        설사환자에서 Campylobacter jejuni의 분리 및 항생제 감수성 특성

        2005년 1월부터 2006년 10월까지 설사환자의 분변 882건에서 27주의 C. jejuni가 분리되어 3.1%의 분리율을 보였으며, 계절별로는 7월에 가장 높은 9주(11.7%)가 분리되었으며, 분리균주 모두는 catalase 양성, hippuric acid를 가수분해하였다. heat-stable antigen을 이용한 PHA법으로 확인한 혈청형은 HS2형이 18.5%로 가장 많이 분리되었으며 Hs1/44형과 HS2l형 이 각각 11.1%, HS4 complex와 HSl9형 이 각각 7.4%,그리고 HSl8형이 3.7%였으며, 40.7%인 11주는 본 실험방법으로 혈청형을 확인할 수 없었다. 항생제에 대한 내성정도는 cephalothin에는 100%의 내성률을 erythromycin과 imipenem에는 0%의 내성률을 나타내어 분리균주 모두 감수성이었다. 항생제별로는 trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole 63.0%, tetracycline 51.9%, ciprofloxacin 37.0%, ampicillin과 nalidixic acid 33.3%, gentamycin 25.9%, clindamycin 7.4%, chlorarmphenicol 3.7%의 순으로 내성률을 보였다. ln this study we isolated 27 isolates of Campylobacter jejuni from stool samples of 882 diarrheal patients. The seasonal distribution of patients was highest at July (11.7%). All the isolates of C. jejuni hydrolyzing sodium hippurate were serotyped on basis of heat-stable antigens, and identified with the use of passive hemagglutination assay. A total of 59.3% among 27 C. jejuni isolates were identified into 6 different serotypes, which serotype HS2, HSl/44, and HS2l were dominant. Antibiotics resistant rates of C. jejuni isolates were shown to be 100%, 63.0%, 51.9%, 37.0%, 33.3%, 25.9% and 7.4% to cephalothin, trimethoprim- sulfamethoxazole, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin, gentamycin and clindamycin, respectively. All isolates were sensitive to the erythromycin and imipenem.

        중학생의 자의식이 기술·가정 교과 '옷차림과 자기표현' 단원의 중요도와 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향

        The object of this study was to find out the influence of juvenile self-consciousness on the importance of unit 'clothing and self-express' in technology home economics curriculum and appearance management behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 244 middle school students living in Deagu metropolitan City. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and ${\chi}^2-test$ were used for data analysis. Our findings are as follows. Self-consciousness had factors as privately and socially self-consciousness and social anxiety. The factors of the importance of unit 'Clothing and self-express' were clothing, self-express and excellence in traditional clothing. Appearance management behavior had factors as appearance management, plastic surgery interest, diet importance, health focus and eating habit. Self-consciousness was found to have significant effects on the factors of the importance of unit 'Clothing and self-express', and self-consciousness on factors of appearance management behavior. The differences by gender of middle students was examined in clothing and textile interest, clothing and textile unit interest and knowledge acquisition route.

        Occlusal Analysis of the Subjects with Chewing Side Preference Using the T-Scan II System

        While orofacial pain or various dental factors are generally considered as the primary cause of unilateral chewing tendency, there exist several studies indicating that dental factors did not affect the preferred chewing side. The aim of this study was to examine difference of occlusal scheme between the subjects with and without chewing side preference. The difference between the chewing and non-chewing sides in the unilateral chewing group was investigated as well. Computerized, T-Scan II system was used for occlusal analysis. 20 subjects for the unilateral chewing group (mean age of $25.25{\pm}2.84$ years) and 20 subjects for the bilateral chewing group (mean age of $27.00{\pm}5.07$ years) were selected by a questionnaire on presence or absence of chewing side preference and those with occlusal problem or pain and/or dysfunction of jaw were excluded. T-Scan recordings were obtained during maximum intercuspation and excursion movement. The number of contact points, relative occlusal force ratio between right and left sides, tooth sliding area and elapsed time throughout the maximum intercuspation were calculated. Elapsed time for excursion was also investigated. The results of this study shows that the unilateral chewing group had the smaller average tooth contact areas compared with those of the bilateral group (p<0.005). In the unilateral chewing group, the contact areas of non-chewing side are smaller than those of chewing side (p<0.005). The contact areas on their preferred sides were not significantly different with those of right or left side of the subjects without chewing side preference. There was no significant difference in the elapsed time during maximum intercuspation and lateral excursion, the sliding areas and relative of right-to-left occlusal force ratio between the two groups. From the results of this study, it is likely that individuals prefer chewing on the side with more contact areas for efficient chewing.

