      • 흰쥐의 鎭痛機轉에 있어서 視床下部 弓壯核의 役割에 對한 硏究

        Electrical stimulation of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus(HARN) has been shown to have an analgesic effect in rats. It was demonstrated that the HARN played an important role in mediating acupuncture analgesia, especially electroacupuncture analgesia with low-frequency. Furthermore, it has been suggested that such a role could be different between anteromedial and posterior parts of the HARN in performing the acupuncture analgesia. The role of the HARN in the acupuncture analgesia was usually experimented by using the tail flick reflex. The present study investigated the effects of stimulation of the HARN on the jaw-opening reflex at various stimulation sites and conditions. The digastric electromyography (dEMG) was elicited by electrical stimulation of the tooth-pulp(a single square wave, for a duration of 0.3 ms, with a frequency of 0.5 Hz, and intensity of 1.5 times threshold). Both ipsilateral and contralateral electrical stimulation produced a marked suppression of the dEMG and it recovered to the pre-stimulating level within about 10 min. There were no significantly different analgesic effect between the anteromedial and the posterior parts of the HARN stimulation. The high-frequency(100Hz) stimulation of the HARN induced a stronger analgesic effect than low-frequency stimulation(3Hz). More than 300㎂ intencity produced a potent suppression of the dEMG. The longer stimulation time did not produce a longer post-effect, as the 30 sec stimulation time was more effective than the 5 min stimulation. From the results, it can be concluded that the proper stimulation of the HARN produces analgesic effect on the jaw-opening reflex induced by tooth-pulp stimulation as well as on the tail flick test, however, in this study the difference of the analgesic effect between the stimulation sites were not shown as on tail flick test.

      • 鍼灸科 領域에 있어서 腰痛症의 治療效果에 關한 臨床的 硏究

        A clinical study on low back pain was carried out at the Department of Acupuncture in die Oriental Medical Hospital of Kyung Hee University Medical Center for four months from October 1978 to January 1979. Acupuncture points used were strictly confined to the below mentioned points and retaining the needles for 15 to 20 minutes. Sin-su (B23), Gi-hae-su (B24), Dae-jang-su (B25), Gwan-won-su (B26), Cha-ryo (B32), Wi-jung (B54) and Gon-ryun (B60). The following results were obtained. 1) Statistics were taken from 321 low back pain patients which was 20.1% of the total amount. The ratio between female and male patient was 1:1.3. 2) The age distribution of the patients was the thirties, twenties, forties, fifties and sixties, in that order and 78.0% were under forty. 3) The therapeutic effectiveness was shown higher in younger patients than the older ones. 4) The causative factors of the low back pain was divided into unknown, lifting heavy objects overwork, contusion and sports, in that order. 5) By taking the disease period as one factor, the conditions were categorized as below. From onset to 1 week Very Acute, 1 week to 1 month Acute, 1 month to 6 months Subacute and above 6 months Chronic. The occurence of incidence was in following order. First Chronic, second Very Acute, third Acute and fourth Subacute. When considering the period of disease, the indication of therapeutic effect was as follows Acute 86%, Very Acute 82%, Chronic 79%, and Subacute 74%. 6) There was no connection with plain X-ray findings in the lumbar region and treatment. Whatever the pathological changes observed through X-rays the same type of treatment was given. 7) 80.8% of the cases recovered and improved satisfactorily and including patients that were slightly recovered made a total of 93.8%. 8) It was recordered that at least six to eight treatments of acupuncture were necessary for the recovery from low back pain.

      • 나로우주센터 비행정보중앙처리시스템의 타임틱 동기화 정확도 분석

        나로우주센터의 비행정보중앙처리시스템(CDPS)은 지상추적시스템(추적레이더, 원격자료수신장비, 광학추적장비)으로 부터 발사체의 위치정보를 취득하여 실시간 처리후 주요 운용자의 감시용 단말 및 추적시스템으로 분배하는 기능을 수행한다. 실시간 처리는 전처리, 필터링, 외삽처리, 최적소스 선택 등의 일련의 과정으로 구성되어 있으며, 추적시스템으로 분배되어진 정보는 추적시스템의 발사체 초기 추적 및 추적 실패시 연동자료(Slaving Data)로 이용되어진다. 이러한 각각의 데이터 처리과정은 최종 처리된 발사체 위치정보의 정확도를 위하여 정확한 타이밍을 기반으로 주기적이며, 반복적으로 수행되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비행정보중앙처리시스템(CDPS)에 적용된 실시간 처리 및 타임틱 동기화 구조를 소개하고 이에 대한 정확도 분석결과를 기술하였다. Central Data Processing System(CDPS) in NARO Space Center is to acquire trajectory data from tracking systems(Radar, Telemetry Station and Electro-Optical Tracking System) and to distribute data for monitoring operator and tracking system after real-time processing. Real-time processing consists of various sequential procedures such as pre-processing, filtering, extrapolation and best source selection. And, processed trajectory data is sent to each tracking means is used for initial tracking trial or target designation in case of tracking failure. For the accuracy of distributed data, these data processing procedures need to be executed based on very accurate timing. In this paper, the real-time processing architecture and time-tick synchronization of CDPS and the accuracy analysis results are discussed.

      • 나로우주센터 추적/발사통제시스템의 통합운용 성능분석

        레인지시스템(추적시스템 및 발사통제시스템)은 우주 발사체를 지상에서 추적하여 위치 및 상태정보를 취득, 처리한다. 나로우주센터의 레인지시스템은 추적레이더, 원격자료수신장비, 광학추적장비 및 발사통제시스템으로 구성되어 발사체의 지상 추적임무를 수행한다. 나로호 발사임무에서 추적장비에서 취득된 각종 정보는 발사통제시스템의 처리를 거쳐서 관련운용자에 공급되어진다. 또한, 처리된 발사체의 위치 정보는 각 추적 장비들의 추적 실패 시 재추적 시도를 위한 연동 자료로 공급됨과 동시에 비행안전 감시의 목적으로 사용되어진다. 또한, 레인지시스템은 카운트다운 제어, 음성/데이터통신, 기상정보 제공등의 역할을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 레인지시스템 구성요소들의 통합운용개념과 이에 따른 성능분석결과를 기술하였다. Tracking and Mission Control System, i.e. Range System, m launch site is to provide target tracking and range instrumentation capabilities of launch vehicle. In NARO space center, range system consists of tracking means such as tracking radars, ground telemetry systems, electro-optical system and mission control system. In KSLV-I launch, real-time data from the tracking means are acquired, processed and distributed by the mission control system to the user group who need to monitor processed data for safety and flight monitoring purposes. The processed trajectory data by the mission control system is sent to each tracking mean for target designation in case of tracking failure. Especially, the processed data are used for decision making for flight termination when anomalies occur during flight of the launch vehicle. Range system also provide function of countdown control, voice and data communication and meteorology information. In this paper, operation concept of tracking and mission control system in NARO space center is described and test results of KSLV-I launch are analyzed and discussed.
