조선후기 무반들은 가계를 세습하면서 하나의 세력을 형성 해 간다. 가문 내에서는 물론 혼인관계를 통해서도 무반직을 세습하면서 후기로 갈수록 특정 정파와 멸접하게 연계되 면서 하나의 정권기반이 되어 갔는데 이러한 변화는 무반을 더옥 성장 발전시키는 계기가 되었다. 조선후기 무반가문의 세습에 관해서는 연이은 과거 급제, 혼맥, 전란과 변란을 통한 꽁신 책봉 등 여러 형 태로 계승된다. 이에 본고에서는 다OJ하게 나타나는 무반가문 세습의 사례 중에서 특정 인물 배출 이후에 후손들이 무반을 계승하여 성장 발전한 성씨로써 가장 대표적 인 모습을 보이는 덕수이씨 충무 공파의가계를 연구대상으로 삼았다. 현재까지도 조선시대 최고의 명장으로 말려진 인물인 충무 공 이순신 이후 후손들이 무반직을 계승하여 지속적으로 관직 에 나아감은 물론 공신의 후예라는 점 에서 끊임없는 비호와 예우를 받으면서 조선말기까지 가문이 성장해 가는 모습을 여 러 사료를 통해 확인하였다. 뿐만 아니라 후손들이 사당과 정 려 건립, 문집 발간 등을 통해 선조 추숭을 위해 어떠한 노력 을 하고 향촌세력에서 기반을 다지고 있는지 살펴 보고자 하 였다. 이에 덕수이씨 충무공파 가문이 조선후기에 점차 확고 한 기반을 다지면서 명섣상부한 무반 가문으로 자리잡게 되는 모습을 확인할 수 있었다. 주제어 : 무반, 이순신, 충무공 세습, 추승, 계승, 가문

Recurrent parotitis in children is defined as the relapsing form of juvenile parotitis. Although the etiology is unknown, the disease is occasionally associated with viral infections, congenital malformations of the duct, allergies, autoimmune disorders. We present a case report of recurrent parotitis with selective immunoglobuln A deficiency in a sixteen- year-old boy. We recommend that immunoglobulines like IgA should be checked in children who have recurrent parotitis.

Effect of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug Mouthwash on Post-Tonsillectomy Pain: Randomized, Controlled Study

Background and Objectives Altough tonsillectomy is one of the most common otolaryngological procedures, a highly reliable and effective method for reducing postoperative pain has yet to be identified. This study evaluated the efficacy of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) mouthwash on postoperative pain in tonsillectomy patients. Subjects and Method A total of 64 patients who underwent tonsillectomy were randomly assigned to one of two groups (32 patients each). One group received the NSAID mouthwash and the other a distilled water mouthwash. Postoperative pain in the two groups was compared by assessing pain severity 1-9 days postoperatively using a visual analog scale. Results Compared to the distilled water mouthwash group, patients using the NSAID mouthwash showed a statistically significant decrease in postoperative pain over the first 9 postoperative days. Conclusion A NSAID mouthwash may be a simple and effective method for controlling post-tonsillectomy pain when administered in conjunction with routine medications. 부산 지역 베이커리카페 선택속성의 중요도-만족도 차이분석-자기감시성의 조절효과를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between importance and satisfaction of selection attributes in bakery cafe. In particular, self-monitoring variables were used as a moderating variable which can affect the differences. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, 312 responses were recruited to conduct main study with cluster analysis and IPA analysis. The results reveal that Affordable price, Discount service, and Rapid processing of complaints and Grievances are needed to recover customer satisfaction. In addition, the differences between importance and satisfaction of selection attributes in Bakery cafe differ according to customer’s Self-monitoring. 본 연구는 베이커리 카페 선택속성의 중요도와 만족도 간의 차이검증을 통해 중점적인 개선점을 파악하고자 진행하였다. 특히, 소비자의 자기감시성향을 조절변수로 사용하여 중요도와 만족도 간의 상대적 차이에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 부산지역 소비자들을 중심으로 설문을 실시했고 수집된 자료 중 총 312부의 유효한 설문자료를 활용하여 군집분석과 IPA 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 베이커리 카페의 전반적인 서비스 품질 향상을 위하여 가격의 저렴함, 가격할인 서비스, 불만이나 고충의 신속한 처리에 대하여 개선을 위한 노력이 중점적으로 필요한 것으로 나타났으며 자기감시성향이 높게 나타나는 소비자들은 가격 할인서비스에 만족하지만 자기감시성향이 낮게 나타나는 소비자들은 가격할인 서비스에 불만족 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 소비자들을 식사대용, 커피음용, 디져트 섭취, 포장구매와 같이 이용목적 별로 분류하여 선택속성에 대한 IPA를 실시하여 실무적인 시사점도 함께 제시하고 있다.

