김영준사장은 작년 6월 동신화학 사장으로 취임한 직후부터 최근까지 6차례에 걸쳐 미국시장을 찾아 한국「타이어」수출을 위한 획기적인 성과를 안고 돌아왔다. 농림부장관을 퇴임한 후 부실기업인 흥한화섬을 맡아 일약 성장기업으로 키워놓고 다시 부실화된 동신화학을 재건중에 있는 그는 취임 11개월만인 지난 5월부터는 흑자기업으로 일으켜 세웠다. 해외시장 개척부진과 출혈수출로 작년도 「타이어」업계의 수출은 5백만달러선에 머무르고 있는데 김사장은 연 2천만달러의 장기계약을 미국의 「시어스ㆍ로박」과 체결함으로써 「타이어」대미수출의 전기를 마련하고 귀국 했다.<편집자주>

창업주의 직접교수를 통한 창업기술전수프로그램이 전공과 자폐성장애인의 국수조리 직무기술에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of entrepreneurial skills transfer program using direct instruction of entrepreneur on NOODLE cooking task skills of individuals with autism spectrum disorder who is in the transition classroom of a special education school. For this purpose, three individuals with autism spectrum disorder who have been studying in transition classroom for 1 years after graduating high school course of special school were selected as subjects. As for the experiment design, the multiple probe design across subjects, one of the single-subject research techniques, was used, and the subsequent experiment conditions consisted of baseline, intervention, and maintenance. The experimental environment was at the kitchen in the NOODLE restaurant. Entrepreneurial skills transfer program using direct instruction of entrepreneur in kitchen at NOODLE restaurant was used as independent variable to create learning method based on the language prompting, movement prompting, physical prompting. Also in the independent variable of this study, the language․movement․physical prompting were applied with mutually connected procedure and method. Cooking skills, the target behavior (dependent variable), was operationally defined as cooking of NOODLE by the subjects and this performance was composed in a total of 10 stages through task analysis. As a result of this study, the subjects were found to effectively acquire NOODLE cooking task skills, the target behavior, through the intervention program. In addition, the subjects effectively maintained the target behavior acquired until 3 weeks after the end of the intervention. Lastly, this study focused its discussion on implications of the functional relationship between independent and dependent variables. 본 연구는 창업주의 직접교수를 통한 창업기술전수프로그램이 전공과 자폐성장애인의 국수조리 직무기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 전공과 과정에 재학 중이면서 향후 부모와 공동으로 국수 요리점 창업을 준비하는 자폐성장애인 세 명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 실험 설계는 단일대상연구 기법 중 한 가지인 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였으며, 이에 따른 실험 조건은 기초선, 중재, 유지로 구성되었다. 실험 장소는 실제 창업현장인 국수 요리점 내 주방으로 선정되었고, 여기서 중재와 평가가 모두 이루어졌다. 독립변인인 창업주의 직접교수를 통한 창업기술전수프로그램은 창업주가 언어촉진, 동작촉진, 신체촉진을 연합해서 활용하는 것으로 적용되었다. 종속변인은 연구 대상이 국수 요리점 내 주방에서 각종 조리도구와 음식재료를 활용하여 국수를 조리하는 수행으로 구성되었으며, 과제분석을 통해 총 10가지의 하위 단계들이 포함되었다. 연구 결과, 연구 대상들은 중재프로그램을 통하여 국수조리 직무기술을 효과적으로 습득한 것으로 나타났다. 중재가 종료된 이후 3주가 지난 시점에서 연구 대상들은 중재의 최종 적용 효과에 의한 국수조리 직무기술 정반응 수행을 그대로 유지하였다. 본 연구는 자폐성 장애인이 실제 창업 현장을 통한 지역사회기반교수에서 창업주가 간략하고 신속한 일상 생활적인 상호작용 방식으로 제공하는 직접교수에 의해 창업 직무기술을 효과적으로 전수받을 수 있다는 측면을 시사한다.

