본 연구는 다수성 홍화 육종에 필요한 유전자원의 특성을 평가하여 교배모본으로 활용코자 원산지를 포함한 홍화 재배중심지에서 수집한 39개 계통을 대상으로 주요 농업형질의 재배적 특성을 비교하고 각 형질간의 상관 및 경로계수 등을 분석하였는 바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 수집한 유전자원의 개화소요일수는 83~100일로 국내종 보다 만생인 계통이 많았다. 경장은 75~165 cm의 범위를 보여국내종 보다 국외 수집종이 대부분 장경이었고, 줄기 직경은 국외 수집종들이 국내종 보다 대부분 굵었다. 엽의 수와 면적은 국내종이 국외 수집종에 비해 많았고 큰 편이었다. 총분지수는 국외 수집종이 국내종보다 많았으며, 특히 3차 분지수의 범위는 0~25개로 큰 변이를 보였고 국내종의 경우는 3차 분지가 없었다. 화두수는 다분지 계통인 국외 수집종에서 많았다. 수량은 생육이 우수한 특성을 가진 중앙아시아와 미국에서 수집된 계통이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 개화소요일수, 줄기직경, 분지수 및 화두수가 수량과 정의 상관관계를 보였다. 화두수와 총분지수의 직접효과가 높았으며 줄기직경, 엽수 및 2차분지수는 간접효과가 각각 컸다. This study was carried out to obtain the basic information on mating parents and selection for high yielding safflower breeding. Thirty nine world safflower lines, which had collected from 13 countries of origjn, were evaluated for major agronomic characters, correlation and path-coefficients. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Days to flowers ranged from 83 days to 100 days. Days to flower of most foreign lines were later than that of domestic lines. Plant height ranged from 75 cm to 162 cm. The plant height and stem diameter of most foreign lines were higher than those of domestic lines. The leaf number and size of domestic lines were much more than those of foreign lines. The total branch numbers of foreign lines were more than domestic lines. Particularly, the number of third branch ranged from 0 to 25 and there were none in domestic lines. The number of corolla of foreign lines was much more than that of domestic lines. The yield of foreign lines collected from Central Asia and United States of America were more than any others. Significantly positive correlations were observed between yield and days to flower, stem diameter, the number of branch and the number of corolla. In the analysis of path-coefficient, the highest direct effects on yield was the number of corolla followed by the number of total branch, whereas those of the number of second branch and stem diameter were negative.

A six parent dialled analysis was conducted to get basic information for improving yield of upland cotton. Heterosis, combining ability, genetic components and correlation coefficients for boll length, boll width, boll weight, 100 seed weight, lint weigth per boll and lint percentage were studied. Estimates of heterosis for all characters and heterobeltiosis for boll weight and lint weight per boll showed positive values. In general combining ability effect, 'Muan' and 'Imsung' showed highely positive effect in all characters. In specific combining ability effect, the combinations of 'Seungju${\times}$Imsung$.$Seosan${\times}$Imsung' for bll length, 'Cheju${\times}$Imsung$.$Seung${\times}$Imsung' for boll width, 'Cheju${\times}$Muan$.$Cheju${\times}$Imsung' for boll weight, 'Cheju${\times}$Soonchun$.$Muan${\times}$Imsung' for 100 seed weight, 'Soonchun${\times}$Muan' for lint weight per boll and 'Soonchun${\times}$Seosan$.$Seungju${\times}$Muan' for lint percentage showed highly positive effect. Partial dominance was observed for boll length, boll weight, 100 seed weight and lint weight per boll, complete dominance for boll width and overdominance for lint percentage. The number of effective gene group was estimated as one for all characters. The estimates of narrow and broad sense heritabilities were high for all characters except as one for all characters. The estimates of narrow and broad sense heritabilities were high for all characters except lint percentage. Correlation coefficients among the boll length, boll width, boll weight, 100 seed weight and lint weight per boll were positive, whereas lint percentage was negatively correlated with other characters.

Je nachdem inwieweit die Realisierung der Wirkung mglich ist, kann man die Wirkung als theoretische formelle Geltung oder als pragmatische materielle Geltung unterscheiden. Um den Inhalt der Grundrechte zu realisieren, muss demnach die Wirkung des Rechts der Grundrechtsberechtigten festgestellt werden. Die Wirkung der Grundrechte entstand also vom Inhalt der Grundrechte her ausgehend. Aber diese Wirkung darf eingeschrnkt werden, wenn einzelne die eigene Rechte nicht entfalten knnen, ohne dabei gegen die Rechte anderer zu verstoßen. Besonders im Verhltnis der Brger zueinander lst die anerkennte Theorie der Ausstrahlungswirkung im Bereich der Drittwirkung der Grundrechte diese Situation, in der der einzelne eigene Rechte nicht vllig entfalten kann, sondern deren teilweise Einschrnkung akzeptieren muss, auf. Trotzdem besteht jedoch noch keine vllige Klarheit ber die Konstruktion der Bindung der Drittwirkung der Grundrechte und deren Inhalt, wiewohl sich die Standpunkte inzwischen sehr angenhert haben.Diese Lsung findet sich in der Eigenschaft der Rechtswirkung in der Staatsgemeinschaft in beide Richtungen auszustrahlen, das heißt, auf die Wirkung der Rechte nicht nur von den inneren zu den ußeren Seiten des Normbereiches des Staates auszustrahlen, sondern auch von den ußeren Bereiche auf die inneren Bereiche zu wirken. Diese Lsung nenne ich ‘Duale Ausstrahlungswirkung.’

Background and Objectives: This study was performed to describe clinical characteristics of patients with left ventriculars (LV) dysfunction and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), and to evaluate the effect of ICD therapy on survival in Yeongnam province of Korea. Subjects and Methods: From a community-based device registry (9 centers, Yeongnam province, from November 1999 to September 2012), 146 patients with LV dysfunction and an ICD implanted for primary or secondary prophylaxis, were analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups, based on the etiology (73 with ischemic cardiomyopathy and 73 with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy), and indication for the device implantation (36 for primary prevention and 110 for secondary prevention). The cumulative first shock rate, all cause death, and type and mode of death, were determined according to the etiology and indication. Results: Over a mean follow-up of 3.5 years, the overall ICD shock rate was about 39.0%. ICD shock therapy was significantly more frequent in the secondary prevention group (46.4% vs. 16.7%, p=0.002). The cumulative probability of a first appropriate shock was higher in the secondary prevention group (p=0.015). There was no significant difference in the all-cause death, cardiac death, and mode of death between the groups according to the etiology and indication. Conclusion: Studies from this multicenter regional registry data shows that in both ischemic and non-ischemic cardiomyopathy patients, the ICD shock therapy rate was higher in the secondary prevention group than primary prevention group.
