      • 跆拳道競技의 攻擊과 防禦에 對한 一硏究 : 反應時間을 中心으로 mainly dealing with the reaction hours

        In the study of the offence and defence in the Taekwondo game mainly dealing with the reaction hours, I concluded as follows according to the data gained in this study. 1) In the training of Taekwondo game, training is necessary in order to enforcement various factors such as speed, muscular strength, power, endurance strength and control strength. 2) The training of Taekwondo game must be carried out the training of the training of the nervous system to be able to speed the reaction speed about the stimulation according as reaction hours is applied to the game or training. 3) In terms of spiritual fields, through the training of many kind of spiritual factors-such as the capacity of endurance, concentration, resolution, action(extroversion), thought(introversion), etc., it must be repeatedly carried out the training of spiritual concentration. 4) As the result of cureton's study is proved that the most senstive reaction is the sense of simultaneous sight and hearing stimulation, the sense of stimultaneous sight and hearing offence must be considered, and the training of eye-sight is attached importance to the training of Taekwondo because the reaction hours by the eyesight is longer than any other reactioin elements. 5) We must recongnize that the offence type is more unfavourable type compared with the defence type, and must study the counter measure against the nature and sorts of stimulation. 6) As we face our ordinary training supplemented by the reformed training through the decision and training of reaction about success and failure, We can improve the game management, to seize an opportunity, game ability.

      • 中世 體育이 지닌 現代的 意味 : 유럽地域의 各 階層別 中心으로

        This study was conducted to research into the gymnastic circumstances according to medieval thought and its classified classes. The results of medieval physical education and their contributions to us on the basis of characteristics of their classes and their physical activity are as follows: 1. The gymnastics development of the Middle Ages was hindered by Christian view on physical culture. 2. The aristocratic view on gymnastics was changed into equalitarian by the birth of Christianity. 3. The physical education of Knight was actual military training in the early age and a formal one in later age, moralism was introduced into physical education through knighthood. 4. The medieval gymnastics activities avoided by knight, chmchemn, and aristocracy were highly popular among guidsmen, bourgeois and the peasantry as a recreation like ball-game and dancing. This was developed into modern gymnastic tendency. 5. The medieval gymnastics which was called dark age of physical education owing to the gymnastics view of Stoic asceticism was advanced through the middle of medieval era to ward the modern form of sportmanship in later age.

      • 백서 심근위축에 관한 실험적 연구

        Daunorubicin을 ㎏당 0.5㎎을 1주 및 2주간 투여하여 심근위축을 유발코자 한 본 실험에서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 실험군의 심장의 무게는 대조군에 비해 현저하게 감소하였고 체중에 대한 심장무게비도 대조군에 비해 감소하였다. 2. 혈청내 효소 활성치는 CPK, LDH, SGOT 모두 Daunorubicin투여 1주에서 크게 증가하였고 특히 LDH가 증가폭이 가장 컸다. 3. Daunorubicin투여로 인한 심근의 미세구조변화로 1주에서는 mitochondria의 condensation과 sarcoplasmic reticulum의 확장, 근원섬유의 fraying 및 contraction band등이 형성되었고, 2주에서는 mitochondria의 swelling과 cristae의 파괴, intercalated disc의 분리 및 세포간질의 증식이 관찰되었다. 4. 약물투여기간에 따른 심근세포내 소기관의 양적인 변화로 단위면적당 mitochondria의 수 및 volume density는 1주에서는 다소 감소를 보이다가 2주에서는 약간 상승하였다. Myofibril의 volume density는 1주에서 현저히 감소되었으며 sarcommere의 길이는 약물투여기간에 따라 점차 감소였다. The present studies were designed to determine the feasibility of using the rats as models for induction of cardiac atrophy. Daunorubicin (DNR), on antracyclin antibiotics, has a potent cytotoxicity in rotents. A total of 40 rats were divided into two groups for experiment. The group I consisted of 20 animals were used for the saline control, the group Ⅱ 20 animals were injected 0.5㎎/㎏/day for 7 to 14 days. The morphological change in myocardium of the rats were observed for each time interval by electron microscopy. In addition to morphological studies, changes in the activity of serum enzyme-CPK, LDH, SGOT-were checked to correlate with the morphological changes. The result were summerized as follow: 1. There was a signigicant decrease in the weight of heart of the experimental group. The ratio of the wet weight of the heart to the body weight(H/B) showed a tendency of decrease with time. 2. Serum enzyme, CPK, LDH, SGOT were all elevated as early as early as 1 weeks after the initation of drug injection and steadly increased there after. 3. Electron microscopically, 1 week after injection of daunorubicin condensation of mitochondria, dilation of sarcoplasmic reticulum and fraying and contraction band of myofibrils were characterized. After 2 week, followed by swelling and cristae disruption of mitochondria, severe separation of intercalateded discs and interstitial fibrosis. 4. On quantitative study, number and volume density of mitochondria in the unit area decrease decrease on 1 week after injection. Thereafter it showed increased. Volume density of myofibrils significantly decrease on 1 week and the length of sarcolemma decrease with time.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate jumping ability in order to establish proper methods of strength and power training for jumping as pertains to sports. Jumping in sports requires higher jumping in a short amount of time. Eight skilled female modern dancers were instructed to drop jump onto a force platform with both legs from four different heights(15,30,45,60cm). They were filmed from the side with a high speed camera (100fps). The power developed at the ankle, the knee and hip joints was computed by multiplying the moment of force by the joint angular velocity. Mechanical energy was absorbed by the eccentric contraction of the ankle and knee joint muscles during phase of downward movement. Mechanical energy absorption rate by eccentric contraction related to the knee joint muscle at high load intensity was relativly higher than low load intensity. It required the energy absorption by the eccentric contraction of knee joint muscles in order to reduce take off time in phase of downward movement. In push off phase, it projected the body into the air by the concentric contraction of ankle and knee joint muscles.

