        This paper is concerned with Vehicle Routing Problem to minimize the total delivery waiting time of customers. The delivery waiting time is the time taken to travel from the depot to the customer, which is important for the delivery of the perishing products or foods requiring freshness. The mathematical formulation is given, and the SDF heuristic is suggested. Through the computational test heuristic gives the good performances with significantly less computation time.

        외회전 운동 시 회외에 따른 견관절 근활성도 및 가동범위에 대한 연구

        This study was designed to analyze shoulder joint muscle activation and range of motion performing four types of external rotations: 1. external rotation with normal(thump up) in mid axillary line: ERNMAL, 2. external rotation with supination in mid axillary line: ERSMAL, 3. external rotation with normal(thump up) in scapular line: ERNSL, and external rotation with supination in scapular line: ERSSL). Participants were recruited by convenience sampling method, and total twenty men without orthopedical disease around shoulder joint performed the four types of exercises. Each subject practiced the four types of external rotations by the guideline before the measurement. Muscle activation was measured by a surface electromyography(EMG). The average amplitudes of the electromyographic of the infraspinatus, posterior deltoid, and biceps brachii were recorded and normalized to root mean square. A repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA) with benferroni post hoc test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the date. In the muscle activity for infraspinatus, ERNSL and ERSSL showed greater muscle activity than ERNMAL; and ERSSL was greater than ERSMAL. In the muscle activity for posterior deltoid, ERNSL was greater than ERNMAL and ERSMAL. In the muscle activity for biceps brachii, ERSMAL and ERSSL were greater than ERNMAL and ERNSL. The ROM of ERSMAL was greater than ERMAL, and ROM was greatest in ERSSL. Therefore, the external rotations with supination are more effective to increase the activation of infraspinatus and ROM. This study suggests that the external rotation with supination is beneficial training method to enhance the muscle activities around shoulder joint. 본 연구는 견관절의 외회전 운동 시 전완의 회외와 팔꿈치 위치에 따라 관절의 가동범위와 근활성도를 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에 참여한 연구대상자는 견관절 정형외과 질환이 없는 체육계열 학생 20명을 선정하여 4자세((1. external rotation with normal(thump up) in mid axillary line: ERNMAL, 2. external rotation with supination in mid axillary line: ERSMAL, 3. external rotation with normal(thump up) in scapular line: ERNSL, and external rotation with supination in scapular line: ERSSL)에 대한 운동지도 후 측정하였다. 외회전의 정확한 움직임을 위하여 3D 프린터를 이용하여 외회전 운동기구를 제작하여 외회전 운동 시 중간삼각근과, 후면삼각근의 개입을 최소화 하였다. 근전도 분석을 위해 8채널 표면 근전도 (Telemyo DTS, Noraxon Inc., USA) 시스템을 이용하여 극하근, 후면삼각근, 상완이두근에 대한 근 활성도 측정값을 산출하였으며, 반복측정분산분석(Repeated Measures ANOVA)과 일원변량분석(One-Way ANOVA) 방법을 사용하여 4자세 간의 차이를 분석하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 극하근의 근활성도 분석에는 ERNSL과 ERSSL의 평균이 ERNMAL의 평균보다 높았으며, ERSSL의 평균이 ERSMAL의 평균보다 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 후면삼각근에서는 유의하지 않았으나, 주효과 분석에서는 ERNSL의 평균이 ERNMAL과 ERSMAL의 평균보다 유의하게 높았다. 셋째, 상완이두근에서는 ERSMAL과 ERSSL의 평균이 ERNMAL과 ERNSL의 평균보다 유의하게 높았다. 넷째, ROM을 분석한 결과 4자세 간에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 사후검증 결과 ERSMAL의 평균이 ERMAL의 평균보다 높았으며, ERSSL의 평균이 ERNMAL, ERSMAL, ERNSL과의 평균보다 높았다. 따라서 외회전 운동 시 극하근을 강화시켜 관절의 가동범위를 높이기 위해서는 전완의 회외(supination) 동작에서 외회전 운동을 하는게 후면삼각근의 개입을 줄이면서 ROM을 높일 수 있는 효율적이라 운동방법이라 할 수 있다.

        Assessment of Nakdong River Basin Management: Target Water Quality Achievement and Future Challenges

        In 2006, the Korean Ministry of Environment established <The 1st Water Environment Management Master Plan>. The plan aimed at “Clean Water, Eco River 2015” and guided water quality protection and strengthened water management. This study evaluated the achievement of the target water quality among the 33 mid-level basins in the Nakdong River basin and assessments of the causes of non-achievement of the target water quality by mid-level basins. According to the 2015 water quality data, only 16 of the 33 mid-level basins achieved the target water quality. The low achievement of the target water quality was attributed to the failure to predict the pollutant load at the time of planning, problems with the management of tributaries, implementation of the <Four major river restoration project>, and problems with the representativeness of the water quality representative points. In addition, feasibility studies on the water quality monitoring representative point used in each mid-level basin were also performed; some mid-level basins required improvement or change of the representative points. This study also suggested further research to improve water quality, such as detailed studies of the management of pollutant load, mainstream tributaries, and water quality indicators, for the revision of the current ongoing <The 2nd Water Environment Management Master Plan>.

        Degradation Characteristics of A Novel Multi-Enzyme- Possessing Bacillus licheniformis TK3-Y Strain for the Treatment of High-Salinity Fisheries Waste Containing Green Seaweed

        To reutilize fisheries waste, a bacterial strain was isolated from a coastal area located in Busan. It was identified as Bacillus licheniformis TK3-Y. Using plate assay and 500-mL flask experiments, we found that the isolate simultaneously possessed cellulolytic, proteolytic, and lipolytic activities with salt tolerance. 10% (v/v) inoculums, were used to examine the biodegradation characteristics of the TK3-Y strain on carboxymethylcellulose, skim milk, and olive oil media. The optimum conditions for pH, temperature, agitation speed, and NaCl concentration on each 1% substrate were 6, 50°C, 180 rpm, and 17.5%, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the TK3-Y strain showed 1.07 U/mL cellulolytic, 1,426 U/mL proteolytic, and 6.45 U/mL lipolytic activities. Each enzyme was stable within a range of 17.5–35% NaCl. Therefore, the salt tolerance ability of strain TK3-Y was superior to other related strains. In degradation of a mixed medium containing all three substrates, both the cellulolytic and proteolytic activities were somewhat lower than those on each single substrate, while the lipolytic activity was somewhat higher. From the above results, the TK3-Y strain appears to be a good candidate for use in the efficient treatment of fisheries waste in which components are not collected separately.

        Drug Rash with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms Syndrome in a Patient on Sulfasalazine for Ulcerative Colitis

        Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) is a life-threatening systemic drug reaction characterized by fever, rash, hematological abnormalities, lymphadenopathy, and multiple internal organ involvement. Unfortunately, a long latency period as well as clinicians' unawareness of the disease entity often results in a delay of prompt diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice. A search of the literature revealed only few reports on DRESS in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. The pathogenesis of the disease is not clearly understood, although several possible mechanisms, such as drug detoxification, slow acetylation, and reactivation of human herpes viruses, have been proposed in its development. Here, we present a rare case of DRESS associated with viral reactivation and defects in drug metabolism in a 22-year-old man who had been on sulfasalazine for 6 weeks to treat ulcerative colitis.
