빅데이터 분석을 이용한 소셜 미디어의 부정적 구전 파급력에 관한 연구: 공급사슬 리스크 관점에서

비즈니스 생태계의 불확실성이 증가함에 따라 공급사슬 내에서 야기는 되는 리스크의 종류도 매우 복잡하고 다양해 지고 있다. 특히 최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 기존 기업이 직면하던 전통적인 공급사슬 리스크 요인 이외에 새로운 리스크 요인을 고려할 필요가 있다. 대표적으로 소셜 미디어를 통한 부정적 구전을 예를 들 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대표적인 소셜 미디어인 유튜브(YouTube) 통해 제조 기업을 대상으로 부정적 구전의 파급력에 대해서 연구하였다. 보다 구체적으로는 부정적 구전의 제작자의 사회적 자본이 부정적 구전의 파급력에 어떤 영향을 주는 살펴보고, 그 과정에서 동영상의 부정적 감정이 어떤 역할을 하는지 연구하였다. 그 결과 부정적 구전 생성자의 사회적 자본은 부정적 구전의 규모와 속도에 영향을 주며, 나아가 동영상의 부정적 감정 단어는 동영상 제작자의 사회적 자본과 부정적 구전의 규모에 있어 조절효과를 보였다.

코로나19 이후 공급사슬 리스크에 대한 현황 연구: 네트워크 분석을 중심으로

In this study, keyword network analysis was performed based on global and domestic journals, and network text analysis was conducted for news and articles to examine major issues and research trends on supply chain risks after COVID-19. As a result of analyzing the supply chain risk, after COVID-19 which was relatively insufficient in previous studies, research trends and topics such as supply chain risk recovery, response and public welfare, which are different from previous previous studies, were found in global and domestic journals, news and articles and it was possible to suggest practical strategies and insights for supply chain risk strategies for firms. 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 공급사슬 리스크에 대한 주요 이슈와 연구 동향을 살펴보기 위해 해외 및 국내 저널을 바탕으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였고, 뉴스와 기사를 대상으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 선행연구에서 상대적으로 부족했던 코로나19 이후에 대한 공급사슬 리스크를 분석한 결과, 코로나19 이후 해외 및 국내 저널, 나아가 뉴스 기사에서 이전 선행연구와는 다른 공급사슬 리스크 회복, 대응 및 민생 등과 같은 연구 동향을 알 수 있었고, 기업에 있어 공급사슬 리스크에 대한 실무적 전략 및 통찰력을 제안할 수 있었다.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 관광학 연구문헌에 대한 이해 : 2008년부터 2019년까지

최근에 들어 관광 산업은 비즈니스 환경에서 가장 급속한 성장을 이루고 있는 분야 중 하나로, 다양한 국가의 경제 성장을 촉진하는 중요한 역할로 인식되고 있다. 하지만, 관광 산업에 대한 연구는 포괄적이고 체계적으로 살펴본 연구는 아직 부족하였다. 본 논문은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 기존 관광학 연구 문헌들을 연구함을 통해 관광 관련 연구의 핵심 개념과 이슈를 파악하고 해외 연구 동향의 변화를 보여준다. 2008 년부터 2019 년까지 5개의 주요 국제 저널에서 출판 된 1,053 개의 논문을 수집하여 논문들간 키워드가 어떻게 연결되고, 그것이 어떠한 네트워크를 형성하는지를 실증적으로 분석한다. 키워드 네트워크의 중심성 정도를 기준으로 연도 별, 저널별, 기간 별 주요 키워드를 제시하여 연구자들에게 우선순위가 높은 중요한 개념과 이슈들이 시기 별로 혹은 저널 별로 어떠한 유사점과 차이점들이 있는지 제시한다. 공통적인 결과로는 서비스 품질과 고객 만족도, 그리고 호텔 및 레스토랑이 키워드 네트워크에서 중요한 이슈로 다루어져 왔음이 나타났다. 또한 관광 산업 내의 정보기술 도입이 최근 연구 동향으로 새로이 떠오르고 있음이 보여졌다. As the tourism sector has become one of the fastest areas of growth in the contemporary business environment, tourism has been increasingly regarded as an important impetus to promoting export trade and economic growth in many countries. However, the tourism research field has not been reviewed systematically or comprehensively. Therefore, this study analyzes existing tourism literature by constructing keyword networks to identify the key concepts and issues that researchers are most interested in and to show changes in research trends. We collected 1,053 academic publications published between 2008 and 2019 in five leading journals to empirically show how keywords of paper are connected and form a network. Based on the degree of network centrality of keywords, we present the important keywords by year, by journal, and by time period to show similarities and differences in important concepts and issues prioritized by researchers. As a common result, it was found that service quality, customer satisfaction, and hotels/restaurants have been treated as important issues in the keyword network. It has also been shown that the introduction of information technology in the tourism industry is emerging as a recent research trend.

