      • 各種 喀痰消化劑가 抗酸菌死滅에 미치는 影響

        For the isolation of mycobacteria in sputum specimens, it is essential to use the most gentle procedure of digestion system for the survival of organisms. The present studies were undertaken to evaluate and compare the effect of various sputum digestants on the death of Mycobacterium fortuitum and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Death rates of M. tuberculosis in a solution of 2% NaOH, 3% NaOH and 4% NaOH digestants after 30 minutes of contact time were 97.1%, 97.6% and 97.9%, respectively. In the digestants of 2% NaOH, 3% NaOH and 4% NaOH solution after 1 hour of contact time, survival rates were less than 2%. 2. Death rates of M. tuberculosis in Zephiran-N-acetyl-L-cysteine digestant after 30 and 60 minutes of contact time were 28.5% and 39.5%, while those of M. fortuitum after the contact time were 74.1% and 81.2%, respectively. 3. Death rates of M. tuberculosis in Zephiran-trisodium phosphate digestant after 30 and 60 minutes of contact time were 36.1% and 40.3%, and those of M. fortuitum after the contact time were 71.6% and 74.2%, respectively. 4. Death rates of M. tuberculosis and M. fortuitum in N-acetyl-L-cysteine-NaOH (2%) digestant were similar to the digestant of 2% NaOH solution.

      • 일부 종합병원 간호사들의 요통 유병상태에 관한 조사연구

        A questionaire survey was conducted on 482 hospital nurses in Taejeon City to investigate the prevalence & epidemiolgical characteristics of work related LBP during past six mouths. The results obtained were as follows. 1. Overall 6 months prevalence rate of LBP was 49.5% & mean duration of LBP were 10.8 days. 2. 6 months prevalence rate of LBP was the highest among nurses of care unit with 61.4% & mean duration of LBP were significantly longer among nurses of care unit with 17.7 days than other department workers. 3. 6 months prevalence rate of LBP was significantly higher among groups lifting frequency/day more than 20 with 62.9% than below 20 group with 46.1% (P<0.01). 4. Back injury rate was 27.4% with lumbar sprain with 19.5%, contusion with 7.5%. 5. Back injury rate was significantly higher among care-unit workers with 32.4% (P<0.05) than other department workers. 6. 10.8% of workers with LBP experienced absenteeism due to LBP. Among the injured, only 39.6% ran been treated.

        상악골과 비사골동에 이환된 백악질 골화성 섬유종(cemento-ssifying fibroma)의 치험례

        The cemento-ossifying fibroma is a benign fibro-osseous tumor that may behave in an aggressive pattern. Although found predominantly in the mandible, most of these unusual tumors may arise in the maxilla and paranasal sinuses. Especially these lesion in the maxilla and sinuses behave more aggressively and are more prone to recur compared to mandibular counterparts. Therefore, more radical approach may be recommended than expectant observation or curettage in the initial management of this neoplasm. This is a case report of cemento-ossifying fibroma extended to maxillary sinus and naso-ethmoidal area treated by wide surgical excision after repeated conservative treatments.

      • XENIX OS에서 TERMINAL을 이용한 조합형한글 구현에 관한 연구

        제닉스 시스템의 커널에서는 한글을 읽거나 쓸수가 없으며 한글을 구현하기 위해 바이어스콜이나 비디오램을 직접 억세스하는 등의 컨트롤이 허용되지 않는다. 그러나 제닉스 시스템의 입, 출력 시스템을 잘 살펴보면 한글을 사용하기 위한 해결점을 찾을 수 있다. 영문 제닉스는 키보드에서 입력되는 8비트 코드에서 최상위비트를 무시하여 7비트로 스트립 시키는데 이것을 막고 제닉스가 FOH~FFH까지의 코드를 제어 코드로 사용하지 못하게 함으로써 모든 한글을 터미널상에서 사용 할 수 있게 된다. 한편 제닉스의 표준 메일을 이용 할때에는 80H 이상의 코드가 입력되면 모두 \와 8진수의 조합으로 변경시켜서 출력하는 C함수를 사용하기 때문에 이부분을 수정하고 한글 에코 명령이 포함된 쉘 스크립은 8진코드로 바꾸어 주는 소오스를 활용함으로서 제닉스에서 터미널을 이용한 조합형 한글의 구현이 완벽하게 이루어졌다. Hangul can't be read and used from the kernel of XENIX system. To embody Hangul, the control of direct access of BIOS call or video RAM is not permitted. But a solution to use Hangul can be found through the search of input and output system of XENIX system. English XENIX OS disregards MSB from 8bit code inputting from key board and strip 7 bit. To prevent this, stty-istrip command is used. And by using stty-ixion command not to use control code from FOH to FFH of XENIX, All of Hangul can be used at the terminal. To satisfy these conditions stty-istrip-ixon command is inserted at each user's profile. While sending the letter through the standard mail of XENIX, /user/lib/mail. local program is available. then Hangul is not supported on mail. local, the reason is that if the code over ASCII code 80H is inputted in the mail. local program. C function outputting through the change into the combination of all \and octal number is used, but by modifying mail. local, all of Hangul can be available, and the shell script containing Hangul echo command can treat Hangul at the terminal by using convc source which change source to octal code. In this way combinated Hangul using the terminal from XENIX OS ard completely embodied.

