韓國 市民社會의 成長過程硏究 : 6공화국까지의 구조변화를 중심으로 Focusing on the Structure Changes up to the 6th Republic

본 논문은 한국에서 시민사회가 1공화국에서부터 6공화국에 이르기까지 그 기반이 어떻게 축적될 수 있었는가를 파악하고자 했다. 이러한 시민사회의 내적 · 외적인 성장을 국민 총생산과 1인당 GNP의 추이, 교육기관의 설립상황, 노동조합의 조직률, 산업구조의 변동이라는 동일한 변수의 설정을 통해 역대 정권의 흐름속에서 어떻게 구축되었는가를 보고자 하였다. 이러한 분석변수들을 종합해 보면 한국에서 국가와 시민사회와의 관계는 정치적 변화로부터 사회적 변화가 유래한 측면과 사회적 변화로부터 정치적 변화가 촉발된 양 측면이 동시적으로 작용했다고 볼 수가 있다. 결국 5공화국까지의 권위주의적인 국가는 1987년에 6월항쟁을 불러 시민사회에 기존의 민중의 개념을 뛰어넘어 명실상부한 시민의 시대로 넘어가는 계기를 부여했으며, 이를 통해 진정한 시민사회가 개막되었다고 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 저강도 민주주의(low intensity democracy) 체제인 6공화국의 출범은 궁극적으로 시민사회의 성장과정을 6공화국을 기점으로 새롭게 정리해 볼 수 있는 단초를 제공하고 있다. The main purpose of this paper is to figure out how the Korean civil society could accumulate its basis from the 1st Republic to 6th. I examined how the civil society established its foundation in its inner and outer development by setting four identical variables ; (1) the trend of the GNP & the GNP capita. (2) the situation of education institutions, (3) the construction rate of labor unions, (4) the change of the industry structures. The analysis of these variables showed that the relations between state and civil society were caused by both the social change effected by the political and the political change effected by the social. Finally, it may be estimated that the authoritarian governments to the 5th Republic brought the June Demonstration in 1987 and the real civil era beyond the old minjung ideas opened with the Demonstration. Accordingly the starting of the 6th Republic which has the low intensity democracy system provides the new perspective with which the development progress in the civil society can be seen.

Stability analysis of continuous compression member can be peformed by several analytical methods. With increasing numbers of span and also with variable load and different section property of each span, however, buckling load calculation by any of analytical method becomes very complicated. Here critical loads of a continuous compression member are investigated by changing the numbers of support and member stiffness, loading conditions and also by changing Kinney's fixity factor, fα. The results by finite element method show good agreement with those calculated by Merchant's stability function. The elastic critical loads of a continuous compression member show a general trend that they increase with increases in Kinney's factor, fα.

The column analogy method is most useful in the analysis of beams, curved members like arches and rigid frame with two fixed supports. The analysis of these structures by the method of consistent deformation involves the solutions of three simultaneous equations because these structures are statically indeterminate to the third degree. In the column analogy method, however, the moment at any point in the given structure can be computed directedly and easily. In this paper, only the bending moments for the unsymmetrical nonprismatic quardrangular frames are to be formulated in general expressions and to be tabulated by the computer. To see how the tabulated data are applied, one example of bending moment calculations of unsymmetrical nonprismatic quadrangular frame will be given.

When stress analysis are performed, the supports of all structures are assumed to be either frictionless pinned or completely fixed. However, these types of supports are rare in practice. The beams or girders found in steel frames are neither hinged nor fixed at their ends. For the stress analysis of a beam with partially fixed ends, Timoshenko's restraint factor is combined with Kinney's fixity factor. Here in this paper, the finite element method is used for the study of stress analysis of the beam with partially fixed ends. The results by finite element method show good agreement with those by other studies.
저선량 γ선 조사가 고추의 광합성과 광 스트레스 경감에 미치는 효과

