        Chemical and Electrochemical Intercalation of Lithium in 2D-FeMoO$_4Cl^1$

        Lithium has been intercalated into $FeMoO_4Cl$, and deintercalated from $LixFeMoO_4Cl$ both electrochemically and chemically. The inserted $Li^+$ ions are stabilized in the distorted octahedral field in interlayer space of $FeMoO_4Cl$. The crystal symmetry is reduced from tetragonal to monoclinic due to the reduction of ferric to ferrous ions in $LixFeMoO_4Cl$ upon lithium intercalation. From the magnetic and structural data, it has been concluded that the high-spin electronic configuration of $Fe^{2+}(d_{xz}^2{d_{y2}^1}{d_1}{2d_z^12}{\cdot}_y2)$, corresponding to $^5E_g$, group term in $D_{4h}$ symmetry, can be stabilized by the elongation of $FeO_4Cl_{2-}$octahedra in a weak ligand field.

        최고경영자의 리더십이 건설품질경영활동과 건설품질경영성과에 관한 실증연구

        Purpose:?The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between top management 's leadership and construction quality management activities that affect construction management performance based on construction quality management. Methods:?As its method, the causal relationship between the leadership of top management and the key management factors of construction quality management activities affecting management performance is analyzed by using the structural equation model. The construction companies used in the analysis sample conducted surveys on companies that are conducting ISO, KOSHA, OHSAS, DQC, and so on. Results:?It was revealed that top management's leadership has a great influence on management performance and all management factors of construction quality management activities. However, safety management does not affect the management performance of construction quality management activities. And top management's leadership on management performance are explained by the mediating effect of cost, time, quality and communication among management factors of construction quality management activities. Conclusion:?In the previous study, the quality management activities and the ISO - based integrated total quality management system (TQM) applied in the manufacturing or service industries were presented as empirical results. However, this study presents the results of different studies by presenting empirical study results by selecting time, cost, quality, safety and communication as key management factors of quality management activities of construction companies through reviewing and analyzing previous studies in construction field.

        이식형 전자의료기 연구동향과 기술개발의 과제

        The technologies in medical electronic implant(MEI) devices are developing rapidly, and already, there are various kinds of the MEI devices in the current medical equipments market. Recently, the global market scale of MEI devices have been increased about 13% year by year, and the import amount of MEI devices in Korea is increasing rapidly. In the near future, the demands of MEI devices will be magnificently increasing by the continuous development of the biomedical electronics devices which coupled with neural, brain and other organs will bring us to tremendous effects, such as providing new therapeutic solutions to patients, extension and saving human life, and an important clue of medical development. However, the investment of the research and the activity of developments in this field are still very weak in the Korea. Consequently, this paper introduces about the research trends of MEI devices, and technological problems those must be solved, and then concludes with the suggestions in order to be the leading country in this field.

      • 반도체 이온 센서용 원격 측정 시스템 개발

        집적회로 제조공정 기술을 활용하여 제조되는 FET형 바이오/이온 센서는 고감도화, 초소형화, 규격화 및 대량생산에서 얻어지는 경제성 등의 잇점 때문에 의료분야, 산업분야 및 환경관리분야 등에서 많은 응용이 기대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISFET의 출력신호를 원거리에서도 수신할 수 있는 경제적인 전용 디지털 데이터 전송시스템을 구현하므로써 센서의 실제적 응용을 가능케하고 측정된 데이터의 효율적 처리 및 관리를 도모할 수 있게 하였다. 개발된 원격측정장치는 전송을 위한 채널을 송신 및 수신측에서 임의로 입력시킬 수 있으며, 측정 및 송신과 동시에 수신측 터미널의 화면에 개별적 센서신호의 변화가 실시간으로 표시되고 각 채널의 데이터 파일은 생성 후 저장된다. 송신 및 수신측에서 측정채널의 변경입력이 가능하고 또한 수신측터미널에서는 전송회로의 측정이득을 4단계로 제어할 수 있다. 전송속도는 16채널로 동시 전송시 16 sample/sec/channel이고 전송분해능은 샘플당 12 bit이며 ISFET신호전송을 위한 2개의 온도보상 채널을 구비하고 있다. 1. Title Development of Remote Sensing System for FET Type Ion Sensors. 2. Object The object of this project is to develope microprocessor based 16 channels remote sensing system for ISFET type sensors through public telephone line. This system can display the trend of sensor's output signal in real time mode at the monitor screen and provide useful base of efficient data archiving and management using personal computer. 3. Contents of the study 1) Study on the conditioning, multiplexing and A/D conversion of multiple ISFET sensor signal. 2) Finding the interfacing method between microprocessor controller circuit board and communication modem. 3) Study on the communication protocol and its related electronic circuit to control the transmission parameter such as channel number and gain. 4) Study on the data receiving, saving and real time graphic displaying method at the receiver terminal. 4. Scope and methods 1) The folio wings are specification and performance of the developed remote sensing system. The first consist of preamplifier, multiplexer and A/A converter, and the second is the main control circuit based on microprocessor. The third and forth consist of transmitter control software and receiver software respectively. Each part is developed arranged as the following procedure : (1) approximating layout, (2) its detailed design, (3) its application test and the modification for improvement.