        Synthesis of Potential Anticancer 6-Allylthio-3-aminopyridazine Derivatives

        항암작용이 기대되는 일련의 새로운 6-allylthio-3-aminopyridazine 유도체를 allylthiolation, amination을 이용하여 합성하였다. 피리다진 핵은 hydrazine monohydrate와 maleic anhydride의 축합반응으로 제조하였다. 3,6- Dichloropyridazine은 3,6-dihydroxypyridazine을 POCl3에 가하여 합성하였다. 6-Allythio-3-chloropyridazine은 3,6- dichloropyridazine에 allylmercaptan과 sodium hydroxide을 이용하여 얻었다. Morpholine, piperazine, pyrazole, imidazole, pyrrolidine, piperidine, perhydroazepine 및 perhydroazocine와 같은 질소 친핵체를 갖는 hetero환을 피리 다진 환의 3번 위치에 도입시켜 6-allylthio-3-aminopyridazine 합성하였다. 이 과정은 아민 친핵체의 친핵성 치환반응 으로 n-buthanol에서 NH4Cl를 가하고 24~48시간 동안 환류시켜 진행하였다. A series of new 6-allylthio-3-aminopyridazine derivatives was synthesized through allylthiolation, amination and expected for anti-tumor activity. The pyridazine nucleus was obtained by condensing hydrazine monohydrate with maleic anhydride. 3,6-Dichloropyridazine was synthesized from 3,6-dihydroxypyridazine by treating with POCl3. 6-Allylthio-3-chloropyridazine was prepared from the reaction of 3,6-dichloropyridazine with allylmercaptan and sodium hydroxide. The heterocycles with nitrogen nucleophile such as morpholine, piperazine, pyrazole, imidazole, pyrrolidine, piperidine, perhydroazepine, and perhydroazocine were introduced into 3-position of pyridazine ring. The substitution reaction of 6-allylthio-3-chloropyridazine with heteroamines was performed by refluxing for 24~48 h in n-buthanol with NH4Cl.

        토마토 (Lycopersicon esculentum) 표피조직의 이형세포 분화 발달

        식물체에 여러 유기성분을 함유하는 발향성 식물인 토마토는 표피조직에 여러 형태의 이형세포가 발달한다. 유용식물인 토마토에 대하여는 많은 영역에서 활발하게 집중 연구되고 있으나, 표피조직에 발달하는 이형세포에 촛점을 두고 구조적으로는 자세히 연구되어 있지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 토마토 표피조직, 특히 생식기관의 표피조직에 발달하는 이형세포들의 구조 및 분화 발달양상을 주사전자현미경적 방법으로 연구하였다. 토마토 표피조직에는 불규칙형 기공과 방사형 돌출기공의 두 유형의 기공이 발달하였으며, 모용은 분비성과 비분비성의 다양한 4가지 형태로 분화하였다. 분비성 모용은 peltate 형과 capitate형 분비모로 대별되었고, 비분비성 모용은 단상모와 원좌형 기저세포의 장상모로 발달하였다. 특히, 화경에는 돌출기공의 발달이 현저하였고, peltate형 분비모는 꽃받침과 자방 표피조직에 뚜렷하였다. 이후 분비모용과 돌출기공에 대한 세포학적 측면에서의 구조적인 연구가 병행되어 본 결과와 접목되면 구조와 기능간의 관계규명에 많은 도움을 줄 것이며, 유용성분의 자원화 및 기능물질 개발에 있어 더욱 의미있는 연구가 될 것이다. Plants of Lycopersicon esculentum, containing various organic compounds, are known to develop idioblasts in their epidermis. Lycopersicon esculentum have long been investigated in many areas, but structural aspects of the epidermis of various organs have not been carried out in detail. Thus, the present study attempted to reveal the patterns of idioblast development, particularly those of the reproductive organs, in L. esculentum epidermis using scanning electron microscopy. The present study mainly focused on patterns of the stomata and trichome types. Two types of stomata were developed in the flowers and fruits: anomocytic stomata (stomata type I) were distributed normally throughout the epidermis, whereas actinocytic raised stomata (stomata type II) were found variously in different epidermal tissues. For the trichomes, both glandular and non-glandular types were developed in the epidermis. The former included peltate glandular trichomes having four head cells (trichome type I) and capitate multicellular glandular trichomes (trichome type II). The latter included non-glandular short trichomes (trichome type III) and considerably elongated trichomes with basal rosette cells (trichome type IV). In paticular, the raised stomata were well-developed in the peduncles and the peltate glandular trichomes were prominent in the sepal and ovary epidermis. Transmission electron microscopy on the ontogeny and ultrastructural differentiation of these idioblasts, associated with the current result, will aid us in better understanding of the structure and functional relationship in the epidermal differentriation of Lycopersicon esculentum.

