      • 비타민 C, B 복합제 섭취와 power Circuit, weight이조정선수들의 최대근력과 혈청지질 성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 현재 경기력 향상을 위해 파워 서키트·웨이트 트레이닝 중인 조정선수들에게 6주간 비타민 C·B 복합제를 섭취하도록 하고, 섭취 전과 섭취 후의 최대근력과 혈청지질 성분에 어떠한 변화가 있는가를 비교·분석하여 비타민 복합제 섭취가 고강도의 트레이닝을 하는 조정선수들의 합숙훈련 중 최대근력과 혈청 지질대사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 피험자는 B광역시 소재 P대학교에 재학중인 조정선수들을 대상으로 하였으며, 그룹별 6명씩(총 12명)을 선정하여 실시하였으나 사전검사 이후 트레이닝 도중 부상당한 환자 1명을 제외한 총 11명을 대상으로 하였다. 피험자들의 운동 프로그램은 6주간 합숙훈련(오전·오후 각각 3시간, 요일별 파워 서키트·웨이트 트레이닝 실시)을 통하여 이루어졌으며, 합숙훈련을 통해 강도 높은 운동수행을 하는 조정선수들에게 비타민 C·B 복합제를 투여하여 각종 측정변인에 미치는 변화 양상을 알아보기 위하여 6주간의 비타민 C·B 복합제 섭취와 합숙훈련 전·후의 최대근력(bench press, squat, dead lift, power clean, arm curl)과 혈청지질 성분(TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C)을 측정·분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 조정선수들의 최대근력에서는 비타민 C·B 복합제 섭취군이 bench press를 제외하고 squat, dead lift, power clean과 arm curl 종목에서 비타민 섭취 전 보다 6주간 섭취 후에 유의하게(P<.05; P<.01) 증가하였으며, 비타민 비섭취군에서는 최대근력 전 종목에서 실험 종료 후 약간의 증가가 있었지만 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 2) 조정선수들의 비타민 C·B 복합제 섭취 전·후의 혈청지질 성분을 분석한 결과는, 비타민 섭취군의 LDL-C에서 유의한 증가(P<0.05)를 나타내었을 뿐, 두 그룹 모두 실험 종료 후에 약간의 증가와 감소를 나타내었지만, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다.

      • 男高生들의 視力 分析

        敎室의 位置가 各各 東쪽과 南쪽으로 向하고 있는 釜山市內 一部 男高生들의 視力을 3個月 間隔으로 3次에 걸쳐 測定한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1) 視力의 分布曲線이 雙峯型으로 나타났다. 2) 1.0以上의 正常視力이 6個月 後에는 左眼의 경우 32.57%에서 29.52%로 3.05% 減少하였고, 右眼은 31.24%에서 30.29%로 0.95% 減少하여 左眼이 右眼보다 2.1%의 減少率을 보였다. 3) 0.6以下의 弱視인 경우, 左眼은 58.86%에서 58.87%로 變함이 없으나, 右眼은 58.27%에서 59.99%로 右眼은 左眼보다 1.72%의 增加率을 보여 左眼보다 右眼의 視力低下가 현격하였다. 4) 6個月 後의 學年別 平均視力 減退는 1學年 0.008, 2學年 0.011, 3學年 0.02로 學年에 따른 視力低下를 알 수 있다. 5) 主 光源이 東쪽과 南쪽에 있는 敎室의 學生群을 6個月 後에 그들의 平均視力을 比較해 본 結果 東쪽群 보다 南쪽群의 視力이 各各 左眼 0.005, 右眼 0.017씩 나빠졌다. 6) 矯正 視力者는 全體의 27.05%로 이들의 裸眼 平均視力은 0.25를 넘지 못하고 있다. 7) 矯正 視力者의 最大 裸眼 視力이 0.7로 나타나 0.9∼0.7 사이에는 대체적으로 視力矯正을 하지 않음을 알 수 있다. 8) 矯正視力 後의 正常視力은 24.88%이며 0.6以下의 弱視가 38.62%로 나타나 視力을 再 矯正해야될 學生들이 많음을 보여준다. The students eyesight of the several boys high schools in Busan area was measured three times by three month period. This measurement was made according to the location of the classrooms facing east and south and the results are shown as follows; (1) The distribution curve of the eyesight appeared hyperbolic. (2) After six months, the normal eyesight over 1.0 was weakened from 32.57% to 29.52% in the right, which means 2.1% was more weakened in the left than in the right. (3) In the case of the weak eyesight under 0.6%, there was no change in the left from 58.86% to 58.87%, but a little change in the right from 58.27% to 59.99%, which showed 1. 72% was more increased in the right than in the left. (4) The average eyesight reduction by grade after six months showed that the lst grade was 0.008%, the 2nd 0.011, and the 3rd 0.02, which showed the higher grade was more weakened. (5) The average eyesight of the two students groups, east group and south group, whose major light sources lied in the east and the south respectively was compared after six months and the eyesight of the south group was more impared than that of east group. 0.005 was more impared in the left eyesight and 0.017 in the right one of the south group than in each side of the east group. (6) Students on glasses appeared 27.05% and their average eyesight with no glasses did not exceed 0.25. (7) The best eyesight of the students on glasses, when they do not wear them, appeared 0.7 and their eyesight 0.9-0.7 appeared not to have glasses. (8) The normal eyesight after wearing glasses appeared 24.88% and the weak eyesight appeared 38.62%, which showed many students are required to recorrect their eyesight.