論山 白日軒 李森 家 문화자원의 활용방안

여러 다양한 인물과 관련한 역사문화자원이 지역의 경쟁력확보를 위한 잠재력을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 지금까지 이루어지고 있는 많은 연구와 축제들은 단순한 흥미유발 위주의 행사가 되고 있으며 인물에 관한 자료들의 정리 과정이 부족해지고, 결국에는 역사적 가치나 의의가 뒷전으로 밀려나고 있다. 인물을 중심으로 다루어지는 활용들은 다른 인물이나 유적과의 차별성과 특성을 확보해야 하며 나아가 다양한 활용분야를 모색해 교육적이고 체계적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 지역역사 인물에 대한 사례연구로 자료를 수집과 정리․고증의 과정을 거쳐 그 인물을 규명하고, 현재 남아있는 자료들을 바탕으로 교육이나 전시, 그리고 활용가능하고 직접적인 프로그램의 활용방안을 모색 해 인물에 대한 올바른 이해와 지속 가능한 실질적인 자원화 활용방안을 연구하고자 하였다. 이에 많은 역사적 인물 중에서도 잘 알려지지 않은 충남 논산 출신의 이삼 장군을 연구대상으로 삼아 역사적 가치를 체계적으로 정리하고 과거와 현재, 미래를 연계시켜 유물과 유적을 효율적으로 전승ㆍ활용 할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 현재 전하고 있는 문화자원을 바탕으로 가장 먼저 자료의 원형소재인 이삼의 생애와 사상, 업적 등을 여러 문집이나 기록을 통해 체계적으로 정리하였고, 활용 가능한 유적과 유물들의 현황을 파악했다. 그리고 이삼과 관련한 문화자원의 특징과 경쟁력이 무엇인지를 분석하여 고택의 활용이나 전시관의 운영 등 실제 활용할 수 있는 방법과 자원화의 방안을 기획하여 여러 구체적인 방법의 활용방안을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 예컨대 백일헌 이삼의 학문과 사상을 정확히 규명하고 알리는 기초적인 자료 정리와 연구, 그리고 그것을 통한 특성을 찾아 다양한 활용방안 모색하였다. 또한 인물 선양 사업에 흔히 나타나는 보수 정비의 행태를 극복하고 차별화하여 교육과 전시로 연계시켜 교육 자료의 개발의 강조하였다. While various people and relevant historical and cultural resources have the potential for securing competitiveness of each region, studies and festivals until now have focused only on creating fun factors. In this process, efforts have been lacking in organizing and maintaining data on significant figures and eventually they are not receiving their due attention for their historic values and significance. Applications focused on significant figures should gain uniqueness and traits differentiated from other figures and historic remains and the various areas of use should be searched in an educational and systematic way. This study, as a case study of a historical figure of a region, went through the process of collecting, organizing, and studying data and examined a historic figure. Based on the existing data, it searched for ways for education, exhibition, and programs that are directly applicable, and tried to find ways to have the right understanding of a regional figure and to practical and sustainable ways to use resources. To this end, this study chose as its study object, general Lee Sam from Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do Province, one of the figures who are not very well known, systematically organized his historical significance, connected past, present, and future, and tried to search for ways to effectively inherit and use historical remains and ruins. Based on cultural resources that are currently handed down, it systematically organized life, beliefs, and achievements of Lee Sam through literature and records, which is the original material of the resource, and examined the current status of remains and ruins that can be utilized. Then by analyzing the features and competitiveness of cultural resources related to Lee Sam, it planned actual ways of using resources such as utilizing old houses and operating exhibition halls, and presented a specific way to use resources. For example, through the process of organizing data, conducting a research, and finding features on the academic aspects and beliefs of Baekilhun, Lee Sam, it searched for various ways of using them. Also, it overcame the frequent modifying and mending practice that is often shown in the process of exalting a historic figure, connected the project to education and exhibition, and stressed the development of educational data.

공주 진주류씨의 무반가형성과 혼맥관계 연구 : 덕수이씨 충무공파와의 혼인관계를 중심으로

본 논문은 조선후기 충청우도에 세거하면서 무반으로 성장발전 하는 모습을 보이고 있는 공주의 진주류씨 정민공파 가문의 사례연구이다. 유교사회였던 조선은 양난을 겪고 난 후 군사력 강화의 필요성이 제기되었고 이에 무반직을 세습하는 무반가계가 독자적으로 형성되기 시작 하였다. 진주류씨 역시 무반가문으로 독자적인 세력을 형성하면서 나름대로의 정체성을 확보해 나아갔다. 이들은 서로 무반가문들 간에만 고위직을 세습하고 혼맥을 맺어 연대를 통해 지속적으로 무관 고위직을 배출하여 가문의 위상을 높여 나갔다. 먼저 진주류씨가 무반가문으로 형성-성장-발전하는 시기를 파악하였다. 또한 조선후기의 무반들은 통혼관계를 통해 자신들 가문의 위상과 사회적 지위 유지를 위해 노력했다. 진주류씨 역시 가문이 성장하는 시기인 18세기 후반부터 집중적으로 무반가문들과 혼인을 하고 있음을 파악 하였다. 특히 아산의 덕수이씨 충무공파와 중첩적이고 집중적인 혼인관계를 맺게 됨으로써 친밀한 유대관계를 유지하였다. This paper is a case study on the family of the Jinju Ryu Clan Jeongmingong Branch who developed into a muban(military nobility) while residing in Woodo Island in Chungcheong Province for generations during the late Joseon dynasty. The importance of strengthening military might was raised after Joseon, which was a Confucian society, underwent two wars(Imjin War and Manchu War). This led to the independent formation of muban families who inheritedmuban positions. As a muban family, the Jinju Ryu clan also acquired independent power and began establishing their identity. The clan members monopolized high ranking positions amongst themselves through hereditary succession and heightened the statusof their family by consistently producing high ranking muguans (military officials) through connections formed by marriages. First, the periods when the Jinju Ryu clan was formed, grew, and developed into a muban family were identified. The mubans of the late Joseon dynasty endeavored to maintain the status and social position of their families through marriages. It was found that the Jinju Ryu clan started to focus on marrying other muban families from the late 18th century. They especially maintained close ties with the Deoksu Lee clan Choongmugong branch from Asan through multiple and close maritalrelations.
