        로널드 핀스트라 교수의 지도 아래 김병훈(47세)교수가 쓴 학위 논문은 “삼신론과 의식의 중심으로서의 하나님의 위격 - 위르겐 몰트만과 윌리엄 힐의 비교 평가를 덧붙여서”이다. 칼 바르트 이후 20세기 후반에 신학 진영은 의식의 중심으로 하나님의 각 위격에 대한 이해와 관련해 삼신론자와 양태론자로 양분되었다. 김병훈 교수는 삼신론을 주제로 이런 논쟁의 현황과 논점을 파악해 삼위일체 하나님의 위격에 대한 이해를 도모한다.

        Cyclooxygenase-2 Overexpression in Chronic Inflammation Associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia: Is It Related to Apoptosis and Angiogenesis of Prostate Cancer?

        Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression and apoptosis/angiogenesis in inflammatory and noninflammatory benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer (PC). Materials and Methods: This study involved 64 BPH and 57 PC patients. The BPH histopathologies were classified by the presence of chronic inflammation as follows: noninflammatory BPH (NI-BPH; n=23) and inflammatory BPH (I-BPH; n=41). The association between the expression of COX-2, expression of Bcl-2, the apoptotic index (AI), expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and microvascular density (MVD) in the prostate was investigated. Results: An overexpression of COX-2, Bcl-2, and VEGF was observed in cases of PC compared with cases of BPH. In PC, the AI was lower and MVD was higher than in BPH. In NI-BPH, I-BPH, and PC, the overexpression of COX-2, Bcl-2, and VEGF gradually increased. The AI was high in I-BPH, but did not differ significantly between the NI-BPH and I-BPH groups or between the NI-BPH and PC groups. MVD was significantly high in PC, but no significant difference was found between NI-BPH and I-BPH. A significant correlation was shown between the overexpression of COX-2 and Bcl-2, and COX-2 and VEGF. However, the AI was not correlated with the overexpression of COX-2 or Bcl-2. MVD was correlated with the overexpression of COX-2 and VEGF. Conclusions: COX-2 overexpression in PC is correlated with a decrease in apoptosis and an increase in angiogenesis. Chronic inflammation in BPH causes an overexpression of COX-2, which induces the increased expression of Bcl-2 and VEGF. It is likely that chronic inflammation plays a role in the intermediate step of carcinogenesis in the prostate.         Long Photoperiod Affects Gonadal Development in Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus

        To effects of sex maturation in olive flounder by regulating long photoperiod, gonadal development and GTH mRNA expression in the pituitary were investigated. Photoperiod was treated natural photoperiod and long photoperiod (15L:9D) conditions from September 2011 to March 2012. The results showed that natural photoperiodic group showed a higher gonadosomatic index (GSI) than long photoperiodic group during the spawning season (March 2012). The histological analysis of ovarian tissue showed that natural photoperiod group of ovaries contained vitellogenic oocytes, but long photoperiod group of ovaries mainly contained perinucleolus staged oocyte and oil-drop staged oocytes. The FSH mRNA of olive flounder, under natural photoperiod group, showed a significantly higher expression but no significant difference under long photoperiod group. The LHβ mRNA showed a significantly higher expression only under natural photoperiod group. These results may suggest that long photoperiodic information regulates secretion of pituitary FSH and LH and maintain early growing stage of gonadal development in this species.

        Gustavo Gutierrez’s View On the Self-World Relationship

        This paper discusses some ideas about the founder of Liberation Theology, who is Gustavo Gutierrez, now the worldly known thinker. My area of interest here is, especially, in his understandings about the self-world relationship as described in his writings. My reading points out that there are three main persectives from which he makes his arguments and also relates to other areas of his discussion. The first one is the poor’s perspective. According to him, the feelings and thoughts of the poor tends to be ignored in the real life world. Hence they do not have their own voices. Their voices are not fully supported not only in the economic settings but also in the religious settings. They need to be heard. This condition affects other areas of their life as well and it helps us to see the second way of his analysis about Latin American situation, that is, the theory of oppression. He believes that oppression is the main source of their suffering and problem along with the poverty. According to him, the poor experience their relationship with the world as structurally oppressed. It is because mainly the socio-cultural structure is made in general by the people of power, white and european. The Latin people are not strong enough to build up the structure on their own. They do not have socio-political power yet. Gutierrez addresses the issue of social, cultural, historical, psychological and spiritual oppression, of course from the perspective of the poor. What is the condition in which the poor can function optimally? Here comes the third and the final point of view, which is what Gutierrez considers as the spirit of liberation, especially in the religious and theological areas. His argument is that the poor need to claim their own voices about their faith experiences. The religious and theological liberty would make difference in the socio-political and psychological ones as well as in the religious one. Through the reinterpretation of Job, above all, Gutierrez suggests a new theology, the theology that is constructed by the subjective experiences of the poor or the suffering of the innocent poor in this oppressive world. Gutierrez believes that the poor do not talk about God but to God. This is the theology of doing which is different from the theology of speaking.

      • 침입탐지시스템 탐지성능 향상 위한 해시기반 패턴 매칭 시스템

        네트워크 대역폭과 침입기술의 발달하는 상황에서 침입탐지 시스템의 패턴 매칭 방식으로는 대용량 화된 모든 패킷을 기존의 침입탐지 시스템의 패턴 매치 방식으로 패턴을 분석하는 것에는 한계가 발 생한다. 패킷들이 단편화되어 수신될 때 패킷들을 효율성 있게 탐지하기 위해서 Esnort (1)와 같은 운 영체제에 일치되는 패킷들의 패턴만 매치하는 방법이 제시되었다. Esnort의 기본 매커니즘인 NMAP 을 이용하여 동일한 네트워크의 시스템의 운영체제를 스캔하여 스캔된 정보와 수신된 패킷과 동일한 운영체제만을 선별하여 패턴 매치를 적용하여 패턴 매치의 성능을 개선하였다. 하지만 운영체제의 종 류가 다양해지고 nmap의 운영체제 식별의 오류로 수신된 패킷이 무시되어 인입되는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유동적인 사용자의 시스템 환경과 독립적으로 침입탐지 시스템의 패턴의 해시 화를 통해 해시테이블을 생성하여 패턴 매치의 시간을 단축는 개선된 침입탐지 시스템을 제시하고 검 증하고자 한다. In the environment of development of network bandwidth and intrusion technology there is limit to the pattern analysis of all massed packets through the existing pattern matching method by the intrusion detection system. To detect the packets efficiently when they are received fragmented, it has been presented the matching method only the pattern of packets consisting with the operation system such as Esnort. Pattern matching performance is improved through the use of NMAP, the basic mechanism od Esnort, by scanning the operation system of the same network system and appling pattern match selectively scanned information and the same operation system as the received packets. However, it can be appeared the case of disregarding the receivied packets depending on the diversity of the kind of operaation systems and recognition mistake of operation system of nmap. In this paper, we present and verify the improved intrusion detection system shortening the pattern matching time by the creation of hashy table through the pattern hash of intrusion detection system independently with the users system environment .in the state of flux.
