        용접공들의 면역능에 관한 연구

        The authors examined human immunity indicators such as CD4, CD8, Natural Killer(NK) cell, IgG, IgA, and IgM, and heavy metals such as Pb, Cr, Cd to evaluate the health hazard of welders. We selected total 126 male subjects, 60 welders who had more than 5 year working history as an exposure group, and 66 office workers and medical college students as a control group. This immunity evaluation approach is the first newly designed study that has never been tried in past studies on welder's heath evaluation. And the results were as follows. 1. Total lymphocyte count of peripheral blood was significantly higher in welder group, 2,615±650 ea/㎕ compared with 2,368±681 ea/㎕ in control group(p>0.05). 2. The proportion of CD4, CD8, NK cell in welder group was 37.5±9.4%, 24.0±8.8%, and 21.0±9.5%, respectively, and 35.5±6.5%, 25.0±6.9%, and 19.6±8.8% in control group. CD4 and NK cell were slightly higher, and CD8 was slightly lower in welder group. but there was no statistical significance between two groups(p≥0.05). 3. IgG, IgA, and IgM in welder group were 15.9㎎/㎗, 2.7㎎/㎗ and 1.5㎎/㎗, respectively, and 15.6㎎/㎗, 2.9㎎/㎗ and 1.7㎎/㎗ in control group. There was no statistical significance between two groups(p≥0.05). 4. Blood lead, cadmium and chromium concentrations were 4.2±1.8㎍/㎗, 0.4±0.38㎍/㎗, 1.2±0.6㎍/㎗ in welder group and 3.2±1.7㎍/㎗, 0.44±0.29㎍/㎗, 1.1±0.6㎍/㎗ in control group, respectively, and these value were within normal ranges.

        저선량 γ선 조사가 참박의 초기 생육과 효소 활성 및 광합성 능에 미치는 영향

        저선량 γ선 조사가 참박의 초기생육과 생리활성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 참박 종자에 γ선을 O~2OGy 수준으로 조사하여 생육을 관찰하였다. 저선량 γ선에 의한 참박의 초기생육은 대조구에 비해 4~16Gy에서 다소 증가하였고, 생육 조사시 측정한 자엽의 경우 catalase와 peroxidase활성이 대조구에 비해 8Gy조사구에서 가장 높았으며 본엽은 peroxidase 활성이 4Gy 조사구에서 확연히 증가하였다. 저선량 γ선을 조사한 박 식물체의 광 스트레스에 대한 반응효과는 광계Ⅱ의 광화학적 효율이 대조구와 8Gy의 경우 50%정도 감소되었으나 4Gy에서는 40%정도의 감소를 보였다. 반면 Fo는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 약간의 증가를 보였으나 대조구나 저선량 조사구사이의 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 광계Ⅱ의 광양자 수율, φ_PSⅡ과 광계Ⅱ 반응중심의 흥분 포획능, 1/Fo-l/Fm 또한 광저해가 진행되는 동안 감소하여 φ_PSⅡ는 대조구와 8 Gy의 경우 20%정도 감소를 보인 반면 4Gy조사구는 15%의 감소를 보였고, 1/Fo-lF/m은 대조구와 8Gy는 55%,4 Gy는 45%의 감소를 나타냈다. 비광화학적 소멸인 NPQ는 대조구와 저선량 조사구 모두 70% 정도 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 종자의 종피를 투과한 저선량의 γ선이 참박의 생육을 촉진시키고 4Gy에서 광 스트레스에 대한 저해가 감소되었다. Gourd seeds were irradiated with the doses of 0∼20 Gy to investigate the effect of the low dose ??-radiation on the early growth and physiological activity. The stimulating effects of the low dose ??-radiation on the early growth were not noticeably high, but were increased generally at 4∼16 Gy irradiation group. The catalase and peroxidase activity of cotyledon from seeds irradiated with ??-radiation were increased at 8 Gy irradiation group. The peroxidase activity of leaf was noticeably high at 4 Gy irradiation group. The photochemical yield of PSⅡ, estimated as Fv/Fm, decreased with increasing illumination time by 50% after 4hrs in the control and 8 Gy irradiation group, while Fo slightly increased. However, Fv/Fm in the 4 Gy irradiation group decreased by 40% of inhibition, indicating that photoinhibition decreased by the low dose ??-radiation. Changes in the effective quantum yield of PSⅡ, Φ_PSⅡ and 1/Fo-1/Fm, a measure of the rate constant of excitation trapping by the PSⅢ reaction center, showed similar pattern to Fv/Fm. NPQ decreased by 70% after photoinhibitory treatment with showing similar pattern between the control and the irradiation group. These results showed the positive effect of low dose ??-radiation on the seedling growth and the reduction of photoinhibition in the 4 Gy irradiation group.

        The purpose of this study was provide a data to establish marketing strategies of companies and association relative Professional Basketball. A questionaire was designed to measure spectator behaviors of Professional Basketball in Teenagers. The sample of study was drawn from 351 spectators of Professional Basketball in Pusan. The results of this study are as follows: 1) In the difference of interest in stadium facilities, game satisfaction, companies promotion were all higher in male than female. 2) In the difference in came satisfaction of mercenary participation in game, interest in companies promotion was higher in group perceived companies promotion satisfaction than another.

        Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Study on the Photoproduced Cation Radical of N-Methylphenothiazine in the Gel Matrices

        The photoproduced cation radical of N-methylphenothiazine $(PC_1)$ doped into phenyltriehtoxysilane (PhiTEOS), vinyltriethoxysilane (VTEOS) and methyltriethoxysilane (METOS) was studied with electron spin resonance (ESR) and electron nuclear double resonance (ENDOR). The photoinduced charge separation efficiency was determined by integration of ESR spectra which correspond to the amount of photoproduced cation radical in the matrices. This was correlatively studied with the polarity and pore size of the gel matrices. The relative polarity of the matrices was determined by measuring ${\lambda}_{max}$ values of $PC_1$ in the different matrices. The relative pore size among the matrices was determined by measuring relative proton matrix ENDOR line widths of the photoproduced cation of $PC_1$. The decay kinetic constants of the cation radical of $PC_1$ in the different matrices with relatively studied with fitting the biexponential decay curves after exposure at the ambient condition. This is correlatively interpreted with the polarity and pore size of the matrices.

        <P>Nd-Fe-B ultrafine amorphous alloy particles were prepared by reaction of metal ions with borohydride in aqueous solution. Monodispersed Fe nanoparticles were synthesized under an argon atmosphere via thermal decomposition of Fe(2+)-oleate2. Exchange coupled Nd2Fe14B/Fe nanocomposite magnets have been prepared by self-assembly using surfactant. The crystal structure of the synthesized nanoparticles was identified by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The size and shape of nanoparticles were obtained by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Thermogravimetry using a microbalance with magnetic field gradient positioned below the sample was used for the measurement of a thermomagnetic analysis (TMA) curve showing the downward magnetic force versus temperature.</P>

        Preparation of monodisperse Co and Fe nanoparticle using precursor of M2+-oleate2 (M = Co, Fe)

        The preparation of highly crystalline and monodisperse Co and Fe nanoparticle is reported. Co and Fe nanoparticles were pre-pared by M2+-oleate2 (M = Co and Fe) complex using thermal decomposition method. High-temperature (286.C) reux of octylether solution containing M2+-oleate2 complex under Ar atmosphere generated monodisperse Co and Fe nanoparticles. Particle sizeof Co nanoparticles and Fe nanoparticles is 13.2 ± 1.9 nm and 12.5 ± 1.3 nm, respectively. Transmission electron microscopic(TEM) images of the particles showed two-dimensional assembly of particles, demonstrating the uniformity of these nanoparticles.The crystal structures of them were identied by using X-ray powder diraction (XRD). The size and shape of nanoparticles wereobtained by TEM images. Elemental analyses were conducted by using energy-dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDX). The magneticproperty was studied with vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).

        Preparation of a Langmuir Monolayer of CoFe₂O₄ Nanoparticles at the Air/Water Interface

        Highly crystalline and monodisperse CoFe₂O₄ nanocrystallites were synthesized. Their particle size was 9.5 ㎚ with a standard deviation of 1.3 ㎚. A Langmuir monolayer of the surface-coated CoFe₂O₄ nanocrystallites was formed at the air/water interface, and its stability was studied using a pressure-area isotherm curve and Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) images. A transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image of the Langmuir-Blodgett film demonstrated that a monolayer of CoFe₂O₄ nanocrystallites had formed with almost no multilayer upon it.

        Heterolayered, One-Dimensional Nanobuilding Block Mat Batteries

        <P>The rapidly approaching smart/wearable energy era necessitates advanced rechargeable power sources with reliable electrochemical properties and versatile form factors. Here, as a unique and promising energy storage system to address this issue, we demonstrate a new class of heterolayered, one-dimensional (1D) nanobuilding block mat (<I>h</I>-nanomat) battery based on unitized separator/electrode assembly (SEA) architecture. The unitized SEAs consist of wood cellulose nanofibril (CNF) separator membranes and metallic current collector-/polymeric binder-free electrodes comprising solely single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT)-netted electrode active materials (LiFePO<SUB>4</SUB> (cathode) and Li<SUB>4</SUB>Ti<SUB>5</SUB>O<SUB>12</SUB> (anode) powders are chosen as model systems to explore the proof of concept for <I>h</I>-nanomat batteries). The nanoporous CNF separator plays a critical role in securing the tightly interlocked electrode–separator interface. The SWNTs in the SEAs exhibit multifunctional roles as electron conductive additives, binders, current collectors and also non-Faradaic active materials. This structural/physicochemical uniqueness of the SEAs allows significant improvements in the mass loading of electrode active materials, electron transport pathways, electrolyte accessibility and misalignment-proof of separator/electrode interface. As a result, the <I>h</I>-nanomat batteries, which are easily fabricated by stacking anode SEA and cathode SEA, provide unprecedented advances in the electrochemical performance, shape flexibility and safety tolerance far beyond those achievable with conventional battery technologies.
