        학교 생활에 있어서 여가교육에 관한 연구

        In this study, we recommend a solution to leisure education in school as follows: 1. We need the elastic management of education system in consideration of leisure education. 2. we must lead the youth to the bright and sound school life by Strengthening the education outside the school, varying the special activities, and vitalizing the juvenile activities through letting a person join a group. 3. School life education must let students learn only the knowledge which is socially useful, and also the social or leisure education for village and parents must be done in school. 4. The basic subjects--writing, reading, summing, treating informations--and the other subjects for improving human relationship must be taught in school, and other subjects else must be taught in society because additionally society is responsible for the juvenile education. 5. It is needed to vitalize Korean stuffs so as to live as a boastful Korean to teach how to enjoy leisure through leisure education, and to guide then to concentrate on other subjects or social life. 6. Teachers must pay their attention to training the young men who prepare the 21st century as a guidance, not through the supplier-centered education, but through the demander-centered, education. 7. Schools or societies must offer the juvenile the physical and psychological places to understand their culture and to protect their hobbies or skills. 8. We must systematically and flexibly teach the juvenile the knowledges and skills of the political participation to adapt to the democratic society through leisure education. 9. For an upright juvenile guidance, not only school and home but also social education must be harmonized with each other. Besides the formal education, we must also treat the leisure education, which is one of the informal education activities, importantly in educational meaning.

        중심합성계획법을 이용한 노후 플래너 밀러 주축 스핀들의 역설계에 관한 연구

        Whereas the necessity for recycling and reuse is being emphasized owing to the depletion of resources and waste disposal problems caused by the continuous development of the industry, the importance of remanufacturing has been highlighted recently. Re-manufacturing involves a series of processes in which failed disposal or aging goods are recovered to a state similar to that of a new product. In this regard, machine tools, which are large structures, can achieve the effect of remanufacturing. Among the various elements constituting the machine tool, the main spindle portion that affects the processing precision is critical. Therefore, this study is conducted to derive improvement measures for the main axis of an old Miller planner via reverse engineering and central composite design, which is one of the core processes of remanufacturing.

        청소년 범죄예방을 위한 여가활동 활용방안

        This study is on leisure activities to prevent juvenile crimes; because of the recent increase in juvenile crimes, the purpose of this study is to show necessity to prevent juvenile crimes and to provide a method to prevent them. This study provides an comparative analysis with regard to the concept of juvenilecrimes, the pattern of juvenile crimes, the current status of juvenile crimes compared to all crimes, the ratio of juvenile crimes compared to all crimes, the current status of juvenile crimes by the pattern, the age of juvenile crimes, the gender of juvenile crimes, the current status of women and juvenile crimes. This study offers the following leisure activities to prevent juvenile crimes: First, within a family, this study offers talking with family members, travelling with family members, singing with family members, and exercising with family members. Second, within a school, this study offers free-talking in English, playing a computer game, drawing a picture, learning a musical instrument, and playing a leisure sport. Third, within a community, this study offers playing a yutnoli with neighbors, playing Korean chess, playing go, volunteering for a community center.

      • 평생교육의 성인학습 활성화과정이 노후생활에 미치는 영향 -관련법·제도를 중심으로-

        고령자고용법 제3조(정부의 책무)와 제4조(사업주의 책무)에서는 각각 정부 및 사업주의 책무에 대해서 규정하고 있다. 제3조(정부의 책무)에서는 “정부는 고용에서 연령을 이유로 차별하는 관행을 없애기 위하여 연령차별금지정책을 수립ㆍ시행하며, 고령자의 고용에 관하여 사업주와 국민 일반의 이해를 높이고, 고령자의 고용촉진과 직업안정을 꾀하기 위하여 고령자 고용촉진 대책의 수립ㆍ시행, 직업능력개발훈련 등 필요한 시책을 종합적이고 효과적으로 추진하여야 한다.”라고 관련시책에 대해 의무화 규정을 두고 있고 제4조(사업주의 책무)에서는 “사업주는 연령을 이유로 하는 고용차별을 없애고, 고령자의 직업능력계발ㆍ향상과 작업시설ㆍ업무 등의 개선을 통하여 고령자에게 그 능력에 맞는 고용 기회를 제공함과 아울러 정년연장 등의 방법으로 고령자의 고용이 확대되도록 노력하여야 한다.”라고 규정하고 있다. Article 3 (Responsibilities of the Government) and Article 4 (Responsibilities of Employers) of the Aged Employment Act stipulate the responsibilities of the government and employers, respectively. Article 3 (Responsibilities of the Government) states, “The government establishes and implements an anti-age discrimination policy to eliminate the practice of discrimination based on age in employment, enhances the understanding of employers and the general public regarding the employment of the elderly, and promotes the employment of the elderly. In order to promote employment and job security, necessary policies such as establishment and implementation of employment promotion measures for the elderly and vocational competency development training must be comprehensively and effectively implemented.” “Employers eliminate employment discrimination based on age, provide seniors with employment pportunities suitable for their abilities through the development and improvement of seniors’ vocational skills, work facilities, and work, etc. Efforts should be made to expand employment.”