      • 한국 전력산업의 중국 진출 전략에 관한 연구 : 한국전력공사, 한국지역난방공사를 중심으로

        The power industry is the driving force of national economy activities and it not only accounts for high portion, but it is a highly value-added integrated technology industry: therefore, it has raised Korea's foreign competitiveness and has been developed as a growth motive power industry. Korea electric power industry has dramatically developed over past 40 years and it has excellent human resources, technology and pluralistic power facilities internally and externally equal with advanced power corporation and it holds world-class technology in the field of thermal power generation and nuclear power generation. Recently, Korean power industry is predicted to be a slowdown in growth and the competitiveness is getting fierce due to the private power contractors's entry to the market. In addition, the circumstances for power industry because of the reduction duty of greenhouse gas emission according to the Climatic Change Convention and the instability of supply and demand from security competition of energy resource is getting worse. However, the power industry's entry into the international market is becoming the necessary situation: for example, CDM industry where additional income is expected in addition to the alternative of nuclear power generation due to the instability of oil prices and world-wide trend of new and renewable energy. The purpose of China power industry's entry corresponds with that of Korea power industry in the necessary circumstance of new power facilities construction according to the rapidly economic growth. Especially, China power market is getting larger and is expected to raise high benefits as the arena of competition and it has many opportunities because of the inducement strategy and monopolistic environment. However, the benefits has been canceled according to the foreign power generation and there are a lot of weakness such as difficult environment change-the multi-change of strategy and the complexities of entry procedure and the opacity of investigation- and vulnerable awareness of Korean public companies such as Korea electric power industry, the insufficient information about China power market, the technical insufficiency of new and renewable energy. Korea power industry entry to China market has been activated after the early-mid 1990s, bilateral ties between Korean and China when the limited business such as technology cooperation, technological consultive service had been performed. However, the cogeneration power business of Qinhuangdao in Hebei has been started by Korea District Heating Corporation in 1997 and it has entered China focused on wind power business in Neimenggu and Gansu and connected business of power and resources in Shanxi. Therefore, this study has analyzed the cases of Korea district heating corporation and the strategy has been established through SWOT analysis of the advantages of Korean public corporation, the internal environment as weakness, opportunity factors of China power market and external environment as a threatening factor so that it can get effective results by promoting the entry to China power market. First, the intensification of entry to the fields such as China nuclear power, water power and new and renewable energy Second, the cooperative entry strategy with Korean private company based on Korea Electric Power Corporation, the best public one in the field of power. Third, the intensification of optimum financing such as projecting financing and financial package of Export-Import Bank of Korea. Fourth, the manage intensification of nation and business risk in case of entry to China market Fifth, the intensification of professionals for China expert cultivation. Sixth, the strategy of Korean standard power plants for the penetration of China nuclear power Seventh, the establishment of government support system for diplomatic channel intensification depending on the diversification of risks, financing and political influence of China government according to the public corporation's entry to the power market. Lastly, the information collection like the demand and the trend of competitors for the penetration of China power market and the intensification of network management for the connections with China government and companies. 우리나라 전력산업은 지난 40년간 비약적인 성장을 하였으며, 대내외적으로 선진전력회사와 대등한 수준으로 우수한 인적자원과 기술력, 다원화된 전력설비를 보유하고 특히 화력 및 원자력발전 분야에 있어서는 세계적인 기술력을 갖추고 있다. 최근 국내 전력산업은 전력수요의 성장둔화 추세가 예측되고 민간발전사업자의 시장참여로 인한 경쟁은 더욱 심화되고 있으며, 여기에 기후변화협약에 따른 온실가스 배출감축의무, 각국의 에너지자원 확보경쟁에 따른 에너지 수급불안정 등 전력산업 환경은 점점 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 국제유가의 불안정에 따른 원자력발전 대체와 신재생에너지의 세계적인 추세 외에 부가적인 수입이 예상되는 CDM사업 등 전력시장에도 해외진출은 시대적 흐름과 기업의 성장, 생존을 위한 필연적 상황이 되고 있다. 중국의 전력시장은 개혁․개방 이래 급속한 경제성장으로 전력산업도 이에 따라 대규모 신규 발전설비의 건설이 불가피한 상황으로 우리가 적극적으로 진출하려는 목적과 서로 부합되는데, 특히 중국 전력시장은 세계 선진전력회사의 각축장이라고 할 만큼 규모가 커고 전력부문에 대한 해외유치정책으로 진출기회도 많고 독점적 환경으로 인한 높은 수익도 기대할 수 있으나, 외국전력 유치에 따른 혜택이 축소되고 정책의 다변화 및 진출절차의 복잡성, 심사과정의 불투명성 등 중국 내 어려운 환경변화와 한국전력공사 등 국내 전력회사의 낮은 인지도, 중국 전력시장의 정보부족, 신재생에너지 기술력 미비 등 많은 취약점도 가지고 있다. 한국전력산업의 중국시장 진출은 한․중 수교가 이루어진 후인 1990년대 중반으로 초기에는 기술협력, 기술 자문용역 등 제한된 사업을 하였으나, 1997년 최초로 한국지역난방공사의 허베이성 친황다오열병합발전사업을 시작으로 2003년 한국전력공사의 허난성 우즈열병합발전사업, 내이멍구와 깐쑤성 풍력발전사업 및 샨시성 발전․자원 연계사업 등 화력과 풍력발전사업 위주로 진출하고 있다. 진출초기의 사업타당성 검토부족과 중국 내의 전력시장 환경변화에 대한 대처미비 등 어려움이 많았으나, 그 동안 해외에서 축적한 경험과 국제경쟁력 확보를 바탕으로 중국 전력시장에서의 수익성 창출, 세계적인 기업으로의 성장기회, 국내 민간기업과의 공동 진출을 통한 위험회피 및 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 취약점을 극복하고, 중국 전력산업의 현황과 환경변화를 고찰하고 기 진출한 외국 전력회사 및 한국전력공사, 한국지역난방공사의 사례를 분석한 뒤, SWOT분석을 통한 전략방안을 제시하여 중국 전력시장에 진출하고자 하는 연구이다.

