        전체과제제시와 부분과제연습이 학습자의 사전인지기능에 따라 문제해결과 인지부하에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 교육현장에서 복합적 인지기술의 습득을 위한 교수설계모형으로 알려진 4C/ID모형의 네 가지 요 소 중 전체과제제시와 부분과제연습이 학습자의 사전인지기능에 따라 문제해결과 인지부하에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 I시 소재 중학교 108명의 학생이 실험에 참여하였다. 본 연구는 ‘엑셀 학습 프로그램’을 총 7주에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 복합적 인지기술을 필요로 하는 학습과제의 경우 전체과제제시를 제공하였을 때 문제해결을 쉽게 할 수 있었으며, 문제해결에 대하여 학습전략과 사전인지기능 간에 상호작용효과가 있었다. 즉, 전체과제제시는 사전인지기능이 높은 상위집단이 사전인지기능이 낮은 집단보다 상대적으로 효과적이었다. 또한, 전체과제제시는 본유적 인지부하를 높여주었다. 그러나 인지부하에 대하여 학습전략과 사전인지기능 간에는 상호작용효과가 없었다. 본 연구결과 복합적 문제해결을 위해서는 전체과제제시를 사용하는 것이 효과적이라는 것을 시사해 준다. 따라서, 전체과제제시는 문제해결 시 본유적 인지부하를 높여 주는 역할을 하기 때문에, 본 연구는 실제 교실환경에서 복합적 문제해결 시 전체과제제시전략의 사용을 제안한다. The current study is to investigate the effects of whole task practice and part task practice among four components of 4CID model, which is instructional design model for complex cognitive skill acquisition. 108 subjects from middle school located in I city participated. For the purpose, an instructional program for excel was conducted for seven weeks. After completing the program, post-test for problem solving and cognitive load test was administered. As the research results, subjects were able to solve problems better when whole task practice was provided. There was an interaction effects between learning strategies and previous cognitive skills. That is to say, while whole task practice was effective for the subjects with higher previous cognitive skills, part task practice was effective for the subjects with lower previous cognitive skills. Also, whole task practice raised germane cognitive load. Previous cognitive load skills had significant interaction effects for all types of cognitive load. However, there was no interaction effects between learning strategies and previous cognitive skills. The current research results reports that whole task practice is more effective for students with high cognitive skills whereas part task practice is more effective for students with low cognitive skills. Since the whole task practice took a role of raising the germane cognitive load while students solve a problem, we suggest whole task practice strategies for complex cognitive problem solving in the practical classroom learning environment.

        This paper presents design process of linear induction motor in dynamic tester for catenary-current collection. To minimize length of rail for dynamic tester for catenary-current collection, accelerating performance of the linear induction motor is very important. So the design process of linear induction motor considered in this paper is different with general design process of linear induction motor, because dynamic tester has three type driving region, as accelerating region, constant speed region, and braking region. Considering accelerating performance of motor, distance and time from starting point to constant speed region were concerned for load condition of motor. Designed linear induction motor was analyzed by 2-dimensional finite element method. Using mechanical dynamics simulation with analysis result of 2-dimensional finite element method, accelerating performance of designed motor was proved.

        We measured indoor, outdoor, and personal exposure concentrations of ozone (O₃) at 54 households in Gwangyang from June to September, 2009. The results are as follows. The concentration of ozone in outdoor, 16.53±5.72 ppb, was observed two times higher than the concentration of ozone in indoor, 8.22±4.60 ppb. The similar arithmetic average ozone were obtained in exposed and controlled areas, 15.16±1.45 ppb and 15.25±1.94 ppb, respectively. The ozone concentration of an individual smoker was 24.89±7.11 ppb, which was higher than that of a non-smoker, 21.01±11.79 ppb. The indoor occupant density elevated ozone concentrations. The relatively low concentration of ozone was observed in a house with air conditioner (8.59±4.04 ppb) than a house without the unit(10.07±6.43 ppb).