        부산지역에서 분리한 레지오넬라균에 대한 PFGE를 이용한 molecular typing

        2001년부터 2003년까지 부산지역의 냉각탑수에서 분리한 L. pneumophila (serogroup 1) 39균주에 대해 제한효소 SfiI 처리한 경우 PFGE 양상은 dice coefficient $<65\%$의 유사성을 가진 band를 Awl로 10개의 pulsotype으로 나누었고, 가장 많았던 유형은 E pulsotype으로 39주중 18주로 $46.2\%$를 나타내었으며, 그 외 A pulsotype $17.9\%$, C pulsotype $15.4\%$, F pulsotype $7.7\%$ 및 B, D, G, H, I, J pulsotype이 각각 $2.6\%$로 유전적 양상이 다양하였다. 제한효소 NotI 처리한 경우 PFGE 양상은 dice coefficient $<60\%$의 유사성을 가진 band를 $a\~h$로 8개의 pulsotype으로 나누었고, 가장 많았던 유형은 f pulsotype이 $38.5\%$였으며 그 외 d pulsotype $20.5\%$, e pulsotype $17.9\%$, a pulsotype $10.3\%$, h pulsotype $7.7\%$ 및 b, c, g pulsotype이 각각 $2.6\%$를 차지하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 부산지역에서 분리되는 레지오넬라균에 대한 유전자 유형분석 결과를 데이터베이스화하여, 레지오넬라증의 집단 발생 또는 산발적인 질병 발생이 있을 경우 분자학적 측면에서 사람과 환경에서 분리된 균으로부터 감염원과 감염경로를 규명하는 역학적인 도구로써 이용 가능할 것으로 사료되었다. In this study, we did the molecular typing of 39 environmental Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1 isolates collected from 2001-2003 in Busan using the pulsed-filed gel electrophoresis (PFGE). PFGE of SfiI fragments were divided into 10 pulsotypes $(A\~J)$, corresponding to $<65\%$ similarity and a subtype within each pulsotype was characterized by $>84\%$ similarity. The major cluster was pulsotype E $(46.2\%)$, which included 18 isolates and was divided into 4 subtypes $(E1\~E4)$. PFGE of NotI fragments were divided into 8 pulsotypes $(a\~h)$, corresponding to $<60\%$ similarity and a subtype within each pulsotype was characterized by $100\%$ similarity. The major cluster was pulsotype f $(38.5\%)$, which included 15 isolates. The ATCC type strain L. pneumophila serogroup 1 was identified as a different molecular pulsotype compare to the Busan isolates. It is possible that L. pneumophila serogroup 1 isolated in Busan with specific DNA pattern is comparable with those isolation in other cities in Korea.

      • 임상간호사의 셀프리더십, 자기효능감, 조직몰입이 안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 셀프리더십, 자기효능감, 조직몰입이 안전관리활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G시에 위치한 3개의 종합병원 간호사로 코로나19 펜데믹 상황임을 고려하여 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 8월 20일부터 8월 30일이었다. 연구결과, 셀프리더십(r=.618, p<.001), 자기효능감(r=306, p<.001), 조직몰입(r=0518, p<.001)은 안전관리활동과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 셀프리더십, 자기효능감, 조직몰입이 안전관리활동을 38.2%로 설명하였다 (F=20.478, p<.001). 그러므로, 종합병원간호사의 환자관리활동을 높이기 위해 정기적인 리더십 교육, 자기효능감 교육 등을 실시한다면 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 조직몰입 향상을 위해 긍정적인 업무환경 조성과 간호사 업무에 대한 법적 기준 마련, 적절한 보상 체계의 마련이 된다면 환자안전관리활동에 긍정적 효과가 있을 것이다. This study is a descriptive survey study for nurses in general hospitals to understand the effects of self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment on safety management activities. The subjects of the study were nurses at three general hospitals located in G City. An online survey was conducted in consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Data collection was from August 20 to August 30, 2021. As a result of the study, self-leadership (r=.618, p<.001), self-efficacy (r=306, p<.001), organizational immersion (r=0518, p<.001) showed a positive correlation with safety management activities. In addition, self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment explained 38.2% of safety management activities (F=20.478, p<.001). Therefore, it would be helpful to provide regular leadership education and self-efficacy education to increase patient management activities of general hospital nurses. In addition, if a positive work environment, legal standards for nurse work, and an appropriate compensation system are established to improve organizational commitment, it will have a positive effect on environmental safety management activities.