      • 膨脹率이 一定한 超音速 노즐흐름에 있어서 非平衡 凝縮과 傾斜衝擊波

        In the present study the case of expansion of moist air through a supersonic nozzle of constant expansion rate, which behaves similar to that of wet steam, was adopted. The effect of noneqilibrium condensation on the oblique shock wave generated by placing the wedge into the supersonic part of the nozzle was investigated. Furthermore, the variation of the condensation onset Mach number with the initial stagnation supersaturation, the relationship between noneqilibrium condensation zone and incident point of the oblique shock wave, the varation of angles of incident and reflected shock waves due to the variation of initial stagnation supersaturation, and the relationship between the height of Mach stem and initial stagnation supersaturation are discussed.

      • 기-액동시주입노즐을 사용한 사각기포탑에서의 기체분산에 관한 연구

        Dispersion of gas was investigated in a rectangular bubble column (8.1㎝ × 8.1㎝ and 190㎝ height) with gas-liquid simultaneous injection nozzle by measuring dispersed bubble size and gas-liquid interfacial area. For the lower liquid velocity, experimental results showed that the flow pattern of bubble was bubble flow with characteristics of bubble coalescences, and that bubble size distribution was broad. In this flow pattern, the volume-surface mean bubble diameter decreased with increasing liquid velocity and/or decreasing gas velocity. In the jet flow region under the condition of high liquid flow rate, small bubbles of 2-5㎜ in diameter were uniformly dispersed in the column, and mean bubble diameter and gas-liquid interfacial area were not affected by liquid velocity. As the gas velocity increased, also, the gas-liquid interfacial area in the jet flow region was fairly higher than that in the bubble flow region.

