『万葉集』선집에 관한 비판적 고찰 - 성과와 과제 -

본고에서는 광복 이후에 출간된 『만엽집』 선집인 오영진의 『와카 선집』, 박상현의 『일본 인의 사랑의 문화사』와 『해석의 정치학』, 고용환・강용자의 『만엽집』을 살펴봤다. 이들 선집 은 대체적으로 『만엽집』에 나오는 인류 보편적인 정서와 함께 일본적인 특수성이 담겨 있는 노래를 국내에 소개했다는 점에서 그 성과가 인정된다. 하지만 이들 선집은 한국(인)의 관점 이 적극적으로 반영된 노래를 모은 선집은 아니라는 점에서 아쉬움이 있었다. 본고는 선학의 업적을 비판적으로 계승 발전시키는 입장에서 고대한국과 밀접한 관련이 있는 노래를 집중적 으로 소개할 새로운 『만엽집』 선집을 제언했다. 그렇다고 기존 선집과 새로운 선집이 서로 배타적인 관계에 있는 것은 아니다. 오히려 상호보완적인 관계에 있다. 따라서 독자는 성격이 다른 두 가지 『만엽집』 선집을 통해 좀 더 폭넓게 『만엽집』의 대표적인 노래를 감상할 수 있 게 된다고 생각한다. In this paper, anthology of 『Manyoushuu』published after 1945 is considered. These anthologies are generally recognized for their achievements in that they introduced works that contain Japanese specificity as well as universal sentiments of mankind to Korea. However, these anthologies are disappointing in that they are not collections of works that actively reflect the perspectives of Koreans. In this paper, from the standpoint of critically inheriting and developing the achievements of previous studies, we propose a new anthology of 『Manyoushuu』, which intensively introduces works closely related to ancient Korea. However, the existing anthologies and the new anthologies are not mutually exclusive. Rather, they are complementary to each other. Therefore, I think the reader will be able to appreciate the representative works of 『Manyoushuup』 more broadly through two anthologies with different personalities.

Quantitative Profiling of Dual Phosphorylation of Fus3 MAP Kinase in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling is a crucial component of eukaryotic cells; it plays an important role in responses to extracelluar stimuli and in the regulation of various cellular activities. The signaling cascade is evolutionarily conserved in the eukaryotic kingdom from yeast to human. In response to a variety of extracellular signals, MAPK activity is known to be regulated via phosphorylation of a conserved TxY motif at the activation loop in which both threonine and tyrosine residues are phosphorylated by the upstream kinase. However, the mechanism by which both residues are phosphorylated continues to remain elusive. In the budding yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Fus3 MAPK is involved in the mating signaling pathway. In order to elucidate the functional mechanism of MAPK activation, we quantitatively profiled phosphorylation of the TxY motif in Fus3 using mass spectrometry (MS). We used synthetic heavy stable isotope-labeled phosphopeptides and nonphosphopeptides corresponding to the proteolytic TxY motif of Fus3 and accompanying data-dependent tandem MS to quantitatively monitor dynamic changes in the phosphorylation events of MAPK. Phosphospecific immunoblotting and the MS data suggested that the tyrosine residue is dynamically phosphorylated upon stimulation and that this leads to dual phosphorylation. In contrast, the magnitude of threonine phosphorylation did not change significantly. However, the absence of a threonine residue leads to hyperphosphorylation of the tyrosine residue in the unstimulated condition, suggesting that the threonine residue contributes to the control of signaling noise.