서비스 분야의 주요 이슈와 주제에 대한 흐름 분석: 유튜브 동영상과 학술연구 비교

This study examines critical issues and topics related to services using YouTube videos and research publications. We analyzed 2,853 YouTube videos and 19,973 research papers related to services, released during the 2013-June, 2023 period, using text mining and network analysis. In addition, the collected data was divided into pre- and post-COVID-19 pandemic periods to explore how key issues and topics regarding services have changed. These papers were sequentially analyzed through text mining and network construction and procedures. The results indicate that the central themes of YouTube videos were IT, data, and solution, while academic research focused on service quality, quality, and customer satisfaction. Regarding ego network analysis, the key issues in YouTube video contents revolved primarily around words related to the service industry. Although it was found that they generally lacked specific industry fields, academic papers explored diverse issues in various service fields. The results of this study can be utilized to understand changes in customer concerns in the service industry from practical and academic perspectives. 본 연구는 유튜브 동영상과 학문적 연구결과를 활용하여 서비스에 대한 주요 이슈와 주제를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 2013년부터 2023년 6월까지 서비스 분야와 관련된 2,853편의 유튜브 동영상 콘텐츠와 19,973편의 연구논문을 텍스트 마이닝과 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 활용하였다. 또한, 수집된 데이터를 COVID-19 팬데믹 이전과 이후로 구분하여 서비스에 대한 주요 이슈와 주제가 어떻게 변화되는지를 분석하였다. 수집된 데이터는 텍스트 마이닝과 네트워크 구성 및 분석 절차를 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 유튜브 동영상 콘텐츠와 학술연구를 구분하여 연결 중심성 분석결과, 유튜브 동영상 콘텐츠에서 중심성이 높은 단어는 IT, data, solution 순으로 나타났고, 학술연구 분야에서는 서비스 품질, 품질, 고객만족 순으로 나타났다. 에고 네트워크 분석결과, 유튜브 동영상 콘텐츠의 경우 주요 이슈는 서비스 산업과 관련된 단어를 중심으로 나타났지만, 상대적으로 산업별 세부 분야를 포함하지 않고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 학술연구 분야에서는 상대적으로 서비스 분야별 주요 이슈를 다양하게 포함하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 서비스 산업에서 고객의 주요 관심사에 대한 변화를 학문적 실무적 관점에서 이해하는데 활용될 수 있다.

서비스 연구의 체계적 문헌 조사 연구

This study intended to investigate the issues and trends on service research up to date using a systematic literature review based on bibliometrics and keyword network analyses. Searching the Scopus database using author keywords, we extracted 2,032 papers published in premier business journals based on the recent five-year average impact factor. Using NetMiner, a network analysis tool, we analyzed not only author affiliations and co-author relationships but also the entire service research issues and trends by constructing a keyword network. We also examined detailed research topics and emerging trends by periods through component and centrality analyses. The significance of this study lies in providing the overall spectrum of service research up to date through a systematic literature review.

네트워크 분석과 메타 분석을 통한 공급사슬통합 연구

As the business environment becomes increasingly complex and customer needs become diversified, supply chain integration, in particular, is being recognized as a major factor for maintaining a firm’s competitiveness. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of literature on supply chain integration using the network analyses and a meta-analysis. Specifically, we collect the most influential 249 papers from the Scopus database whose impact factors are more than 3.0. Then, we reveal the main areas of supply chain integration and firms’ performance based on the citation network analysis and the keyword network analysis. Furthermore, we perform a meta-analysis to compensate for the inconsistent results in existing research. As a result, we can confirm that supply chain integration is one of the most critical factors improving firms’ business performance. 기업의 환경이 점차 복잡해지고 고객의 요구가 다양해지면서 기업 간의 경쟁은 공급사슬 간의 경쟁으로 확대되어가고 있으며, 이에 따라 공급사슬통합은 기업 경쟁력의 주요 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공급사슬통합을 주제로 네트워크 분석 및 메타 분석을 보완적으로 실시하여 공급사슬통합 관련 과거 연구들을 보다 총체적인 관점에서 분석하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 대표적 학술 데이터베이스인 Scopus로부터 Impact factor가 3.0 이상인 공급사슬통합 관련 연구 249편을 수집하였고, 인용 분석 및 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 공급사슬통합의 주요 영역 및 그에 따른 기업 성과를 선정하였다. 그 후 과거 연구들에서 일관되지 않게 나타나는 공급사슬통합과 기업 성과 간의 관계를 재검증하기 위해 메타분석을 보완적으로 실시하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 공급사슬통합이 기업 성과를 향상시키는 주요 원인임을 파악하였다.