        지식경영 구현을 위한 핵심성공요인이 지식관리시스템과 기업의 혁신성과에 관한 실증 연구 : 경산산업단지 기술혁신형 중소기업 중심으로

        본 연구는 지식경영 구현을 위한 핵심성공요인과 기업의 지식관리시스템 및 혁신성과의 관계를 고찰하였다. 경산산업단지 입주 기업 중 87개 ‘기술혁신형 중소기업(Inno-Biz)’ 인증 기업들을 대상으로 분석을 하였다. 설문은 자사의 혁신성과를 가장 잘 파악할 수 있는 최고위 임원 이상의 경영자가 응답하도록 하였다. 자료 분석을 위한 통계처리는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 기술 통계, 탐색적 요인분석과 무응답 편의 검증을 위해 t-검증을 하였다. 그리고 연구 모형과 가설 검증을 위해 PLS를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식경영 구현을 위한 핵심성공요인은 지식관리시스템과 기업의 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지식관리시스템은 종업원의 지식 향상과 기업혁신에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식경영 구현을 위한 지식관리시스템과 기업의 혁신성과에 중요한 핵심성공요인은 조직문화와 보상 및 동기부여임이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 지식경영을 정착시키기 위해서는 종업원에 대한 보상 및 동기부여에 세심한 노력이 요구된다. 본 연구의 결과는 학문적으로나 실무적으로 기업의 지속 가능한 지식경영 모델을 발전시키는데 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this study, we explore the relationships among the key for success factors in the knowledge management, knowledge management system & corporate innovation performance. We empirically test our hypotheses based on sampli data including 87 ' innovation business (Inno-Biz) ' firms. The survey questionnaire will be able to grasp the innovation performance of the corporate of the company best manager of above highest rank director answer. Data analysis for statistics processing can take advantage of the technical statistics, SPSS 18.0 exploratory factors analysis & an unresponsive convenience t-test for verification. & research models & hypotheses were utilized for PLS. The research results as follows : First, critical success factors for the implementation of knowledge management & corporate knowledge management system appeared to have meaningful impact on innovation performance. Second, knowledge management system has been shown to have meaningful impact on knowledge innovation & corporate innovation. Third, knowledge management for the implementation of critical success factors appeared an important factor of the organizational culture and the reward & motivation. Therefore, to establish knowledge management, employees close will require efforts to the reward & motivation. The results of this study are expected to contribute the development of sustainable knowledge management model in terms of theory & practice.

        Percutaneous Cannulated Screws with Tension Band Wiring Technique in Patella Fractures

        Introduction: Most patellar fractures are transverse involving the central third. Open reduction and stabilization of transverse patellar fractures is indicated if there is more than 2–3 mm of fragment separation and/or articular incongruity. Surgical Technique: This study describes a percutaneous 2 cannulated screws and modified tension band wiring technique to treat transverse patellar fractures. Materials and Methods: We performed 30 cases of displaced transverse patellar fractures with this technique. The clinical outcomes of these patients were evaluated with simple radiographs, range of motion and Lyshom score. Results: This technique has shown to provide satisfactory clinical results and excellent knee functions.Conclusions: This technique provide stable fixation, allows early motion exercise by minimizing injury to extensor mechanism and reduce cosmetic problem in scar.

        Wireless Transmission Method for VGA Capsule Endoscopy Using Manchester Encoding

        Purpose Recently, technologies related to endoscopes havebeen rapidly developing with the improvements in electronicsand MEMS technology. The human intestine is very longand twisted, and traditional wired endoscopes are able tomonitor the entire intestine except for the small intestine. Toovercome the limited view of wired endoscopes, the capsuleendoscope has been developed. There are some commercialcapsule endoscopes and others under development, but thesecapsule endoscopes have been limited to CIF images, andthe image transmission rate is 2 frames per second. To obtainhigh-quality images, fast wireless communication technologyis needed. Methods In this paper, the direct transmission of distalimages through Manchester code and its receiving algorithmare proposed to obtain endoscope images with higher qualityand faster transmission rate than with conventional capsuleendoscopes. Generally, the baseband signal cannot be radiatedfrom an antenna because of its large bandwidth and lowfrequency band, but the Manchester code can solve theseproblems. To validate the proposed wireless transmissionmethod and its receiving algorithm, computer simulationsand experiments have been performed. Results Experimental results verify that the proposed wirelesstransmission method can transmit VGA-grade images of 640× 480 pixels with a faster frame rate of about 3 frames persecond compared to conventional capsule endoscope methods. Conclusions Therefore, it is expected that the proposed VGA transmission method can be applied to improve theperformance of capsule endoscopes.
