사철나무 알칼로이드, Euojaponine의 NMR스펙트럼의 분석

The strutures of euojaponines, alkaloidal components from Euonymus japonica are composed of β-agarofuran type sesquiterpene and pyridic dibasic acid, and they are linked via cyclodiester bonds. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by the application of various two dimensional NMR methods. From the results of complete interpretation of NMR spectra, several correlating aspects between structure and spectral pattern of sesquiterpene moiety were found, which can be utilized for the structural determination of the same family compounds.

• Purpose : Sexual Education Program on adolescence sexual health has been developed by researchers in accordance with the national education courses. However, there have been not the study which found the effects of this program on sexual consciousness and sexual attitudes of psychiatric in-patient adolescents. • Method : Non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Twenty six adolescents participated in an experiment. National Seoul mental hospital in-patients were selected for a convenience sampling method and have been taught the sexual education program during six weeks. • Result : There were significant differences in the sexual consciousness(t:-2.835. p:0.009) and sexual attitudes(t:-1.826. p:0.008) after the sexual education program • Conclusion : Since the sexual education program can affirmative influence on the sexual consciousness and sexual attitudes of the adolescence, it is recommendable to perform the sexual education program suitable for every stage of growth and development.
Efficient Unlinkable Secret Handshakes for Anonymous Communications

The technique of secret handshake is used as a fundamental building block for anonymous peer-to-peer communications over untrusted networks. However, the fact that most existing schemes fail to meet unlinkability causes the use of schemes to limit for practical use. In this paper, we provide new constructions for unlinkable secret handshake, allowing arbitrary two communication parties with the same role in either one single group or multiple groups to privately authenticate each other. Compared to previous works, our techniques have much better performance in terms of both computational and communication cost, while they obtain good security results.
고학력 여성인력 개발 및 활용을 위한 평생학습 지원체제 연구

One of the most serious problems of our society is the very low rate of high educated or high skilled women's social participation rate, and limited opportunity in higher value-added businesses for women. Efforts to make human resources of high educated women are so urgent for entering top 10 countries with competitive human power that Korean government enacted laws promoting development and use of them. These steps can be proper only when based on understanding of their real situation and their needs. With study on relative documents and survey on high educated women, we made some suggestions for a lifelong learning support system promoting development and use of high educated woman resources. First, the system should be based on woman's needs driven from their places in their life cycles. Second, the system sould be various on the learning style and characteristics of women. Third, collaborative relations between lifelong learning system and the local community need to be built. Forth, woman lerners should be encouraged by emotional supports from other family members and shared household chores. To develop and use high educated woman resources, more educational facilities in the community should be used for women to learn at any time and in any place. Second, more active supports should be offered through close cooperation among lifelong educational institutes. Woman learners can manage their course of career development with the database on their learning. Third, by database on high educated women, they should be given more opportunities to get appropriated places for their abilities. Forth, higher value-added business for high educated women should be developed. Finally, more opportunities of grant-type lifelong education should be offered to them.

Despite advanced technologies in intensive care, pandemic influenza (H1N1 2009) can rapidly progress to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and cause death in a small subset of patients. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is expected to provide adequate gas exchange, to reduce ventilator-induced lung injury and, eventually, to improve outcome in these patients. A previously healthy, young female received mechanically ventilatory support because of rapidly progressive respiratory failure caused by 2009 H1N1 influenza. As she failed to respond to high ventilatory support, ECMO was instituted at 6 hours after admission. We describe detailed course of case and literature review on ECMO, helping physicians make a decision to initiate ECMO in patients with influenza-related ARDS.
Isolation of Alkaloids with Immune Stimulating Activity from Oryza sativa cv. Heugnambyeo

We describe the immune stimulatory effects of compounds determined by means of activity-monitored extraction and isolation techniques. As a result,4-carboethoxy-6~methoxy-2-quinolone(1) and 4-carboethoxy-6-hydroxy-2-quinolone(2) were isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble fraction of the Oryza sativa cv. Heugnambyeo bran, and were determined to exert significant inhibitory effects on macrophage cell line (murine RAW 264.7) and murine splenocytes. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence, particularly the results obtained via hetero nuclear multiple-bond connectivity and high-resolution MS spectroscopy. Up to date, compound (1) was isolated as natural sources for the first time.

<P>We design and synthesize a series of regioisomeric n-type small molecules, which have an identical diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) core and 2-(2,3-dihydro-3-oxo-1<I>H</I>-inden-1-ylidene)propanedinitrile (INCN) terminal groups with octyl substituents at different positions. The isomeric structures are confirmed by two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy based on the heteronuclear multiple-bond coupling method. Incorporation of the electron-deficient DPP and strongly electron-withdrawing INCN groups yields deep frontier molecular orbitals with n-type charge-transport properties in solution-processed organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). Interestingly, a minor change in the substitution position of the octyl side chains significantly influences the optoelectronic and morphological properties of the thin film. The polycrystalline morphology of the as-cast films is reorganized differently with thermal annealing depending on the octyl topology, significantly affecting the OFET performance. With thermal treatment at 200 °C, the kinked DPP(EH)-INCNO1 (EH = 2-ethylhexyl) structures transform into single crystalline-like structures, exhibiting a remarkably improved electron mobility up to ∼0.6 cm<SUP>2</SUP>V<SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP> compared with DPP(EH)-INCNO2 isomers. The more linear DPP(EH or HD)-INCNO2 (HD = 2-hexyldecyl) molecules become more crystalline with thermal treatments, but their polycrystalline packing structures with large grain boundaries are the main reason for their lower electron mobility. When the solubilizing alkyl substituents are selected, careful molecular design is needed, with consideration of both the solubility and intermolecular packing, for optimizing the optoelectronic properties.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
