      • u-City 도시통합운영센터 운영 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 : 화성 동탄 및 은평 뉴타운 u-City를 중심으로

        현재 활발히 구축중인 u-City에 도시정보를 수집하고 통합적으로 분석하여 도시를 효과적으로 운영·관리하는 기관인 도시통합운영센터가 설치되는데 막대한 운영비와 열악한 수익구조로 운영에 많은 차질이 있었다. 이에 현재 도시통합운영센터를 운영 중인 화성 동탄u-City와 은평 뉴타운 u-City의 도시통합운영센터의 통합적 비교·분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하였으며 이에 대해 효율적 입지선정과 전국 공통의 통합플랫폼 개발, 스마트폰과 보다 적극적인 정보활용을 통한 체감형 서비스 및 민간사업자 유치방안 등의 해결책을 제시하였다.

      • SOM 신경망을 이용한 심전도 검출에 관한 연구

        Abstract - In This study, proposes a self-organizing QRS-wave detection algorithm for ECG using Kohonen Neural Networks and a new preprocessing algorithm for R-point detection. The implemented ECG reading system consists of a preprocessor, a SOM and a QRS-detector. The preprocessor detect R-point in the ECG. The SOM organizes training vectors into a pattern book, and the QRS-detector executes Q and S-point detection with the pattern book. Without an averaging process permits a faster operation and applying a nonlinear peak detector to a preprocessor. The self-organizing ability of SOM has proven to be a good solution for recognizing and organizing QRS-wave patterns. Moreover, The SOM prevents an loss of information such as signal distortion due to a mathematical transform. The QRS-detector based on the pattern book from the SOM executes an efficient ECG reading compared to the other methods.

      • 새로운 무기 응집제 개발에 따른 특성

        This study has carried out the coagulation tests for tannery wastewater including high-level suspended solids and organic matters to determine the optimum pH and coagulant dosage and to characterize several coagulants for coagulation. In case of optimum pH range test, we know that multi-coagulants are not only cost-effective but also applicable from acidic pH range to alkaline pH range widely, while single-coagulant are useful in limited pH range. Removal efficiency for using of the multi-coagulants appeared more efficient than that of single-coagulant. Especially, sulfates(alum-ferric sulfate : AFS & alum-magnesium sulfate : AMS) are more effective than chlorides (alum-ferric chloride : AFC & alum-magnesium chloride AMC). In comparison of residual turbidity related to settling time between alum and alum-ferric sulfate-magnesium sulfate(AFM), it took to 40 minutes using of alum but 5 minutes using of alum-ferric sulfate-magnesium sulfate(AFM) until constant residual turbidity are reached.

      • Coumarin을 포함하는 새로운 형광 크라운 에테르의 합성(3)

        We report herein synthetic results obtained new types of crown ethers containing coumarin group. Crown ethers containing coumarin group 1~3 are hydroxymethyl-15-crown-5-ether linked with 4-hydroxy coumarin-4-acetic acid byesterification reaction. Crown ethers containing coumarin group 1~3 have different cavity in each crown ether rings. The 12-crown-4 ether with coumarin 1 has the smallest cavity size. The 15-crown-5 ether with coumarine 2 has the medium cavity size. The 18-crown-6 ether with coumarin 3 has the largest cavity size. Therefore each crown ether with coumarin group will recognize different ionic radius metal. Because of different hole size in crown ethers, these crown ethers seem to be had different selectivity in luminescent sensors. The crown ethers with coumarine 1~3 synthesized hydroxymethyl-15-crown-5-ether and 4-hydroxy coumarin-4-acetic acid same ratio at one to one. The synthesized crown ethers were characterized respectively by IR, NMR. GC-Mass.

      • 나주지역 문화관광자원 활성화에 관한 연구

        The tourist trade of Naju city in its present condition shows Naju's lack of interest as a central tourist attraction since 1997. In 1998 the tourist rate began to increase because of the interest in Naju's historical temples and the Bannam's tombs. This indicates the growing concern for cultural assets and national treasures in this area. The purpose of this research is to develop Naju's cultural tourist trade and establish an image of Naju as a historical tourism city. The development of cultural tourism resources should produce on a commercial scale tangible cultural assets to improve the historical sites and increase the tourist trade as well as to preserve the historical areas. In order to fulfill these tasks, it is necessary to develop cultural resources and assets to maintain all historical areas such as fortress, pavilions, temples and tombs, and utilize local temples as spiritual, moral and cultural foundations.

