유도선수들과 유도학과 학생들의 체급별 신체구성 성분과 유산소 파워의 특성

The purpose of this study was to provide a basic data for training to measure body composition and aerobic power in judo athletes and students of judo department in college. Each two groups were consisted by three groups respectively 10 persons by three different weight, -70kg, -85kg, -100kg respectively. They participated in measurement for body composition using segmental bioelectrical impedance and maximal aerobic power using treadmill. The results were obtained as follow: 1. It was showed that body composition was significantly difference in both two groups among three different weight, and there were significantly difference between two groups in all variables except body fat, abdominal fat, protein. 2. It was tend to increase HRmax. VEmax according to getting higher weight but, -85kg weight group was showed higher level in VCO2, VO2. AT level and allout time. Also no significantly difference among weight within two groups in all variables. Considering the results, it was estimated that all judo players of two groups were normal in body composition in -70kg, -85kg weight groups, but judo players of -100kg weight group need to controlling body fat. Also, it is suggested that both two groups were need to reinforce with endurance training according to general aerobic ability in this study.
