경력결정요인과 성격유형의 조절효과에 관한 연구 - 문헌정보학과 학생들을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 예비사서들의 경력결정수준에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위해서 수도권 및 충청권 소재 문헌정보학과 재학생을 대상으로 실증연구를 하였다. 외생변수로는 교과과정, 경력관련 학과 활동, 그리고 사서 제도적 요소로 설정하여 조사하였다. 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 경력관련 학과활동이 경력결정수준에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 분석되었으며, 이 과정에서 성격의 유형이 조절적 역할을 하였다. 이는 예비사서로서의 경력 결정수준을 높이기 위해서는 경력관련 학과 활동 등 예를 들어, 취업동아리, 경력상담 프로그램, 선배와의 교류, 경력프로그램의 실시와 참여 등이 경력관련 정보의 공유를 쉽게하여 경력결정수준을 높인다고 할 수 있다. 이와 아울러 교과과정, 현장 사서가 갖추어야 할 실무능력, 사서자격제도 개선 등의 학교 조직적 사서 제도적 차원의 개선도 이루어져야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 연구 한계점 및 추후 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다. This study attempts to analyse factors that influence the level of career decision for prospective librarians. To this end, an empirical study was conducted on the students from the department of Library & Information Science at universities located in Seoul, Gyeong Gi and Chung Cheong Areas. Exogenous variables included curriculum, career-related departmental activities, and librarian-related institutional factors. The result of analysis using the Structural Equation Model reveals that career-related departmental activities are preceding factors which affect the level of career decision and that personality types function as a modulator. This suggests that, in order to raise the career decision level, prospective librarians need to participate in career-related departmental activities, which make it easier to share information regarding career and thus enhance the level of career. Such career-related departmental activities include participating in job-oriented circles and career-consulting programs, communicating with seniors, and operating and joining career programs. Further organizational and institutional development is required : better curriculum, improved practical ability and qualifications as librarians. This study also discusses its limits and areas for future research.

상사의 리더십 스타일이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향: 윤리성의 조절효과

본 연구는 상사의 리더십 행동스타일을 과업지향적 및 관계지향적 유형으로 구분하여 조직효과성(직무만족, 조직몰입)에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 연구문제로 삼았으며, 이러한 관계에 있어 윤리성의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 금융기관 종업원 509명의 설문조사를 기반으로 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, (1)관계지향적 스타일은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 모두 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, (2)상사의 윤리성 수준에 따라 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고, (3) 관계지향적 스타일이 조직몰입에 미치는 관계에 있어 윤리성은 유의미한 조절효과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직관리에 있어 리더십 스타일과 같은 행동적 특성, 그리고 윤리성과 같은 인성적 특성이 인적자원관리적 측면에서 실용성이 있음을 함의하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the moderating effect of ethical integrity in influential relationship of organizational effectiveness by habitual styles of a leader. In other words, habitual styles of a leader were divided into relationship-oriented behavior and task-oriented behavior; ethical integrity of managers was classified into high ethical integrity and low one. To achieve the aim of this study, questionnaires have been done on the subject of employees of financial facilities located in Chungcheong area and data were collected. To sum up the result of investigation and analysis conducted for this purpose is as below. First, it turned out that relationship-oriented behavior of a leader influenced meaningfully job satisfaction, organizational commitment that are organizational effectiveness variables. Second, it turned out that high ethical integrity influenced positively more than low ethical integrity on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees in the analysis of difference of organizational effectiveness by the level of ethical integrity. Finally, the result of verifying whether ethical integrity could moderate the relationship between a leader's habitual feature and organizational effectiveness showed that relationship-oriented behavior of leader has a moderating effect on organizational commitment that are organizational effectiveness variable.

This paper reflects a current trend of how multimedia will be applied in teaching literature. In this modern world, our lives and education environment are faced with a rapid change caused by multimedia. Besides, it is sometimes argued that distance education may be realized thanks to the openess of multimedia. Therefore, even in teaching literature, it is required to develop various effective teaching methods through multimedia. Literature is closely related to man's emotion or imagination and that is why it is difficult to apply multimedia to teaching it. However, though they are just attempts of personal level, it is true that some methods are tried. Some examples are like these: to increase the effect of teaching through videos and audios, to develop and use CD-ROMs, and to teach literature through internet. But there are some problems to be solved beforehand. The first one is the problem of building network for using internet. The second one is the problem of the cooperation of computer programmers, specialists of literature, and specialists relating to multimedia. The third one is the problem of building data base of literary works for using them in computer. When these are prepared, the argument and applicaction of multimedia in teaching literature can be flourished.

The problembs of mitral reste'1osis following primary mitral comissurotomy for mitral stenosis have been increased gradually, and also its incidence of mitral restenosis has showed the increasing time by time. We report 3 cases operation.l of mitral restenosis among several cases which have followed primary operatioa for 254 cases of mitral stenosis from Jan. 1959 to Dec. 1969. at the department of thoracic and cardiovascuar surgery, Natioaal Medical Center, with a review of literatures.
