1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES and METHODS To analysis the Korean housing market situation via the experience of Japan's bubble crisis (2) RESEARCH METHOD Use the Public statistic data by National Statistic Organization, House Price Index by KB Bank and the articles about Japan's bubble busting as references. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS It may make the bubble that the surplus money flow and the low interest influence speculative housing market, under the market situation which is the unbalance of housing supply and demands and the expect on the high return. Though the analysis of origin of bubble is important, more important thing is about the policies for bubble removing. The strong regulative policies for bubble market may make the busting and any ill effects. Now we need carefully coping with the removal of bubble by restructuring of financial systems and keeping the balance of housing supply and demands. 2. RESULT The government have to enlarge the development of the land for housing for prevention of housing construction shrink and housing price increasement and ready to policies for housing market stability.