        Our viscera and organs place the corresponding sides of a part of our body as a miniature. Therefore supposing something is wrong with the viscera and organs, each corresponding part shows abnormal signs, and stimulating the part as the stroke of touch, the abnormal organ recovers our health from the illness or desease. We call this scientific thechnique of massage reflexology. We can draw some results from this theory. 1) Stimulus for nerves'response keeps us in good health. 2) It is possible to find out the corresponding structure(i.e.a miniature of body) on the face, ear, hand, and foot of human body. 3) The contracted body forms answer to the nervous response of all the organs keenly. 4) Oriental scholars' miniatures describe all human organs in details, but Western ones do not. 5) Nogier discovers Earreflexology from the numan ear. 6) There were hand reflexologies : Yu Tae-Woo's middle finger corresponding to our head, and Park Tae-Woo's thumb corresponding to the head. 7) Kevin & Kunz's nad reflexology is a miniature which the divided into central axis corresponds to the right and left hands. 8) Pak Jae-Woo's foot reflexology is equal to the principles of his hand reflexology. 9) Mildred Carter's and Anna Kay's footreflexologies are almost equal to Kevin's handfeflexology on a principle, but Anna Kaye put stress on the concept of Energy Belt. 10) Bowling Pin's reflexology is a miniature that a head, a throat, and a truk of body apply to the fingers and toes.

        Potassium consists of three naturally occuring isotopes, ?K, ?K and ?K, whose respective abundances are 93.08%, 0.0118% and 6.91%. ?K of natural radiocative isotopes, by virtue of the widespread distribution of potassium in the environment. exists in human body, especially is found in bones and muscles. This element emittes γ-ray with energy of 1.46 MeV, and concentration of ?K in human body can by obtained by means of whole body counter. In this study, we calculated the total mass of potassium in human body using concentration and specific activity of ?K. Finally, we obtained the FFM(Fat Free Mass) using this total mass of potassium. This calculation procedure may be useful to estimation of fatness.

      • 校舍의 方向이 視力에 미치는 影響

        In order to examine what influence the direction of school building gives on the students' eyesight, I make an examination of eyesight two times, and of myopia, astigmatism one time, every six month, picking up circle shape building, which is constructed differently in its direction and classroom's height, of "K" high school in Busan, and selecting each classroom constructed differently in its direction as model group, and on the other hand choosing "B", "S" school buildings built eastward, southward, northward, as comparison group. The results are as follows. (1) The distribution curve of eyesight appeared hyperbolic. (2) The weakening ratio of eyesight of the right eye appeared higher than that of the left eye, and it accords with the result which I gained in my 1982' report. (3) In case of the weakening of normal eyesight, there was little change, but in case of the weakening under eyesight 0.6%, there was great change both in the right eye and in the left one. It is same of the result from the case of the eyes wearing no glasses of collected man. (4) According to direction, there was extremely great change of eyesight weakening in order of north-east, south-west group in case of the left eye, and in order of north-east, south-west group in case of the right eye. (5) There was further change of eyesight-weakening in case of the weak eye. (6) In case of northeast, southwest group which are opposite in direction, in south-west group, there was great weakening of eyesight, 13.5% in the left eye, and 15.9% in right eye, but in case of north-east group, there was increase of eyesight, 2.1%, in the left eye, and 2.4% in the right eye. (7) In case of the group without establishment of curtains, the phenomena of eyesight weakening was great. (8) The upper limit-line of the collectee's eyesight without glasses was relatively low as 0.6 (9) The collectees' average eyesight without glasses did not exceed 0.2 both in the right eye and in the left one, and their weakening ratio showed the increase of 14.2% in the left eye, the increase of 16.1% in the right eye. (10) There was 52.8% of shortsight, and 7.9%of astigmatism. (11) There was 4.6% increase of the collectees after six months, from 51.5% in the 1st examination to 56.1% in the second examination.
