요부수핵탈출증에서 Thermography의 진단적 가치

Objectives : Lumbar radiculopathy is a common disease in oriental rehabilitation medicine. It can be diagnosed by physical examination, plain X-ray, Myelography, CT, MRI, EMG etc. But those methods are not useful in observing the clinical procedure. Objectvie evaluating the clinical procedure is very important in treatment of lumbar radiculopathy. Mehthods : We studied the clinical efficacy of thermography in lumbar radiculopathy during conservative managements. We studied 36 patients with lumbar radiculopathy convinced by MRI. The had low back pain and radiating pain on one side. Thermography had taken before an after 4 weeks treatments, and compared with clinical procedure Results and conclusions : Thermography is not pertinent as a primary diagnostic method in lumbar radiculopathy, but useful in observing the clinical procedure. And it can be recommended as a objective evaluation for lumbar radiculopathy.

Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare neoplasm that arises from the mesothelium of a serosal cavity and is a rapidly fatal disease with a median survival of 4 to 12 months for untreated cases. Recently, we experienced a case with malignant peritoneal mesothelioma who was suspected hepatocelluar carcioma by abdominal CT scan and was confirmed by biopsy including immunohistochemical stain(calretinin) after surgery. We performed tumor excisions and wedge resection of the liver(segment Ⅷ)and inserted Tencoff catheter in abdominal cavity at 25th day of post-operation. We treated with intraperitoneal paclitaxel(25mg/m^(2)/day for 5 days) six courses monthly. She was well tolerable and is still living without any evidence of recurrence for 14th month of post-operation.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

정부는 최근에 21세기 지식기반 사회에 대비하는 『교직발전 종합방안(시안)』을 발표하였다. 그동안 교원정년단축 등 교직사회에 몰아닥친 교단개혁의 여파로 인해 위축된 교직분위기를 일신하는 한편 미래의 변화에 대비한다는 의미가 이 시안에 담겨 있다. 구체적으로, 시안은 전문직업인으로서 교원의 위상을 강화하고, 자율과 참여의 열린 공동체를 형성하며, 교육활동에 전념하는 것을 기본 방향으로 하여, 10대 핵심 추진과제를 포함한 31개의 개혁과제를 담고 있다. 10대 핵심과제 중 특별히 눈길을 끄는 것은 '교장연임제의 도입'을 검토한다는 것이다. 이 제도의 도입 취지는 현행 교장중임제의 문제점을 보완하여 재임기간 동안 높은 교육성과를 올린 유능할 교장이 계속적으로 근무할 수 있도록 한다는 것이다. 현행 교장 중임제는 교장의 임기를 4년에 이번 한번 중임으로 제한한다는 것으로, 그 취지는 교장직의 정체를 막고 재임 기간동안 소신껏 학교경영을 할 수 있도록 제한한다는 것으로, 그 취지는 교장직의 정체를 막고 재임기간 동안 소신껏 학교경영을 할 수 있도록 하는 데 있다. 그런데 교장연임제는 교장의 임기를 제한하지 않고 정년퇴임시까지 계속 교장직에 임하도록 함으로써 교장직의 발전적 의미보다는 개악의 소지가 다분히 있다. 물론, 유능한 교장이 교직책을 계속 수행할 수 있도록 제도적으로 정비하는 것은 다소간 필요한 것처럼 보이나 현실적으로 객관적 평가를 통한 유능한 교장의 시시비비를 가리는 것이 어려운 상황에서 교장연임제의 도입은 젊은 교장의 잔여임기를 보장해주는 제도적 장치로 악용될 소지가 다분히 있다. 따라서 교장연임제는 교원정책을 통한 정의의 실현에 공의로운 제도인지 재고해볼 필요가 있다

In order to evaluate the characteristics of heavy metal adsorption to soil, three kinds of heavy metals (Pb,Cu,Cd), commonly existing in abandoned mine area, were selected and use for adsorption experiments. Through the adsorption kinetics, Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ were reached to pseudo-equilibrium state within I hour, whereas Pb^2+ was within 3 hours. The result of adsorption isotherm demonstrated that the Freundlich model was more suitable than Langumuir in explanation of selected metals adsorption and K_F value was in the order of Pb^2+> Cu^2+> Cd^2+. All selected metals adsorbed to soil more than 80% in the range of pH above 4.

The current study evaluates the capacity of Caryophylli Flos water extract(CFWE) to regulate immediate allergic reaction by control of histamine release. CFWE was found to exhibit a ingibitory activity on the compound 48/80-induced anaphylaxis. CFWE inhibited the serum histamine release induced in anaphylaxis by compound 48/80. CFWE was also showed a dose-depent activity on the conpound 40/80-induced histamine release from the highly purified population of Alcian Blue-positive peritoneal mast cells. This result suggest that CFWE may be useful for the prevention and treatment of allergy related disease.

교과전잠 교사의 직무만족도가 학생의 정의적 특성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등학교 교과전담 교사의 직무만족도가 학생의 정의적 특성 즉, 학업적 자아개념과 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과전담교사들은 배경변인별로 직무만족에 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 교과전담교사의 직무만족 수준과 전담교과별로 학생들의 정의적 특성 즉, 학업적 자아개념과 수업만족도에 차이가 있는가? 본 연구는 대전광역시내 초등학교 교과전담교사 346명과 해당되는 학교에서 선정된 750명의 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 t 검증과 ANOVA 에 의해 분석되었다. 분석 결과 교사의 배경변인에 따른 직무만족 수준의 차이는 교과전담교사의 결정 계기를 제외하고 통계적으로 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 교과전담 교사의 직무만족 수준과 전담교과별로 학생들의 학업적 자아개념과 수업만족도를 분석한 결과 직무에 만족하고 있는 교사의 담당학생들은 직무에 불만족한 교사의 담당학생들보다 학업적 자아개념이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 수업에 대한 만족도 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다.
