N/A The influence of solidification condition on the segregation of SiC particles in the Al-xSi/6wt%SiC_p(x: 6, 10, 14, 18wt%) cmposites was investigated in the study. The results are as follows: 1) During the counter-gravity unidirectional solidification of Al-Si/SiC_p composites melt, most of the SiC particles are pushed to the top of the casting. 2) The SiC particles pushing in the Al-Si/SiC_p composite melts are not observed, when the interface velocity of melts increases more than 1.41㎛/sec. 3) The SiC particles are entrapped in the interdendrite regions, when the sizes of SiC particles in the Al-Si/SiC_p composites are large than φ 22㎛.

소셜네트워크게임의 성공요소분석 : 팜빌 게임을 중심으로

최근 소셜네트워크게임은 지인과의 관계에 중점을 두면서 여성 유저들과 40대 이상의 고연령층 유저들을 게임 시장으로 끌어내는 등 이용자층 확대에 큰 기여를 하고 있다. 그래서 소셜네트워크게임에 대한 관심과 산업적 확산이 폭발적인 데 반하여 소셜네트워크게임에 대한 학술적인 연구가 미흡하다. 본 연구는 게임전문가와의 심층면담을 통해 최근 성공한 소셜네트워크게임의 성공요인을 살펴보고 이에 대한 개발 지침을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 소셜네트워크게임 가운데 상업적으로 성공하고 최고의 이용자 수를 갖고 있는 대표적인 게임인 팝벌을 대상으로 핵심 성공요인을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 사회적 교류, 간단한 인터페이스, 비동기 방식, 도구적 합리성 요인이 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 성공적인 소셜네트워게임을 개발하기 위한 지침으로 활용 될 것으로 기대된다. Currently social network games with an emphasis on the relationship between the friends, especially women users and the elderly users of over forties, have contributed to the expansion of game market attracting large audiences. Though recent interest in social network games and the explosive propagation of social network game into game industry, scholarly research for social network game is insufficient. The objective of the study is to explore the success factors for successful social network games through the depth interview with game experts. We suggest the guidelines for development of social network game. Commercial success of social network games and the number of users with the best game, farmville, were investigated for understanding key success factors in social network game field. As a result, social interaction, simple interface, asynchronous method, instrumental rationality factors have been identified. This result of the study will expect the guideline in order to develop a successful social network games.

관종별 도서관 사서의 직무환경요인과 직무만족도의 상관성 연구

본 연구는 국 공립대학도서관, 사립대학도서관, 전문대학도서관, 지방자치단체 소속 공공도서관을 선정하여 관종별 도서관 사서들의 직무만족도의 차이점을 측정 비교 분석하였다. 측정항목으로 10가지 직무만족 요인을 선정하여 전체적인 사서의 직업만족도와 직무만족, 고용만족, 승진제도 만족, 업무분장만족, 보수제도 만족, 복무제도 만족, 시설환경 만족, 교육훈련 만족, 후생복지 만족, 인간관계에 대한 만족 요인을 비교 분석 하였다. 첫째, 전체적인 사서의 직무만족도는 5점 척도 만점에 3.940으로 비교적 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 관종별로는 사립대학 도서관, 전문대학 도서관, 공공도서관, 국 공립대학 도서관 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족요인에 선정된 10가지 항목에 대한 전반적인 관종별 만족도 순위는 교육훈련, 직업, 복무제도, 인간관계, 고용제도, 업무분장, 시설환경, 보수제도, 후생복지, 승진제도 만족 순으로 측정되었다. In this study, libraries of national and public universities, libraries of private universities, libraries of colleges, public libraries of local governments were selected to measure, compare and analyze the differences in job satisfaction of librarians working in different types of libraries. As for measurement items, 10 factors for job satisfaction were chosen. In doing so, this researcher compared and analyzed the overall job satisfaction and work satisfaction, employment satisfaction, satisfaction with promotion system, satisfaction with work distribution, satisfaction with payment system, satisfaction with service system, satisfaction with facility environment, satisfaction with educational training, satisfaction with welfare system, and satisfaction with personal relations. The results of the analysis on job satisfaction with each factor by librarians working in different types of libraries are presented as follows. First, the overall job satisfaction value of the librarians was 3.940, which means relatively high satisfaction, and in terms of a type of library, libraries of private universities showed the highest value, and the next ones were found to be libraries of colleges, public libraries and libraries of national and public libraries. Secondly, regarding the ranking of the overall satisfaction with the selected 10 job satisfaction factors by different types of libraries, educational training was found to rank the highest, and the next ones were surveyed to be the job, the service system, the personal relations, the employment system, the work distribution, the facility environment, the payment system, the welfare system, and the promotion system.