고추 종자에 저선량 γ선을 조사시킨 고추 식물체의 생육과 광합성 능 및 광 스트레스 반응에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 저선량 4 Gy가 조사된 고추 식물체에서 광합성에 의한 산소발생이 대조구에 비해 1.5배정도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 고추 잎에 900 μmol/㎡/s의 빛의 세기로 광저해를 4시간 유도하였을 때 최대 광합성능 (Pmax)이 대조구의 경우 20%정도 감소되는 반면 4 Gy 조사구는 3% 정도의 감소를 보였다. Fv/Fm는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 감소되는 경향을 보이며 대조구의 경우 4시간 처리시 fv/Fm 값이 50% 정도 감소되는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 반면 4 Gy조사구는 fv/Fm값이 대략 37%정도 감소되어 대조구에 비해 광 스트레스에 대해 덜 민감한 것으로 나타났다. Fo는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 거의 변화가 없었으며 대조구나 4 Gy 조사구 사이의 차이도 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 광계Ⅱ의 광양자 수율인 Φ_PSⅡ과 광계Ⅱ 반응중심에 의한 여기 포획률을 나타내주는 1/Fo-1/Fm 또한 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 감소되었으며 4시간을 처리했을 경우 각각 대조구는 47%, 4 Gy 조사구는 30%의 감소를 볼 수 있었다. 비광화학적 소멸인 NPQ는 광저해가 진행됨에 따라 감소되는 경향을 보였으나 대조구와 4 Gy 조사구간에 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 종자의 종피를 투과한 저선량의 γ선이 식물의 광합성을 증대시키고 동시에 광 스트레스에 대한 저해를 감소시키는 것으로 보인다. The effect of low dose Y radiation on photosynthesis and the reduction of photoinhibition in red pepper plant was investigated. The seedling height, leaf width and leaf length of pepper were stimulated in plants grown from seeds irradiated with the tow dose of 4 Gy. The O_2 evolution in the 4 Gy irradiation group was 1.5 times greater than in the control. To investigate the effect of low dose Y radiation on response to high light stress, photoinhibition was induced in leaves of pepper by illumination of high light (900 μ㏖/㎡/s). Pmax was decreased with increasing illumination time by 20% in the control, while hardly decreased in the 4 Gy irradiation group. The photochemical yield of PSII, estimated as Fv/Fm, was decreased with increasing illumination time by 50% after 4 hours while Fo did not change. However, Fv/Fm in the 4 Gy irradiation group was decreased by 37% of inhibition, indicating that the photoinhibition was decreased by the low dose Y radiation. Changes in the effective quantum yield of PSII, Φpsu, and 1/Fo-1/Fm, a measure of the rate constant of excitation trapping by the PSII reaction center, showed similar pattern to Fv/Fm. And NPQ was decreased after photoinhibitry treatment, showing no difference between the control and the 4 Gy irradiation group. These results showed the positive effect of low dose Y radiation on the seedling growth and the reduction of photoinhibition.
저염도 음식물 쓰레기를 이용한 퇴비시여가 배추의 생육에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the changes of physico-chemical properties of soil applied with compost made by food wastes and its effect on the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage. Chinese cabbage was grown in the soil treated with food waste compst(FWC) of 0, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5 and 10㎏/3.3㎡. As the amount of FWC increased, number of leaves, leaf area and fresh weight increased where application of 5㎏ and 10㎏/3.3㎡ showed vigorous plant growth in the late growing period. The pH of soil by application of FWC was not raised, which was similar to the soil before treatment. Organic matter increased in soil by increasing the amount of FWC. However, concentration of Cu and Pb in the soil reduced. The concentration of available phosphate(P) was lower in the soil treated with FWC than in the soil before treatment, which means that a large amount of P may be uptaken by plant. This study suggested that FWC should be an alternative to chemical fertilizer for vegetable production.

To include the effect of partial fixities of the girder ends, Timoshenko's restraint factor ε_(α) is combined with Kinney's fixity factor f_(α). And Kim's modified slope-deflection equation is adopted. The elastic critical load of plane frame with partially fixed ends is calculated by means of finite element method. The plane frame models that selected for this study are regular 1-bay, 2-bay and 1-story, 3-story, 5-story. 이온성 혈관조영제 Talabrix가 동맥혈관내막과 미세혈관 문합 후 혈관개폐에 미치는 영향

In the free flap surgery using microvascular anastomosis, angioraphy is widely used as an integral part of preoperative plans. The necessity of angiography is well extablished. But since there exist many controversies regarding adverse effects of angiography. especially there is no concrete evidence about their effects on the patency after microvascular anastomosis, This study attempts to examine the chronological changes of the arterial intima after systemic injection of ionic contrast media sodium iothamate(Talabrix ) and to evaluate its effects on the patency of microvascular anastomosis. Fifty-nine Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 5 groups according to time interval between contrast media injection and microvascular anastomosis. The time intervals were 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days after contrast media injection. The ionic contrast media was injected intraveneously through the tail vein. Left inguinal arteries were anastomosed under an operating microscope after the contrast media injection. After the above procedures and reviewing all the results, we can conclude that ionic angiographic dye causes reversible injuries to the vascular intima, and deteriorates patency of the microvascular anastomosis. And we suggest that a time interval more than at least 7 days to 14 days, between anguographic study and flap transfer is requested.

Last products of architectural engineering can divide into structure calculations and designs. Structural calculations and designs are using because a lot of common use programs are developed, but automatic drawing is not available. And data that is used in structural analysis is not used in drawing creation process and a lot of time and efforts are required to all of the engineers and architectural designers. Also, because primary engineer is taking charge of this, many mistake of drawing creation are made. Automatic drawing can enhance engineer's productivity and company's competitive power in construction market in the era of globalization. Therefore, in this research, I developed structure drawing automatic creation program by VB (Visual Basic) that is used recently among automation method and appled to sample model. By using this program, we can make automatically and quickly analyze and design without any mistakes.
