.%. It is because that in the melting process, the green coloring of Fe2+ ion makes heat radiation and heat transfer through the molten glass difficult.

      • 졸-겔법으로 스테인리스 기판에 코팅한 PZT 박막

        졸-겔법으로 페로브스카이트형 PZT 박막을 제조하였다. 양호한 PZT 박막의 조성비는 Zr/Ti가 65/35%였다. 박막은 스핀 코팅법으로 스테인리스 기판에 Pb, Zr과 Ti 의 아세트산과 알콕시드 전구체로부터 제조하였다. 550℃-700℃ 에서 열처리한 PZT 박막은 삼방정의 결정상이었다. X선 회절법과 SEM을 이용하여 박막의 미세 결정구조와 표면 미세구조를 확인하였다. Lead zirconate titanate(PZT) films were prepared by sol-gel process. The best chemical composition with the Zr/Ti ratio was 65/35%. PZT films prepared from the acetate and alkoxide of Pb, Zr and Ti were deposited on the stainless steel substrates by spin-coating. Rhombohedral phase was identified from the specimens annealed at 550°C-700°C. The crystalline property of the films were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.

        Head Up Display system은 자동차 운전자의 안전성을 향상시키 위하여 개발된 장치로서 Combiner는 앞창유리의 일부분에 주행정보를 표시하는데 이용되는 반사 스크린이다. 본 연구에서는 screen printing 법을 이용하여 자동차 앞창유리에 산화물 반사막을 코팅한 Combiner를 제조하였으며, screen printing에 적합한 프린팅 용액과 프린팅 및 열처리 조건을 조사하였다. 앞으로 Head Up Display system에 있어서 반사 스크린 방식의 Combiner활용 가능성에 대해서 검토하여 보고자 한다.

        Microstructural and Mechanical Properties Evaluation of Weld Zone in Super Duplex Stainless Steel for Seawater Proof

        The microstructure and mechanical properties of the heat-affected zone welded using the GTAW process on SDSS material used in offshore structures were analyzed. The chemical composition of the specimen material was analyzed using XRF. The microstructure of the heat-affected zone where the plate was welded was examined by SEM, and the ferrite volume fraction was assessed using the point count method of ASTM E562. A lot of ferrite was formed in the overheated weldment region, and In the weld cap where the cooling rate was fast, ferrite was not converted back to austenite and the microstructure was not uniform. From the ferrite phase fraction, it was shown that it can be applied to the pitting resistance equivalent numbers through changes in mechanical properties according to welding conditions.

        Crystallinity, Surface Morphology and Optical Properties of Nanocrystalline ZnO Films Prepared with a Metal Naphthenate

        Highly c-axis oriented nanocystalline ZnO thin films on silica glass substrates were prepared by using a spin coating-pyrolysis process with a naphthenic acid. As-deposited films were heat treated at 500C, 600C, 700C, 800C, 900C, and 1000 C for 30 min in air. The ZnO films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, field emission - scanning electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy, and ultraviolet - visible - near - infrared spectrophotometry. Only the (002) peak and an additional faint (101) peak were observed for all samples. With increasing heat-treatment temperature,the peak intensity of the (002) phase increased. From surface morphological observations,no aggregated particles were evident. All the ZnO films exhibited a high transmittance, above 80 %, in the visible region, except for the film annealed at 1000C, and showed a sharp fundamental absorption edge at 0.380.40μm. The estimated energy band gap for the present films was within the range reported for films and single crystals.         Low-Temperature Synthesis of LiEuMo2O8 Red Phosphor for a White-Light-Emitting Diode

        The Eu3+-activated double molybdate red phosphor, LiEuMo2O8 was prepared by a sol-gel process using inorganic salts as starting materials. A precursor prefired at 500°C for 240 min was subsequently annealed at 600°C for 240 min in Ar. The crystal structure, surface morphology and luminescent properties were analyzed by an X-ray diffractometer, a field emission scanning electron microscope and a fluorescent spectrophotometer. The obtained LiEuMo2O8 shows a strong excitation band near 395 and 466 nm and intensely red-emission lines at 616 nm corresponding to the 5D0 →7F2 transitions on Eu3+ at 395 nm of light excitation.

        Spin coating-pyrolysis derived highly c-axis-oriented ZnO layers pre-fired at various temperatures

        Transparent ZnO layers were prepared on silica glass substrates by the spin coating-pyrolysis process. As-deposited lms were pre-red at 250.C for 60 min, at 350.C for 30 min, and at 500.C for 10 min, followed by heat treatment at 900.C for 30 min in air. TheZnO lms were analyzed by high resolution X-ray diraction, eld emission-scanning electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy,and ultravioletvisiblenear infrared spectrophotometry. (002)-oriented ZnO lms were obtained by pre-ring at 350.C and at 500.C.All the ZnO lms exhibited a high transmittance, above 80%, in the visible region, and showed a sharp fundamental absorption edge at0.380.40l m. The most highlyc-axis-oriented ZnO with a homogeneous surface was observed at a pyrolysis temperature of 350.C.
