삶의 마지막에 관한 결정을 위한 윤리적 의사결정모델 개발

Counselors are likely to face an ethical dilemma when their clients present issues with regard to end-of-life decisions. The present study discussed philosophical and religious standpoints, ethical principles, legal and ethical issues, sociocultural contexts, and client's individual characteristics that counselors need to consider in dealing with client's end-of-life decisions. Then, it was proposed that counselors take on roles of an existential thinker, analyzer, implementer, explorer, and evaluator to consider corresponding aspects. Also, on the basis of the extant ethical decision-making models, the present study proposed an ethical decision-making model that counselor may use in counseling those presenting issues in end-of-life decisions. The model includes the five aspects to consider and counselor roles to take. The model also conceptualizes the decision-making process as the one in which counselors strive to achieve reflective equilibrium by considering both critical and intuitive domains. 최근 존엄사 관련 사건들이 사회적으로 이슈화되면서, 이성적 자살을 비롯한 삶의 마지막에 관한 결정이 의료계뿐만 아니라 정신건강전문가들이 다루어야 할 당면 과제가 되고 있다. 이성적 자살을 포함한 삶의 마지막과 관련된 결정을 상담할 때, 상담자는 윤리적 원칙들이 충돌하는 윤리적 딜레마를 경험하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이성적 자살 등 삶의 마지막에 대한 결정과 관련이 있는 종교 및 철학적 입장, 윤리적 원칙, 법과 윤리규정, 사회문화적 맥락, 내담자 개인 특성 등을 탐색하였다. 이 때 상담자가 각 측면을 고려하면서 수행할 수 있는 역할을 성찰자, 분석가, 실행자, 탐색가, 평가자로 구분하여 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 지금까지 상담 분야에서 제기되어온 윤리적 의사결정모델들을 참고하여, 이성적 자살 등 삶의 마지막을 결정하는 과정에서 상담자가 활용할 수 있는 통합적인 윤리적 의사결정모델을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 윤리적 의사결정모델은 상담자가 고려해야할 측면과 역할을 포함하고 있고, 의사결정과정을 비판적-평가적 차원과 직관적 차원을 통합적으로 고려하면서 반성적 평형 상태를 이루어가는 과정으로 개념화하고 있다.

The role and status of the Shinminheo held a high position of the nataional movement of Korea in the period of Japanese occupation. This Study deals with the establishment and activities of the Shinminheo in relation to Sangdong Group with the central district of Seoul. The Sangdong church with Rev. Deokgi Jeon was a central headquarter of the establishment and activities of Shinminheo, and the majority of central figures of the Shinminheo were Christians and patriots who took an active part in and around the Sangdong church. The Sangdong group with Deokgi Jeon gave solid foundations of the activities of the Shinminheo in terms of the place, figures and organization, and the ideas, goals, methods of activities as well as constituents of the Shinminheo were closely connected with the Sangdong group. The main spirit of the Sangdon Group was patriotism which was related to the kingdom of God expressed in the love of God, neighbors and nation on the basis of Christian faith. The group gave great stress on the spirit of national salvation through edification and education of people and training of promising leaders and emphasized the semse of unity by calling together men of like mind and the consistence of speech and action on the basis of trust. All these ideals of the Sangdong group were the foundation for the Shinminheo in the period of Japanese aggression. It is not surprising that the members of the Sangdong group played significant roles in the national movement in collaboration with other colleagues. At the time of national crisis, the Sangdong group showed vivid patriotism for the nation firmly grounded on Christian faith. This paper argues Christian faith contributed to practice of love of God, neighbors and nation and cosolidation of the independent movement in these critical situations.

축사지역에서의 항생제 내성 미생물 모니터링 및 항생제 내성 미생물의 불활성화

본 실험에서는 전북A시 축사 주변 3곳에서 항생제 내성 미생물의 검출 빈도와 다제 내성균을 파악하기 위해 sampling을 실시하여 분석하였고, 항생제 내성 표준 미생물을 Escherichia coli DH5α, Salmonella typhimurium 선정하여 ampicillin의 내성 plasmid를 주입 후, 자외선과 염소 소독에 따른 불활성화 효율을 확인하였다. 다제 내성균의 분포는 총 44종으로 내성을 획득한 미생물들이 다수 증식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 2가지 이상에 대해 내성을 보인 균주들은 21종, 3가지 이상에 대해 내성을 보인 균주들은 13종으로 나타났다. 항생제 내성 표준 미생물들의 UV와 Chlorine에 대한 불활성화 차이는 wild type에 비해 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으나, 항생제 내성 유전자의 경우 항생제 내성 미생물 보다 더 높은 UV dose 또는 CT값을 나타내었다.