      • 冬蟲夏草의 抗轉移와 免疫增進에 關한 硏究

        This experimental study was carried out to evaluate the effects of Cordiceps sinensis on the antimetastasis and immune activity. In order to investigate the effect of Cordiceps sinensis, the followings were performed; Cytotoxicity, inhibition of MMP-2 & MMP-9 gene expression, fraction of CD4+, CD8+, CD19+ in splenic cell, the moprphological change of splenic cells, gene expression of IL-12(p35), IL-12(p40), IFN-?? and splenic cell proliferation by CS-E. The results were obtained as follows. 1. CS-E did not present cytotoxic effect on L+14, B16-F10 melanoma cells and HMCB. 2. CS-E inhibited MMP-2 and MMP-9 gene expression more effectively compared with control group. 3. CS-E inhibited invasion of B16-F10 melanoma cells more effectively compared with control group. 4. CS-E helped CD4+, CD8+, CD19+ expression more effectively compared with control group. 5. CS-E activated phagocytic cells in spleen more effectively compared with control group. 6. CS-E helped IL-12(p35), IL-12(p40), IFN-?? gene expression in splenic cell more effectively compared with control group. 7. CS-E activated splenic cell proliferation more effectively compared with control group. From above findings, it is suggested that CS-E is able to inhibit metastasis of cancer and activate immune response system.

      • 호기성 미생물을 이용한 크롬의 생물학적 환원

        Chromium occurs naturally in the earth's crust as well as in air, surface, and ground water. However, chromium is released to the environment in much larger amounts as a result of human activities. Hexavalent chromium, Cr(Ⅵ), is very soluble in water in natural environment and very toxic, carcinogenic, and mutagenic in animal and man. On the other hand trivalent chromium, Cr(Ⅲ), is less toxic and less soluble and thus is a lesser problem. This study has been carried out in order to reduce toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ) by an Escherichia coli strain. After adding E. Coli., the results were obtained from concentration of total Cr, Cr(Ⅵ). Cr(Ⅲ), pH, turbidity, and VSS in aerobic condition was summarized as follows : After 48hr aerobic condition in experiment of synthetic wastewater, the reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ) was 20%. Also, the reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ) was 60% in experiment of raw wastewater.

        공공도서관 이용자공간의 공간구성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is providing basic data for making establishment of space composition for library users through satisfaction rate of using library and the requirement rate of survey about space composition in terms of library users. Conclusions are as follows. First, there are three types of space compositions considering library users such as a independent space composition(Type A), an open space using lobby(Type B), a multiple space composition(Type C). Prevalent Type B public libraries which are made since 1999 shows the fact that the public libraries space composition have been opened pretty much so far. Second, the result of satisfaction surveying according to space composition condition(Type A B C) shows that Type B and C have much more satisfaction than A has in terms of visual opening, connections with other rooms, furniture arrangements in the inside of the house. Third, on the result of perpendicular analyzing about education, information and culture space composition, the educational function plays an important role with the cultural functions in the main floor. However, at the same time, it is requested that reading space, information space, periodical journal sections should be arranged in it.

      • peat moss를 이용한 폐수중의 중금속 제거

        Adsorption equilibrium of heavy metals ion on the peat moss was confirmed Frundlich isotherm Removal efficiency of heavy metals ion was increased from pH 2 to 10 and heavy metal removal efficiency was increased in the sequence of Cu(Ⅱ) > Pb(Ⅱ) > Cd(Ⅱ) > Mn(Ⅱ) on the PM(Peat Moss). The PM is likely to be more effective adsorption than the PAC to removal of metal ions in the solution, since PM's weakly acidic functional groups which is not founded on the PAC, in addition to its high surface area and porosity. But, the PM is not separated from the solution water by sedimentation process. So, a liquid and solid seperation between the PM and the solution water could be considered for the PM's field application. But peat moss was low cost adsorbent. Thus author propose to adopt PM as a adsorbent for heavy metal removal.