화가 마쓰모토 모리마사(松本盛昌) 연구 ‒‘애국백인일수’ 그림엽서를 중심으로‒

This paper has reviewed the postcards of 100 Patriotic Poems the following facts. First, the males in the postcards of 100 Patriotic Poems are described as beautiful and alluring beauty, and women are beautiful and alluring. And these postcards were dedicated to the military. Considering that its main consumer was a soldier, I think that the role of this postcard did not end with the spread of ‘100 Patriotic Poems’. In addition, the Japanese spirit of Patriotism, which is contained in the ‘100 Patriotic Poems’, would have boosted the morale of soldiers. It is also believed that the beauty portrayed in the postcards played a role in bringing sexual fantasy to soldiers and consoling them. Second, Matsumoto Morimasa had the experience and ability to draw what the military wanted, including the navy department. In particular, his military career and experience of drawing into a series of novels tells us that he was suitable as a painter for the ‘100 Patriotic Poems’. 지금까지 본고에서는 ‘애국백인일수’ 그림엽서를 검토하여 다음과 같은 사실을 밝혀냈다. 첫째, ‘애국백인일수’ 그림엽서에 등장하는 남성은 다부지고 강인한 미남으로, 여성은 아름다우면서도 고혹적인 미녀로 시각화 됐다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 이런 그림엽서가 군부에 헌납됐다. 그림엽서의 주요 소비층이 군인이었다는 것을 생각해보면, 이 그림엽서의 역할은 ‘애국백인일수’의 보급에 그치지 않았다. 더 나아가 ‘애국백인일수’에 담겨 있는 충군애국의 일본 정신으로 병사들의 사기를 진작시켰을 것이다. 또한 그림엽서에 묘사된 미녀로 잠시나마 병사에게 성적 판타지(fantasy)를 불러일으켜 그들을 위문(慰問)하는 역할도 수행했을 것이라고 추정된다. 둘째, 마쓰모토 모리마사는 해군성을 포함하여 당시 군부가 원하는 바를 그려낼 수 있는 경험과 실력을 갖추고 있었다. 특히 그의 군인 경력 그리고 연재소설에 들어가는 삽화를 그린 경험은 ‘애국백인일수’에 맞는 그림을 그리는 자로서 그가 적합했었다는 것을 말해준다.

데카르트의 심신이원론과 근대사회 스포츠와의 관계 고찰

본고에서는 데카르트의 심신이원론과 근대사회 스포츠와의 관계에 대하여 살펴보고, 필요한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적을 두었다. 먼저, 심신이원론에서는 신체활동의 중시 여부 및 정도에 따라 크게 두 가지 측면의 주제가 중심을 이루고 있었다. 정신을 중시하고 신체활동을 경시하는 사상을 담고 있어 스포츠 분야에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다는 주장과 정신과 신체는 각각 중시되어야 하며, 이성적인 신체활동이 가능하도록 하는 분위기를 조성함으로써 스포츠 분야에도 도움이 되었다는 주장이 대립하는 것이다. 다음, 근대사회 스포츠에서는 선진화와 도구화라는 두 가지 측면의 주제에 중점을 두고 있었다. 일부에서는 스포츠가 경기화, 조직화, 국제화됨으로써 사회적으로도 인정을 받으면서 진보 및 발전 할 수 있는 선진화 기반을 마련했다는 주장이 있다. 이와 달리, 다른 측면에서는 스포츠가 경쟁, 오락 등의 측면에 무게를 둠으로써 사회적으로 도구화된 경향이 있다는 것이다. 마지막, 관계에 관한 논의 및 시사점에서는 심신이원론과 근대사회 스포츠 간에는 호혜관계, 양립관계 그리고 대립관계 등 세 가지의 관계가 성립될 수 있음을 도출하였다. 그리고 심신이원 론과 근대사회 스포츠에서는 정신의 실체를 중시하였고, 상호관계 및 인과관계에 대한 주제가 중요하게 다루어지고 있음 을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 심신이원론과 근대사회 스포츠 간의 관계는 상호 불가분의 관계라는 것을 도출할 수 있었다. This study aims to examine Descartes' mindbody dualism and its relationship with sport of modern society, and to derive necessary implications. First, in the mindbody dualism, two main aspects of topics were centered on the importance and degree of physical activity. There is a conflict between the argument that it had a negative impact on the sport field by placing importance on the mind and neglecting physical activity, and that it also helped the sport field by creating an atmosphere that enables rational physical activity. Next, sport of modern society focused on two aspects of topics: advancement and instrumentalization. Some argue that sport has laid the foundation for advancement and development while gaining social recognition by playing, organizing, and internationalizing. On the other hand, sport tends to be socially instrumentalized by putting weight on aspects such as competition and entertainment. Finally, in discussions and implications on relationships, it was derived that three relationships, such as reciprocity, compatibility, and confrontation, can be established between mindbody dualism and sport of modern society. In addition, in mindbody dualism and sport of modern society, the reality of the mind was emphasized, and it was confirmed that topics related to mutual relations and causal relations were treated as important. In conclusion, it was possible to derive that the relationship between mindbody dualism and sport of modern society is inseparable.