Al-Si/$\{SiC}_{p}$ 복합재료 용탕에서 SiC 입자의 침강

Remelting of $A-Si/SiC_{p}$ composites followed by isothermal holding and solidification, leads ro the settling of Sic particles to the bottom of the mold. With the isothermal holding time for molten $A-Si/SiC_{p}$ composites. the particle free zone increases rapidly up to approximately first 30 minutes of the holding time. Experimental resulls of the particle settling confirm that the larger SIC particles sink faster tlun the sniiller particles. An increase in volume fraction of Sic particles decreases the setrling velocity of the particles. AI-xSi/ySiC( x:6~18wt%, y: 3~9wt%, SiC 입자크기: $10~28{\mu}m$) 복합재료를 재용해한 후 항온 유지하고 응고 시킬때 SiC 입자가 몰드의 하부로 침강하는 현상을 계통적으로 조사하였다. AI-Si/SiC 복합재료 용탕을 항온으로 유지하면 입자가 없는 지역은 유지시간이 약 처음 30분 동안 빠르게 증가한다. SiC 입자가 크기가 클수록 SiC입자의 크기가 클수록 SiC입자의 침강속도가 빠르다. 또한 복합재료중 철가한 SiC 입자의 부피분율이 증가하면 입자의 침강속도는 감소한다.

대학도서관 사서는 이용자에게 신속한 지식정보를 제공하고 변화하는 교육환경에 신속하게 적용하고 정보욕구를 충족시키고 조직을 발전시키기 위하여 도서관의 기본요소 항목인 사서확보와 장서확충 및 예산과 시설이 잘 갖추어 지도록 노려해야 할 것이다. 그 중에서 대학도서관이 가지는 다양한 기능과 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 도서관에 근무하는 사서의 역할이 중요하다. 왜냐하면 사서의 직무수행이 이용자에 대한 정보서비스의 품질과 밀접하기 때문이다. 특히 전문대학은 설립기관이나 교육목표에 따라 차이는 있을 수 있지만 전문인력을 양성하는 기관으로 인식되는 것은 같다. 하지만 4년제 대학에 비하여 봉사대상은 비슷한 수준임에도 불구하고 상대적으로 기준, 시설, 예산면에서 열악한 전문대학 사서의 현실과 현황을 비교해 보고 사서 구성원을 검토함으로써 전문대학만이 가지는 문제점을 파악하고 전문대학 도서관 사서도 전문직으로서 자부심을 가짐으로써 열악한 전문대학 현실에 대응할 수 있는 대처방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

Al-Si / SiCp 복합재료 용탕의 유동성

N/A The spiral fluidity of Al-xSi/ySiC (x:6∼18 wt.%, y:3∼9 wt.%, particle size:l0∼28 ㎛) composites melt was investigated in this study. Addition of SiC particles to the base alloy decreased the fluidity of the Al-Si/SiC_p composites melt. The spiral fluidity (F) of the Al-Si/SiC_p composites melt was influenced more directly by the surface area of the SiC particles (S) dispersed in the molten AI-Si alloy, rather than the volume fraction or size of SiC particles and this could be expressed by following empirical regression equations. F=27.269-0.011S (pouring temp.: 750˚C) at AI-6wt.%Si/SiC_p, F=41.635-0.019S (pouring temp.: 750˚C) at Al-18wt.%Si/SiC_p. The spiral fluidity of hypereutectic Al-Si/SiC_p composites melt increased with increaes in pouring temperature of the melt. However, the spiral fluidity of hypereutectic AI-Si/SiC_p composites melt did not increase significantly when the pouring temperature was increased above 780˚C (Received December 1, 1997)
