      • 공기조화 설계용 외계조건의 분석에 관한 연구

        There are some methods for selective of the outdoor conditions for design, useing the Pusan weather data (dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, aolar radiation) measured for recent ten years(1981∼1990). We have compared respectively the outdoor conditions for optimal design with these methods. The purpose of this research is to select the appropriate outdoor conditions which can be actually occurred. As results of being compared correlation of dry bulb temperature, wet bulb tempeature and solar radiation, the study showed that solar radiation was not always much, as dry bulb temperature of wet bulb temperature were are high, therefore, outdoor conditions by modern TAC mefied were considered carefully to produce excessive equipment capacity, and wet bulb temperature showed that make value of safety zone, will reflect modern climate condition on summer, winter.

      • 信賴性理論을 利用한 暖房設備의 故障特性에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to obtain reliability of heating equipments in apartment building. Field data concerning the failure of heating equipments in recorded at the apartments constructed 14 years ago are used. As a result of the field data analysis, failure time distribution and cumulative hazard function of boiler, heat exchanger, steam head and various pumps are expressed in Weibull probability graph. The scale and shape parameters, MTBF of each equipments are presented by regression line of Weobull probability graph. Presented parameter will be come into use a reference data to evaluate the reliability. to plan the maintence scheme, and to evaluate economic renewal of equipments.

        Sabine's Reverberation time was for a long Time regarded as the principal objective quantity in the acoustical design of halls and auditorial. It is now generally accepted that it is not the sole design quantity as an acoustical criterion for halls. Sound reflection in a room naturally play a very important role in subjective evaluation of acoustic performance of the room and favourable reflections should be provided by the walls and ceilings. It is very important for listeners to receive early high-frequency reflections with 20millisconds of the arrival of the direct orchestral sound for them to experience optimum musical presence and definition. The difference in time between the arrival of direct sound and the first reflection is called the initial time delay gap(ITDG). The ITDG is related to the size and shape of a concert hall. This paper presents the value of ITDG by the experimental model. The Main hall of A Cultual center was used for the paper. The experimental method were used by geometrical and impulse response.

        Recently, remodeling requirements resulted from structure change of construction needs and factor change of building environments show a tendency to increase. On this point of view, the purpose of this study is to develope theoretical evaluation methodology of remodeling plan of building HVAC system, such as remodeling acceptance or rejection, remodeling cost, remodeling priority order. In this study, Remodeling evaluation model of HVAC system developed by Analytic Hierarchy Process which composed evaluation factor, hierarchy structure make upper and under criteria. Remodeling evaluation by AHP will be come into provide successful methods to select proper alternative systems by remodeling of HVAC system.

      • 가정의 금전관리에 관한 조사연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the practical situation of money management in each household by soci-economic status and demographic variables, and to suggest the problems of household money management. The date for this study was obtained from the survey of the 2,185 housewives who reside all over Korea employing questionnaire method. Such methods as freqency, percentile, χ2-test, and F-test were used for the statisical analysis for this study. The major findings of this study are as follows: (1) The planning for effective family economy management and consumer behavior was relatively high when housewivs were younger and their socio-economic status was high. (2) The purpose of saving was revealed in order of ① preparation for educational expenditure of children, ② preparation for an unexpected urgent situation, ③ purchase of real estate. (3) Each item of household expenditure was especially different according to the residence area. (4) Property inheritance was still preferential to the first son. But it was found that in the case of property inheritance the status of housewives was considerably improved.

        네트워크-다이아그램기법을 이용한 그린빌딩 환경성능 평가방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this impact statement was improve to a method of rating and design for the environmental performance of the green building by that an analyze to the weighting point and the structure of the five rating tools: GBTool, LEED, BREEAM, Korean government's method, CAS BEE. For improve to the accuracy, convenience, effectiveness of the rating and design method from the result of analyzed five tools, this impact statement was suggestion followings; 1) Divided assessment and public announcement that 'Global environmental conservation department' and 'Health & convenience department' at assess and design to the environmental performance of the green building. 2) Using by modified Network-diagram method in the EIA method at assess and design to it. 3) Arrange each 25% of weighting points of energy consumption criteria and air pollution criteria according to above divided condition.

        네트워크다이아그램 기법을 이용한 프로토타입 그린빌딩 환경성능 평가프로그램 구축 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the convenience, dearness and effectiveness of the rating system of the GB. This Green Building uses a rating system which includes a network-diagram; Sorensen-network as well as a Sequence-diagram. This study is consisted of a visualized work sheets that were divided into network-diagram, annual energy consumption, air pollution as well as LCC. It has technique of separated rating for the three departments that of the globe environment conservation, health and convenience, construction ability, as well as highest mark such as the object building's performance was which is not considered with non environmental damage level. This program aimed at establishing a weight given to input to default value and needs constant study for this program. Also this study established a inventory database for estimating air pollution quantity.

        부산타워의 경관조명 색채 변화에 따른 주관적 반응 평가

        This study aims to evaluate the exterior lighting image on Susan Tower, the most representative landmark in Susan, by research and analysis with Questionnaire surveys. It has been videoed and researched with references and field surveys in order to evaluate the subjective response. Questionnaire surveys were conducted by 88 P university students and were statistically analyzed by SPSS. The results of study are as follows: ① It is analyzed that the image of Susan Tower has been improved because of the exterior lighting, but the surveys show that its general contentment is not totally satisfied. ② The pictures shown in the surveys has been analyzed that there is no difference among them whether a picture is taken in one location or in any as long as it shows all parts of Susan Tower with the exterior lighting. ③ It is suggested that well-expressed 'beauty' is advantageous to improve its image quality and contentment. ④ Factors that shows the exterior lighting image of Susan Tower are as follows: its beauty, clearness, presentation, and familiarity.
