토지개발공사에서는 수원영통지구와 용인수지2지구의 근린공원 안에 공공도서관 건립을 위한 현상설계경기를 실시하여 총 5개 작품이 접수된 결과 두 프로젝트 모두 에이텍 건축(김상길)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 96년 10월21일 발표했다. 수원 영통 지구의 우수작은 엑시트건축(이강호)안이, 가작으로는 기인ㆍ건웅건축(이성우)안이 각각 선정됐으며 용인수지2지구의 우수작은 기인건축(안상춘)안이 선정됐다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical and radiographic results of symptomatic bunionette treated with a diaphyseal oblique osteotomy. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 12 feet of nine patients diagnosed as symptomatic bunionette and treated with diaphyseal oblique osteotomy. All patients were female and the average age at the time of surgery was 48 years. We checked the foot standing anteroposterior, oblique, and lateral images pre- and post-operatively. We measured the fourth intermetatarsal angle and fifth metatarsophalangeal angle and evaluated the clinical results using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) lesser metatarsophalangeal-interphalangeal (MTP-IP) scale preoperatively and six months postoperatively. Results: Of the nine patients, hallux valgus was combined with symptomatic bunionette in seven feet of five patients. In all of our cases, the average AOFAS lesser MTP-IP scale showed improvement after surgery. Painful callosity around the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint disappeared after surgery in all of our cases. The fourth intermetatarsal angle improved from $12.7^{\circ}$ to $3.1^{\circ}$ and the fifth metatarsophalangeal angle improved from $16.6^{\circ}$ to $2.3^{\circ}$. Conclusion: Diaphyseal oblique osteotomy of the fifth metatarsal appears to be a safe and satisfactory surgical procedure for treatment of symptomatic bunionette.

거래비용이론 관점의 중소기업 인수합병(M&A) 중개기관에 대한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 국내 중소기업 인수합병시장 참여자인 M&A 중개기관을 대상으로 거래비용이론을 적용하여 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경제학에서 출연하여 다양한 분야에서 연구되고 있는 거래비용이론의 핵심요인인 자산특유성, 불확실성, 기회주의와 거래빈도에 대한 이론적인 배경과 선행연구로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 연구 방법은 중소기업 인수합병시장에서 M&A 중개기관으로 활동하고 있는 참여자를 대상으로 설문하여 구조방정식 모형인 PLS(Partial Least Squares)통계 도구를 활용하였다. 변수는 자산특유성을 M&A동기로 하였고, 불확실성은 중소기업의 M&A무관심, 기회주의는 기회주의 및 거래빈도는 거래망실적공시로 정의하여 측정하였다. 분석결과로 첫째, 자산특유성인 M&A동기는 거래망 실적공시 부(-)의 영향을 주었지만, 중개기관 활동성과와 기회주의에는 부정적 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 기회주의는 M&A무관심에 영향을 미치는 반면, M&A무관심은 거래망 실적공시와 중개기관 활동성과에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 거래빈도인 거래망실적공시는 중개기관 활동성과에 큰 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 인수합병시장에서 상담, 중개와 거래협상을 전문으로 담당하는 중개기관의 실증적인 분석에 의의가 있으며 시장참여자인 경영컨설팅관계자에도 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to analyze the activity factors for M&A brokerage agencies, who are participants of the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) mergers and acquisitions market from the perspective of transaction cost theory. To achieve the purpose of the study, we applied the transaction cost theory to form research models and hypotheses from theoretical backgrounds and existing studies on asset specificity, uncertainty, opportunism, frequency of transactions. For more information we surveyed experts in an intermediary institution working in the SME mergers and acquisitions market by utilizing a Partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). For variable measurement, asset specialty in the SME mergers and acquisitions market was defined as a M&A motive, uncertainty as indifference of SMEs towards the market, opportunism as the target corporations’ opportunistic tendencies, and frequency of transactions as official notice of performance in M&A trading network. The result of the analysis: First, M&A motive had a significant influence on disclosure and opportunistic trading network performance. Secondly, opportunism is uncertainty affecting indifference, apathy, on the other hand, does not affect a network performance and intermediary institutions’ activity performance. Third, trading performance disclosure frequencies appeared to affect the intermediaries’ activities. This study is to demonstrate that intermediaries are responsible for mediation and counseling of the companies in the mergers and acquisitions market, and wishes to draw implications from the perspective of M&A brokerage agencies who are institutions which form infrastructure for mergers and acquisitions market of SMEs.

한밭대학교의 취업서비스 제공에 대한 학생들의 만족도 및 취업 활동 참여도 조사 연구

The study discuses the overall satisfaction and participation levels of students in the institution's employment service and other students' employment-related factors. It is based on the questionnaire from 813 students registered in HBNU(Han Bat National University); 492(60.5%) male students and 321(39.5%) female student, 605(74.4%) day-class students and 208(25.6%) evening-class students, 33(4.1%) married students and 780(95.9%) unmarried students, and 199(24.5%) freshmen, 304(37.4%) sophomore, 196(24.1%) junior, and 114(14.0%) senior students. The study has shown that more students are not setisfied with the institution's overall employment services and employment related materials and information in the Employment Information Center and the library. A large number of students, however, are satisfied with their major professors' job-seeking guidance, and the institution's model of cooperative education. Other additional results of the study show that more students think of the higher education institution as an ivory tower, rather than a job-training center. Also more students have selected HBNU for financial reasons, and more than half of the students have never participated in the employment-related special lectures and have never used the job-related internet services offered by the institution. 한밭대학교는 대학의 학생처 조직 내에 인력개발 센터를 두고 취업정보망 운영 및 취업상담,취업 DB구축 및 취업통계, 취업교양강좌 및 취업특강 개설,취업능력개발지원(취업 Festival,설명회 등)에 관한사항,취업전략프로그램 개발운영 및 취업관련 책자발간,노동청 직장체험 프로그램운영, 취업과 부업 정보제공 및 추천,개인 및 집단상담,진로상담 및 성격 및 적성검사 상담관련 간행물,조사연구집 발간등의 학생들의 취업에 대한 제반 업무를 담당하고 있다 하지만,인력개발센터의 다양한 취업관련 서비스 제공에도 불구하고 이를 이용하는 학생들은 많지 않는 것으로 인식되어 이에 대한 원인과 문제점을 파악하고자 이 연구를 실시하였다. 먼저,학생들이 대학 교육의 목적이 무엇이라고 생각하는지에 대해서 조사하였고,이어서, 우리 대학을 선택한 이유,대학차원에서 제공하는 취업활동에 대한 만족도,대학차원의 취업특강 참여 정도, 대학의 제반 취업활동 참여정도 대학의 취업정보센터 방문회수,취업정보센터의 홈 페이지 이용 정도,현장실습 및 전공 관련 아르바이트의 참여 정도, 학기제 현장실습의 참여 의사, 전공 교수의 취업지도에 대한 만족 정도,도서관의 취업관련 자료 및 정보에 대한 만족 정도,대학의 산학 협동 모델에 대한 만족 정도, 전공 관련 분야 취업 희망의사, 전공교육과 구직 및 직업 활동과의 연계성,교양교육과 구직 및 직업 활동과의 연계성을중심으로 조사하였다.