        은퇴노인의 여가스포츠 참여추진 요인과 재사회화, 회복탄력성, 생활만족의 관계

        This study aimed to provide useful materials for the realization of healthy and happy welfare society through the re-socialization of the retired elderly by identifying the effect of the push factors in the leisure sports participation of the retired elderly on re-socialization, recovery resilience, life satisfaction. To achieve the study purpose, 304 subjects over the age of 55 residing in Seoul and Gyeonggin among the retired elderly were selected by using the method of systematic stratified cluster random sampling. As research methods, questionnaire papers were used. The data were collected and data which were judged to be incomplete or unreliable in responses were excluded from the analysis. After inputting data which are available to analysis and SPSS 18.0 program was used for statistical techniques. In this, data were processed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study results that were obtained from this analysis are as follows: First, psychological stability and health pursuit among the push factors in the leisure sports participation of the retired elderly had a significant effect on re-socialization. Second, psychological stability and health pursuit among the push factors in the leisure sports participation of the retired elderly had a significant effect on recovery resilience; while personal relationships had a significant effect on empathy skills, optimism, and self-efficacy among the sub-factors of re-socialization. Third, personal relationships among the push factors in the leisure sports participation of the retired elderly had a significant effect on life satisfaction

      • 평생교육 프로그램 참여가 노후생활에 미치는 영향

        본연구는 경기도 평생교육프로그램에 참여하는 성인학습자를 대상으로 프로그램 참여실태와 만족도를 살펴보고 성인학습자의 평생교육프로그램참여가 앞으로 다가오는 고령화사회에 노후생활을 준비하는데 도움이 되는지를 조사하고 아울러 성인학습자가 평생교육프로그램에 참여하면서 삶의질이 향상되었는지도 살펴봄으로써 평생교육프로그램의 효율적인 운영과 활성화방안을 모색하고자하는 데 그 목적이있다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생교육프로그램 참여실태로서 참여목적은 취미나 교양을 쌓기위한 것 이63.5%로 가장많이 나타났으며, 참여횟수는 주1회가 전체의 1/2를 차지했다. 둘째, 배경변인에 따른 참여학습자의 노후생활준비의식을 살펴보면, 성별에서는 여자가 남자보다 노후생활에 대한준비의식이 높게 나타났으며, 셋째, 배경변인에 따른 참여학습자의 삶의 질을 살펴보면, 학력에 있어서 생활만족과 삶의 질은 대졸이상의 집단이 고졸이하 집단보다 생활만족과 삶의질이 높은 것으로 나타났으나 정서적 안정에서는 집단간에는 차이가 나지 않았다. 넷째, 평생교육프로그램 만족도가 참여학습자의 노후생활준비 의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 교육기간, 교육내용, 강사수준 ,교재비, 교육시간, 주당교육회수, 전체적인만족도에서 만족도가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 노후생활준비의식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 평생교육프로그램 만족도가 참여학습자의 삶의 질에 미치는영향을 살펴보면 교육기간은 교육기간에 대한 만족도가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 생활만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study is the target adult learners to look at the program participation status and satisfaction of adult learners lifelong learning program participation is investigating how to help prepare for retirement in the coming aging society and the future as well as adult learners to participate in lifelong learning programs, Gyeonggi While there is continuing involvement in the education program that aims to enable efficient operation and to seek ways of looking at degree by continuing education programs that improve the quality of life. To summarize the results obtained in this study are as follows. First, the purpose participate in a continuing education program participation status was shown to be 63.5% for the most pursue a hobby or culture, participation accounted for 1/2 of the total number of times that once a week. Second, look at the retirement ceremony of preparing learners participate in accordance with the background variables, gender, the girl was born ready for the retirement ceremony appeared higher than men, Third, look at the quality of life of the participating students according to background variables, quality of life and life satisfaction in college education is more than the populations appear to be stable nateu and emotional quality of life and life satisfaction is higher than the high school population groups than between the difference was sound. Fourth, the continuing education program Satisfaction Looking at the impact on the retirement ceremony of preparing learners to participate, Duration, curriculum, instructors levels, teaching materials, training time, number of times per week training, age lower than satisfaction with the high population groups in the overall satisfaction preparing conscious living was higher.
