GOOSE 메시지를 이용한 거리계전 IED의 성능 향상

IEC 61850 is the worldwide protocol for the substation automation system. IEG 61850 transports the information which consists of a different format what the information is. If the Information needs real time transmission, GOOSE will be used. And, if the remote current information can transport from a local differential IED to a local distance IED using GOOSE, the distance IED can eliminate the reactance effect. This method improve reliability of the transmission line protection.

본 연구의 대상자는 경로당 여성노인을 노인운동프로그램, 즉 준비운동, 유산소운동과 근력운동을 병행, 그리고 정리운동을 포함하여 주3회, 50분간을 16주 동안 지속적으로 실시하여 활동체력 수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 구체적으로 규명하기 위한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 악력의 경우 운동군이 비운동군 보다 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 2. 상완굴신력의 경우 운동군이 비운동군 보다 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 3. 좌전굴의 경우 운동군과 비운동군간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 4. 눈감고 외발서기의 경우 운동군이 비운동군 보다 유의한 차이를 보였다(P<0.05). 5. 반환점을 돌아와 앉기의 경우 운동군과 비운동군간에 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 6. 전신반응의 경우 운동군과 비운동군간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 7. 2분간 제자리 걷기의 경우 운동군이 비운동군 보다 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합하면 악력, 상완굴신력, 좌전굴, 눈감고 외발서기, 전신반응, 2분 제자리 걷기 등에서 유의한 차이를 보였으나 2.5m 반환점 돌아와 앉기에서만 유의한 차이가 없었다. The putpose of this study were determined effects of physical fitnesss on daily living of elderly female. This study was designed to analysis of changes of physical fitnesss of daily living of elderly female according to the aging in regular exercise(n=35)and non-exercise(n=42), age over 65, seven items of physical fitness on daily living were measured. The data obtained form tests were analyzed utilizing t-test. The results of present study was follow: 1. The grip strength emotional state of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were significant difference(p<0.05). 2. The arm curl health condition of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were significant difference(p<0.05). 3. The sit-and-reach of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were significant difference(p<0.05). 4. The one leg standing with eyes closed of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were significant difference(p<0.05). 5. The time up and go of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were not significant difference(p>0.05). 6. The reaction time of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were significant difference(p<0.05). 7. The 2minute walking of regular exercise and non-exercise groups were significant difference(p<0.05).

Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (Aa), Tannerella forsythia (Tf), Prevotella intermedia (Pi), and Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn) are major periodontal pathogens. Lipopolysaccharides (LPSs) from periodontal bacteria play an important role in periodontal pathogenesis by stimulating host cells to produce inflammatory cytokines. In this study, highly pure LPSs from the five major periodontopathogens were prepared, and their monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-inducing activities were compared in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and THP-1 macrophagic cells, respectively. In HUVECs, LPSs from Aa and Fn were potent stimulators for MCP-1 induction; however, LPSs from Pg, Pi, and Tf were much weaker MCP-1 inducers. In THP-1 cells, LPSs from Pg, Aa, and Fn were relatively strong inducers of TNF-α, whereas LPSs from Pi and Tf produced little activity. The Toll-like receptor (TLR)2/TLR4 dependency of various LPSs was also determined by measuring NF-κB reporter activity in TLR2- or TLR4-expressing 293 cells. LPSs from Aa, Fn, and Tf stimulated only TLR4; however, LPSs from Pg and Pi stimulated both TLR2 and TLR4. These results suggest that LPSs from major periodontal bacteria differ considerably in their cell-stimulating activity.
Antibacterial effect of genistein against periodontal pathogens

Genistein, a soy isoflavone, has been widely used as an anti-inflammatory agent in vitro and in vivo. Although it exhibits antibacterial activity against several bacterial species, its effect on periodontal bacteria remains unknown. This study aimed to investigate the antibacterial activity of genistein against two typical periodontal pathogens, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans. The broth microdilution method revealed that genistein inhibited bacterial growth at minimum inhibitory concentrations of 80-160 μM. Viable bacterial counts further confirmed its bactericidal activity against P. gingivalis and A. actinomycetemcomitans, as evidenced by decreased bacterial counts in the presence of genistein. Remarkably, the viability of YD15, a human oral epithelial cell line, was only slightly reduced at a high concentration of genistein. These findings indicate that genistein demonstrates antibacterial activity against periodontal pathogens, which could bear significant clinical implications for periodontal treatment.