탁사(濯斯)의 기독교적 문명개화운동

Choi Byung-Hyun, a modern enlightenment period in Korea, adhered to the position of accepting western cultures on the basis of recognition of tradition. he suggested that the acceptance of Western culture including Christianity overcome the crisis of the nation and the future direction of the nation. After being baptized as a Christian in Chung-dong First Church in February 1893, he served as a Christian leader and contributed to the nation’s problems and Korean society in the crisis of the end of the nation. he has also led the Bae-Jai hakdang, Dae-dong Se-Shi, farming scholarship, Christian newsletter writer, Hwang-seong Newspaper journalist association, independent association, law school, YMCA. The council’s nationalist movement presented the way to the Christian democracy, gender equality, a restored civilized society, advanced scientific culture, and advanced international society by presenting the way of living of the Korean people who fell into the tornadoes. In particular, after the loss of national rights in 1905 by the war criminals, he worked on the patriotic enlightenment lecture through the Hwang-seong Christian Youth Association. In the recognition that religion and education can be the means of modernization and reform of the country, the taxa, which advocated the “Christian civilization theory,” is a patriotism through Christian faith, a national salvation based on Christian civilization, Suggesting his position toward national salvation by presenting the Christian school district theory through cultivating skills. In the reality of the anti - Japanese national movement were held in the Japanese invasion of Korea at that time. He believed that social reform and national salvation should be done fundamentally through the enlightenment of the people and religious movements, not by political movements. 한국의 근대 계몽기 최병헌목사는 전통을 인정하는 바탕에서 서양의 문물을 수용하자는 입장을 고수하였다. 그는 기독교를 비롯한 서구 문물의수용이 민족의 위기를 극복하고, 민족의 미래 지향적인 방향이라고 그 길을제시하였다. 탁사는 1893년 2월 정동제일교회에서 기독교인으로 세례를 받은 이후 구한말 민족의 위기 상황에서 기독교 지도자로서 중요한 역할을하며 민족문제와 한국 사회를 위해 공헌을 하였다. 탁사는 배재학당, 대동서시, 농상공부주사, 선유사, 그리스도인회보 주필, 황성신문 기자로 협성회, 독립협회, 의법(懿法)학교, YMCA를 창립 주도했다. 탁사의 구국운동은 당시 도탄에 빠진 우리 민족의 살 길을 제시하면서 기독교 민주사회와 남녀평등, 유신한 문명사회, 첨단과학문화, 선진국제사회로 나가는 길을 제시했다. 특히 탁사는 1905년 을사늑약으로 국권을 잃은 후 황성기독청년회를 통해애국계몽 강연에 힘썼다. 종교와 교육을 통한 교화(敎化)가 조국의 근대화와 사회개혁의 방편이될 수 있다는 인식에서 ‘기독교 문명국가론’을 주장했던 탁사는 기독교 신앙을 통한 애국, 기독교적 문명개화론에 입각한 민족구원, 실력양성을 통한기독교적 교육구국론을 제시하면서 민족구원을 향한 그의 입장을 천명하였다. 탁사는 당시 한말의 일제침략 현실에서 다양한 형태의 항일민족운동이전개되는 현실가운데 비폭력 평화운동, 교육 중심의 민족계몽운동 노선을견지하였다. 탁사는 사회개혁과 민족구원 문제는 정치운동에 의한 것이 아니라 민중의 계몽과 종교운동을 통해서 근본적으로 이루어져야한다는 신념을 가지고 있었다.

HBT의 전류원 모델을 위한 최적 열 저항값 추출 방법

Two new extraction methods for the thermal Resistance of HBT(Heterojunction Bipolar Transistors) are proposed. First, the analytical expression, based on the thermal characteristics that the base to emitter junction voltage drops with the increase of junction temperature, is derived. Second, the thermal resistance equation that can predict the measured DC(Direct Current) data optimally is derived. These optimal thermal resistance expression is applied to the 2 finger 2${\times}$20${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$-AlGaAs/GaAs HBT and shows the good agreement with the measured data.

한경직 목사의 삶과 설교에 나타난 사상

Though there were many preachers in the Korean church history, Rev. Kyung-Gik Han was one of the powerful preachers effected on the Korean church members. Korean church believe he was a faithful pastor and an influential preacher, because he became representative pastor as a symbol of clergymen in the Korean church. In order to examine the thought represented in the life and sermon of Kyung-Gik Han, it is important to search images of his life as background of his thought. The life and thought of Kyung-Gik Han was a model of images for Korean pastors because he preached with his life and took leadership in union of churches and ecumenical movement. Especially, he offered biblical and theological ground presenting real models of christian life through his sermon. Main theological thought of Kyung-Gik Han has evangelical characteristic based on the Bible. To begin with, he emphasized evangelical faith route on the basis of the central idea of Bible, Christ, and the Cross. Secondly, his thought was throughly developed on the central idea of the church. Thirdly, he was an open-minded evangelist, and was realized the union of church and the spirit of ecumenism though his whole ministry and activities. He, also, was a key figure for performing ecumenical movement with world churches. Fourthly, he was a patriot establishing democractic country on the basis of Christianity through his whole life. Through his sermon, he made an effort to implant christian patriotism to church members at the period of the 1945 Liberation of Korea and the founding of a country. Fifthly, he stressed not only church dogma and attendance of church, but also practice of christian life. So he realized christian honest and virtuous life. It showed that he was a faithful pastor, an evangelical preacher, a christian patriot, a real educator, an energetic leader of domestic and world mission.
