The present paper deals with an Adverbial function of Korean postpositions which were suggested by the grammatical terminology "PARTICLES" by Otto Jespersen in his The Philosophy of Grammar. (His usage includes adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions and interjections.) In order to achieve our purpose in the thesis, we study some of the phenomena in the living Korean language and the figures of word transition from the form of the substantive words to that of formative words(that is, postpositions). At any rate Korean postpositions are different from Korean case in their function's familiarity with that of adverbs.
Time-Averaged Holographic Interferometry에 依한 끝단을 固定한 圓型平板의 振動解析

It is shown that time-average holographic interferometry is useful for analysis of vabrating object. The experimental natural frequencies of the circular plate clamped all around are compared with the theoretical frequencies by classical plate theory. And also experimental ratios of radii of nodal circles to those of circular plate are compared with theoretical values.

An experimental investigation was performed to observe the cooling performance of cutting oil and the effect of inclination angle on the transport behaviour of a inclined thermosyphons with low integral-fins. Relatively high rates of heat transfer have been achieved by operation this manner. Water has been used as the working fluid. The inclination angle of thermosyphon and the ratio of Ryenolds number of cooling to hot fluid have been used as the experimental parameters. Heat transfer coefficients at the condenser and the evaporator are estimated from experimental results. The experimental results have been assessed and compared with existing theory. Good agreement with the theory of Yiwei has been found. The maximum heat flow rate in the thermosyphon proved to depend upon the inclination angle.

1. motive A characteristic of Korean language is different from that of Indo-European in point of agglutinative language. In this point, Korean particles have played an important part in grammatical function, and nowdays it has become an object of grammarian's study. In this paper, first the author has surveyed the characteristics of particles in the same periods and the system on them, and next analyzed the process of historical development of them through the diachronic study. 2. Process The author has explained the characteristic of the particles, the system and the historical development with the particles used in Sanoega(訶腦歌), Song of Sinla Dynasty and koryo kayo(高麗歌謠), song of koryo Dynasty. After that writer has compared forms of the particles in those periods with those of Middle Korean in 15 centry. 3. result a) Classification by function connecting with one phrase and onother is to be as follows: subjective, predicative, accusative, complementative, genitive, adverbial, independency, commitative, etc. b) Classification of the adverbial cases by sementic working is to be locative, instrumentative, comparative, dative, allative, elative, ablative, adessive, quotative, etc. c) Classification of case should set up the 'Comman case' that is same form of the case is commonly used in meaning of various cased according to environment. d) If the case of same form indicates the marginal function it will be treated as subordinary case derived from the basic-case. Here the distinction between basic function and subordinate function would be clarified by diachronic study.

But to interpret the colour center of impurities doped quartz crystal. Here was introduced the theory of energy band and model of impurities doped quartz.

we have picked up 5 sprinters from highschools, and rendered a two-dimensional analysis on such items as the change of speed in reaction to the change of position, the highest speed span, and slowing span. The Conclusions are as follows. 1. All the sprinters marked the highest speed between 40m∼50m, and their average speeds in that span was 9.621m/sec. 2. More specifically, the highest speed in 43.69m∼65.08m. the higher is the record, the shorter is the highest speed span from the start-line. 3. The average acceleration distance was 49.37m. This shows that the sprinters with higher records have shorter speeding span. The highest speed duration spans 25.94m, and this shows that the higher is record, the longer is the highest speed duration span. The average deceleration span was 24.68m. This deceleration span didn't show any relation with the record.
Polyphosphate가 Porphyromonas endodontalis의 성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Polyphosphate has been used to prevent decomposition of foods and has been shown to have inhibitory effect on the growth of gram positive bacteria. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of polyphosphate on the growth of Porphyromonas endodontalis, a gram negative endodontopathic bacterium. Porphyromonas endodontalis ATCC 35406 was grown in the presence of polyphosphates with different chain lengths. Inhibitory effect of each polyphosphate which was added at the beginnig or during the culture, was determined by measuring the optical density of the bacterial cell at 540nm and by viable cell count. The results from this study were as follows : 1. Polyphosphates were shown the growth inhibition of the Porphyromonas endodontalis. 2. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of polyphosphate was observed to be 0.04%. 3. Polyphosphates with chain lengths of 25 and 75 demonstrated the greatest inhibitory effect on the growth of Porphyromonas endodontalis. 4. Polyphosphates are bactericidal to Porphyromonas endodontalis, demonstrating the growth inhibition of the bacterium. The overall results suggest that use of polyphosphate may affect the growth of Porphyromonas endodontalis. Further studies will be needed to confirm the effect of Polyphosphate.