In many cases, schwannoma is a single and solitary lesion and more than half of it develops from head and neck area. Ideally schwannoma should be removed without damaging the nerve, but if the cancer is difficult to desquamate, neurolysis or debulking procedure can be performed by compensating the nerve functions. In this case, due to a previous diagnosis of colonal tuberculosis, the caseous neck nodes were assumed as tuberculous lymphadenitis. But imaging study and surgical point of view misled to diagnosis between Tbc lymphadenitis or schwannoma. Multifocal shwannoma in a single nerve is very rare, authors had a difficulty to plan a proper treatment.

Fascioliasis is a zoonotic disease caused by Fasciola hepatica, a liver fluke, for which human acts as an accidental host. Fascioliasis, while common in some tropical countries, is rare in Korea. Endoscopie retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) has been described in only a very few cases as a useful technique for the diagnosis of fascioliasis. We report a case of fascioliasis diagnosed by ERCP, after endoscopic sphinchterotomy adult worms were removed by Dormia basket.

고용주와 어머니의 협력을 통한 취업사후관리프로그램이 자폐성장애 근로자들의 김치요리직무기술에 미치는 효과

This research was conducted to identify the effects of employment post management program through collaboration of employer and mother on the KIMCHI cooking task skills of workers with autism spectrum disorder. To do so, the study selected three workers with autism spectrum disorder who had worked part-time in a korean restaurants for 1 years after graduating from the majoring course and high school course of special education schools as study subjects. The experimental environment was divided into two areas including kitchen in restaurants workplace and kitchen in home. As for the experiment design, the multiple probe design across subjects, one of the single-subject research techniques, was used, and the subsequent experiment conditions consisted of baseline, intervention, and maintenance. Employment post management program through collaboration of employer and mother was used as independent variable to create learning method based on modeling and verbal prompting of employer, verbal prompting through photograph handbook and response prompting through cooking rehearsal of mother. Also in the independent variable of this study, employer intervention and mother intervention were applied with mutually connected procedure and method. KIMCHI Cooking skills, the dependent variable (target behavior), was operationally defined as cooking of cabbage KIMCHI by the subjects and this performance was composed in a total of 10 stages through task analysis. As a result of this study, the subjects were found to effectively acquire KIMCHI cooking skills, the target behavior, through the intervention program. In addition, the subjects effectively maintained the target behavior acquired until 3 weeks after the end of the intervention. Lastly, this study focused its discussion on implications of the functional relationship between independent and dependent variables. 본 연구는 고용주와 어머니의 협력을 통한 취업사후관리프로그램이 자폐성장애 근로자의 김치요리직무기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 특수학교 전공과 및 고등학교의 과정을 졸업한 이후 한식을 주요 메뉴로 하는 식당에 시간제로 취업한 자폐성장애 근로자 세 명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 실험 설계는 단일대상연구의 기법 중 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였으며, 이에 따른 실험 조건은 기초선, 중재, 유지와 같이 세 가지로 구성되었다. 실험 환경은 식당사업체 내 주방과 일반가정 내 주방으로 구성되었다. 독립변인인 고용주와 어머니의 협력을 통한 취업사후관리프로그램은 중재 준비와 중재 적용의 절차를 통해 구성되었으며, 중재 적용 시 고용주의 언어촉진에 의한 모방 제공, 어머니의 시각적 수첩자료 제작 및 활용에 의한 언어촉진 및 시연 제공의 절차가 포함되었다. 그리고 중재 적용 시 고용주는 자료 측정(수행평가)에서 관찰한 연구 대상의 종속변인(목표행동) 수행상의 결과를 통해 어머니에게 가정에서 중점을 두어야 할 과제분석의 단계 및 중재 제반 방향에 대해 제안하였다. 역으로, 어머니 역시 가정에서 연구 대상을 중재하는 가운데 문제 인식된 결과(예: 특별히 추가 시연되어야 할 과제분석의 단계 등)에 대해 고용주에게 제안하는 것으로 하였다. 종속변인(목표행동)인 김치요리직무기술은 연구 대상이 현재 재직하는 주방에서 김치를 직접 담그는 수행으로 조작적 정의될 수 있으며, 과제분석을 통해 총 10가지의 하위 단계기술이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 연구 대상은 중재프로그램을 통해 목표행동을 효과적으로 습득하고, 중재가 종료된 후 3주가 지난 시점에서 목표행동의 습득 효과를 그대로 유지하고 있었다.
