After the collapse of Mongol empire, it was urgent to re-construct the East Asian international order. in Ming Taizu" edicts, the early Ming Dynasty mainly took no conquer as the basic foreign policy and gave up the right of conquering, which was distinguished from the previous Chinese dynasties, and became an outstanding change in ancient China’s foreign policies. Ming taizong inherit his father,took more active foreign policies with the surrounding and overseas countries. Ming Taizu and Ming Taizong had played an important role at the change of international relations of the East Asian. Based on such a peaceful diplomacy, the East Asia saw the raising-up of the national power in regional politics in the second half of 14th century and the first half of 15th century. At the same time, the Ming Dynasty was very active in foreign relations and trade with the rim countries, which formed a new integration of regional collaboration.