        This study was mainly dealt with physical fitness factors in the selection method of sporting items, and it was compared and analyzed with the physical fitness factors have to be considered in each item of sports. Which was in terrelated with the national top class players standard physical measurement. The result which was tested in the hypothesis instituted in this title. I concluded as follows: 1) According to the result which was analyzed the necessary physical fitness factors in each item of sports, the intensity which had to be dealt importantly in physical fitness factors was as table 10. ◁ 표삽입▷ (원문을 참조하세요) 2) In the elastic strength of the group of a short distance race and a volley ball player, in the endurance strength of the group of a long-distance race, cycle and Baxing players and in the controllable strength of the group of Gymnastics and Fencing players, they presented their high measurement of the above factors. Therefore, they must select their own items of sports according to their own innate physical constructions, and it is urgent problem for them to develop the necessary factors in each item of sports. 3) Though the group of fighting game players such as Boxing and Judo are excellent the endurance strength compared with another group of players in the physical conditions, other factors of that game player compared with another game players are lacking. In accordance with above result, I concluded that the factors of spiritual, physical strength such as a spirit of self-denial, endurance and spirit of fighting are the most important factors in the fighting game compared with any other games.

      • 跆拳道 돌려차기의 機械的 에너지

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of dolreochagi, the technique with the most noticeable pointrate during the Taekwondo game. Subjects were two top class players. Two 16mm high speed cine cameras <100 fps> were used to film and analyze the dolreochagi by using a direct linear transformation <DLT> technique. Mechanical power of the kicking leg segment was computed by the derivative of the mechanical energy. The kicking motion for dolreochagi began with lifting up the knee of kicking leg. The foot and shank contributed to kicking for the target more effectively as the toe of kicking leg approached the target. The mechanical power of the thigh showed the negative power before the maximum flexion of the kicking knee, which would have the braking effect on the rotation of the kicking leg. And the foot and shank were accumulated much mechanical energy by the transfer of energy from the thigh till just before the impact. This kicking pattern showed to be the sensitive body control just after the maximum flexion of the kicking knee in order to perform dolreochagi, effectively and successfully.

      • 身體形態와 機能의 相關關係에 對한 硏究

        The purpose of this investigation is the study those mutual relation between structure and function test, being conduct on 354 boys in elementary K.M. University. The revealed in analysing coefficient of mutual relation obtained by comparing the records in respective item of physical fitness are as follows; 1. There was mutual relation 0.7 between body height and the two items of body weight and sitting height, and all the same between the chest girth and sidestep, and chin-up; which tells us that high mutual relativity among them was obviously exposed. 2. It was proved that there was high mutual relation 0.7 each of the number of breathing, the stroke of the pulse and B. H. T in calm state of mind and after provided one with a burden related in the 100m race, and the same high mutual relation 0.7 each of the H. S. T and side step related in the 1000m race. Especially, there was high mutual relation of between in the H. S. T. 3. It was proved that there was extreamely high mutual relation 0.9in the B. H. T in the calm state of mind and after provided one with a burden, and all the same between in the H. S. T. and side step. In the number of breathing, there is high mutual relation 0.7 between B. H. T. in the calm state of mind and after provided one with a burden.