제조기업 생산기술 인력이 보유한 생산 공정 지식재산권이 개인 경쟁력 및 향후 기술 창업에 미치는 영향 -30, 40대 비교분석-

This study tried to demonstrate the effect of production process intellectual property rights secured by pro- duction technology resources on individual competitiveness and technology startups. As a sample collection method, a stratified sampling method was applied, and a questionnaire was conducted targeting those in their 30s and 40s. The survey period was from February 10, 2021 to February 15, 2021 for employees of automobile companies, and was conducted in the form of an offline survey. Of the 200 questionnaire data received, 189 copies were used as empirical data for this study, except for 9 questionnaires that were systematically or unsys- tematically discriminated with 2 missing values. Afterwards, the structural equation model was analyzed in paral- lel with the SPSS and AMOS programs. As a result of the study, intellectual property rights had a statistically significant effect on self-efficacy and pro- motion, and all hypotheses established because self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on technology startup and promotion on technology startup were accepted. On the other hand, as a result of comparative analysis of the moderating effect according to age in 30s and 40s, intellectual property rights had a statistically significant effect on self-efficacy and promotion, but promotion differed according to age in 30s and 40s in the case of technology startups. was said to represent 본 연구는 생산기술 자원이 확보한 생산 공정 지식재산권이 개인 경쟁력 및 기술 창업에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 하고자 하였다. 샘플 수집 방법으로는 층화표본추출 방법을 적용하여 30대, 40대를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 설문 기간은 2021년 2월 10일부터 2021년 2월 15일 기간 동안 자동차 기업 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고, 오프라인 설문조사형태로 진행되었다. 접수된 200부 설문 데이터 중 결측치 2부 체계적 또는 비체계적으로 판별되 는 9개 설문을 제외하고 189부를 본 연구를 위한 실증 데이터로 활용하였다. 이후 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 병행하 여 구조방정식 모형을 분석해 나갔다. 연구결과, 지식재산권은 자기효능과 승진에 통계적으로 유의한 영향 관계를 미쳤으며, 자기 효능감은 기술창업 과 승진은 기술창업에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳐 수립된 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 한편, 30, 40대 연령에 따른 조절효과를 비교 분석한 결과, 지식재산권은 자기효능과 승진에 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계를 미쳤으나 승진과 기술창업의 경우 30, 40대 연령에 따라 차이성을 나타내고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

브랜드커뮤니티 특성 및 구성원의 성격요인과 브랜드커뮤니티 몰입 및 브랜드애착 간의 관계

본 연구는 커뮤니티 특성과 구성원들의 성격요인이 브랜드 커뮤니티 몰입과 브랜드애착간의 관계와 이들 요인들 간의 상호작용 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 커뮤니티는 제품/서비스 뿐만 아니라 유명인과 캐릭터 브랜드의 구성원들을 대상으로 리서치 전문 기관에 의뢰를 하여 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 브랜드커뮤니티 몰입에 영향을 미치는 커뮤니티 특성과 구성원들의 성격요인은 다르게 나타났는데, 특히 표현의 자유는 모든 커뮤니티 유형에서 커뮤니티몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이라는 것이 확인되었다. 커뮤니티 특성과 구성원들의 성격요인 간의 상호작용효과 또한 커뮤니티 유형별로 다르게 나타났다. 즉 구성원지원과 구성원들의 경험개방성의 상호작용 효과가 커뮤니티 몰입에 미치는 영향은 케릭터와 제품/서비스 브랜드 커뮤니티에서만 유의한것으로 나타났고, 유명인 커뮤니티에서는 지각된 가치와 구성원들의 외향성과의 상호작용 효과만 이 커뮤니티 몰입에 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 브랜드 커뮤니티 연구뿐만 아니라 구성원들의 커뮤니티 참여행동과정을 설명하는 데 유용할 것이며, 커뮤니티 유형별효과적인 운영전략을 수립하는 데 도움이 클 것이다.