        위암발증 원인에 대한 생활습관 및 영양섭취에 있어서 농촌지역 주민 조사 : 강원도 화천군 주민의 Helicobacter pylori 감염률을 중심으로 Infection of Helicobacter pylori in Whachon Area, Kang-Won Do

        위암발증의 원인을 밝히기 위하여 설문조사를 통하여 강원도 화천군에 거주하는 주민들의 일반사항, 생활습관 및 영양섭취실태와, ELISA법으로 Helicobacter pylori 감염률을 조사하였다. 조사 대상자는 40∼69세까지의 지역주민 169명으로 남자 79명, 여자 90명이었으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사 대상자의 학력은 65.7%가 초등학교 이하였으며, 월수입은 60%가 50만원 이하였다. 대상자의 62.7%가 농업에 종사하였고 자녀수는 64.3%가 3∼5명이었으며 대상자의 34.5%가 흡연을 하고 있었고 68.4%가 음주를 한다고 대답하였다. 대상자의 전체 평균신장은 156.7㎝로 여자는 150.1㎝, 남자는 164.4㎝ 이었다. 평균체중은 61.1㎏으로 여자의 체중은 57㎏, 남자는 65.7㎏이었으며 BMI는 전체 평균 25.5%로 여자는 24.8%, 남자는 20.1%이었다. Helicobacter pylori의 감염률은 전체 조사대상자의 66.3%이었으며, 여자의 67.7%, 남자의 64.6%가 감염되었고 연령별로는 40대의 70%, 50대의 62.2%, 60대의 69.4%가 각각 감염된 것으로 나타났다. 일상 생활 요인에 따른 Helicobacter pylori의 감염률은 흡연의 정도가 심하고 학력이 낮으며 월수입이 낮을수록 높은 경향을 보였다. Helicobacter pylori의 감염여부에 따라 감염자와 비감염자의 영양섭취량을 조사해 본 결과 비감염자는 감염자와 비교해서 에너지, 총단백질, 동물성 단백질, 칼슘, 비타민 C 섭취량이 높은 경향을 보였으며 철분과 niacin의 섭취량은 낮은 경향을 보였다. To examine the relationship between the casual infection of gastric cancer and lifestyle and nutritional status, we surveyed 169 persons, 90 females and 79 males, aged 40∼69 years from June 7 to June 14, 1997, in Whachon area, Kang-Won Do, Korea. For this purpose, we investigated Helicobacter pylori infection and identified the effect of sex, age, smoking, alcohol consumption, economic status, occupation, life-style and food intake on Helicobacter pylori infection. Helicobacter pylori status was evaluated using an enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay(ELISA) for anti-Helicobacter pylori immunoglobulin G(IgG). Helicobacter pylori infection was present in 66.3% of total subjects, namely, 67.7% of female and 64.6% of male and its prevalence increased with smoking, low education level and low monthly income. Energy, total protein, calcium and vitamin C intakes in the negative Helicobacter pylori infection group were higher than those in positive Helicobacter pylori infection group. However iron and niacin intakes were lower in the Helicobacter pylori negative group than in the positive group.

      • 3상 가변 DC 전원장치의 저주파수 특성개선에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 진상, 지상 제어가 가능한 컨버터 회로를 이용하여 위상각의 제어에 따른 컨버터의 출력측의 저고조파 제거를 위하여 노치법을 적용시켰다. 각 노치각(θ1,θ2)은 뉴튼랩슨(Newton Raphson) 방법의 비선형함수 해법을 이용해서 구하였고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 노치법으로 DC 출력측의 저고조파를 제거할 수 있음을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 3상 컨버터의 노치법에 의한 출력측 저고조파 제거에 대한 정당성을 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 제어회로와 실제 주회로를 제작하여 측정한 실험을 통해서 입증하였다. Line-current harmonics resulting from ac to dc power conversion interfere with power system operation and reduce power factor, hence resulting in increasing power source unnecessarily. This study describes a 3φ phase-controlled converter eliminating low frequency harmonics in the output by inserting notches. Notch points are calculated by Newton-Raphson method. The impacts of the choppings on ac and dc sides are analyzed in the steady state. Potential applications of the study are dc motor controls, high power dc power supplies for telecommunications, static var compensators and HVDC.