        난소적출 마우스에서 고진음자(固眞飮子) 물 추출물의 골다공증 개선 효과

        목 적: 본 연구에서는 고진음자 물 추출물의 골다공증 개선 효과를 난소적출 마우스를 이용하여 risedronate sodium(RES) 2.5 mg/kg 투여군과 비교 평가하였다. 방 법: OVX 35일 후부터 고진음자 물 추출물을 매일 1회씩 35일간 연속 경구 투여하고, 체중, 대퇴골의 중량, 골밀도, 골강도, 무기질 - 칼슘(Ca) 및 무기인(inorganic phosphorus, IP) 함량, 골량 및 구조와 골흡수에 관한 조직병리학적 변화를 혈중 osteocalcin 함량 및 bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP) 활성의 변화와 함께 각각 측정하였다. 본 실험에서 고진음자 물 추출물에서의 결과는 RES 경구 투여 OVX 마우스에서의 결과와 비교 평가 하였다. 결 과: OVX대조군에서는 현저한 체중 증가와 함께 대퇴골의 중량, 골밀도, 골강도, 무기질 - Ca 및 IP 함량 감소 및 지주골과 피질골의 현저한 조직병리학적 감소가 함께 확인되었으며, 혈중 osteocalcin 함량의 증가와 함께 혈중 BALP 활성의 감소가 각각 확인되었다. 이에, 전형적인 estrogen 결핍성 골다공증 소견이 OVX 수술에 의해 유발되는 것으로 관찰되었다. 한편 이렇게 OVX에 의해 유발된 estrogen 결핍성 골다공증 소견이 모든 세 용량의 고진음자 물 추출물 500, 250 및 125 mg/kg의 35일에 걸친 연속 경구 투여에 의해 투여 용량 의존적으로 현저히 억제되었고, 특히 고진음자 물 추출물 500 mg/kg은 RES 2.5 mg/kg 투여군과 비교할 만한 골다공증 개선 효과를 나타내었다. 결 론: 이상의 결과에서, 고진음자 물 추출물은 난소적출 마우스에서 투여 용량 의존적으로 유효한 골다공증 개선 효과를 나타내는 것으로 관찰되었다. 따라서 적절한 용량의 고진음자 물 추출물은 새로운 보다 효과적인 estrogen 결핍성 골다공증 개선제로서의 개발 가능성이 매우 높을 것으로 기대된다. 한편 고진음자는 15종의 약제로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 개별 약제는 수많은 생리활성 물질을 함유하고 있어, 앞으로 생리활성을 나타내는 화학성분의 검색과 함께 다양한 방면으로 기전 연구가 추가적으로 수행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. Objectives: The objective of this in vivo study is to observe the anti-osteoporotic activities of Gojineumja aqueous extracts (GJEJ) on the ovariectomized (OVX) mice as compared to those of risedronate sodium (RES). Methods: Thirty five days after bilateral OVX, GJEJ was orally administered, for 35 days once a day and then the changes on the body weight and gain during experimental periods, femur weights, bone mineral density (BMD), bone strength (failure load), mineral contents - calcium (Ca) and inorganic phosphorus (IP), histological profiles and histomorphometrical analyses at sacrifice were conducted with serum biochemistry - osteocalcin contents and bone specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP) activities. And the results of GJEJ were compared with RES orally administered OVX mice. Results: As a result of OVX, noticeable increase of body weight and gains and serum osteocalcin levels, decrease of serum BALP activities, femur weights, femur Ca and IP contents, BMD and strength were observed as compared to those of sham control mice, respectively. Also, the decrease of all histomorphometrical indices indicating the bone mass and structure, and the increase of indices about resorption were also detected in the femur of OVX control. However, these estrogen-deficient osteoporotic signs were significantly and dose-dependently inhibited by 35 days of continuous oral treatment of GJEJ, at dose levels of 500, 250 and 125 mg/kg, respectively. Especially, GJEJ 500 mg/kg showed favorable inhibitory activities against estrogen-deficient osteoporosis symptoms induced by OVX as comparable to those of RES 2.5 mg/kg. Conclusions: The results in this study suggest that oral administrations of GJEJ have clear dose-dependent favorable anti-osteoporotic activities in OVX mice.

        This study purposed to evaluate a $CellPrep^{(R)}$ (CP) of liquid-based cytology (LBC) to search for a less expensive and automated alternative cytologic preparation technique applicable to usually encountered cytologic specimens. Cervicovaginal direct-to-vial split samples from 457 gynecologic patients, 40 body fluid samples, and 34 urine samples were processed with the CP technique and the results were compared with those of currently used $ThinPrep^{(R)}$ (TP) method. Both CP and TP methods provide evenly distributed thin layers of cells with little cellular overlaps or significant obscuring elements in most of cases. Staining quality of both preparations showed a little difference due to the difference of fixative solutions without significant distractions in cytologic interpretation. On the supposition that TP was a gold standard, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of CP cytology were 89%, 98%, 86%, and 99% in the cervicovaginal smear, 89%, 82%, 80%, and 90% in body fluid, and all of these values were 100% in urine samples. To testify the availability of immunohistochemistry on CP preparations, cytokeratin, vimentin, and Ki-67 were applied on body fluid specimens, and all of these antibodies were specifically stained on targeted cells. Conclusively, the CP method gave comparable results to those of TP in terms of smear quality and cytologic diagnostic evaluation, and was available on immunohistochemistry. The CP method could offer a cost-effective and automated alternative to the current expensive techniques of liquid-based cytology on popular cytologic materials including cervicovaginal, body fluid, and urine specimens.

        움직임 요소 중심의 주제표현 수업을 위한 초등학교 블렌디드 러닝 사례연구

        This study aims to develop a subject expression class program using blended learning and apply it to the sixth-grade elementary school class to derive its effectiveness around four motion elements (body, space, effort, relationship). As a result, first, students recognized body parts in various ways, and learned how to express themselves appropriately using the recognized body parts. Second, students learned to properly utilize spaces that span heights and widths to suit the subject, or creatively utilize movements in different directions to express the body. Third, the dynamic energy of movement increased, and the confidence and enjoyment of expression activity classes improved. Fourth, students learned how to express topics by utilizing visual effects using objects or people and smart devices. Furthermore, students naturally improved how to utilize smart devices(smart phone etc.). In addition, through cooperation with friends, it had a positive influence on creating a positive friendship and a class atmosphere.
