내마모 구조 코팅용 Cr-Al-Si-N 코팅막의 미세구조와 기계적 특성에 관한 연구

Cr-Al-Si-N coatings were deposited on WC-Co substrates by a hybrid coating system of arc ion plating and DC magnet :on sputtering technique in $N_2/Ar$ mixture. The Cr-tll-Si-N coatings were synthesized with different Si contents. Their microstructure and mechanical properties were systematically investigated. The average size of crystallites largely decreases with the increase of Si content compared with Cr-Al-N. The microhardness of Cr-Al-Si-N coatings largely increases from 24 to 55 GPa. The enhanced hardness is believed to originate from the microstructural change by the fine composite microstructure of Cr-Al-N coatings with Si addition. The average friction coefficient of Cr-Al-Si-N coatings decreases from 0.84 to 0.45 with increasing Si content up to $16\;at.\%$.

On the basis of canonical ensemble statistics, the orbital magnetism, the magnetic susceptibility and the heat capacity of the electronic system in a quantum-dot superlattice with a parabolic confining potential under a magnetic field are investigated. Our results show that the magnetic susceptibility of the quantum-dot superlattice changes from diamagnetism to paramagnetism as the applied magnetic field strength increases. In addition, the dependences of the orbital magnetization, the magnetic susceptiblity, and the heat capacity on the confinement frequency,the temperature, and the applied magnetic field strength are also discussed. 정준앙상블 통계를 사용하여 양자점초격자의 궤도자기화, 자기감수율 및열용량에 미치는 구속진동수, 온도 그리고 자기장 세기의 영향을해석적‧수치적으로 상세히 조사하였다. 양자점초격자의자기감수율은 입사 자기장 세기가 증가함에 따라 반자성에서 상자성으로변했다.

A retrograde motion that has played an important role in the development of astronomy has been taught at school through the illustrations rather than the practical exercise. And it seems that the learning materials explaining the retrograde motion in the textbook have some shortcomings. In this study, in order to explain the cause of the retrograde motion, we made the illustrations explaining it by considering the movement of the background constellations of the phenomenon, and the data that changes according to the direction and distance of Mars from the earth. It is likely that the phenomenon and the cause of the retrograde motion can be effectively explained by using those illustrations and data. 천문학의 발달 과정에서 중요한 역할을 한 역행 운동은 학교에서 실습보다는 삽화를 통해 교육되어 왔다. 그리고 교과서에 제시되는 역행 운동 설명 자료에는 부족한 부분이 있다고 생각한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 역행 운동의 원인을 설명하기 위하여, 배경이 되는 별자리의 움직임을 고려한 역행운동 현상 설명 그림과, 지구를 중심으로 한 화성의 방향과 거리 변화 자료를 제작하였다. 개선된 자료를 활용하면 역행 운동 현상과 원인을 효과적으로 설명할 수 있을 것이다.

It is in the mid 1970's that our nation began to be interested inthe qualify if life. This is the result of the changes in the value system accelerated by the material affluence, brought about by the economic growth in the 60's and the early 70's. GNP, which indicators the degree of economic growth or prgduction, cannot be a measure of social development or human progress. For this reason, the quality of life indicators has become on the tise as a supplementary indicators for GNP. The quality of life indicator is now being used extensively in the social development policy through various studies of it. This thesis aims to enhance the quality of life by setting out and solving these problems.
