      • Histamine에 의한 가토 대동맥 평활근의 수축기전

        The action mechanism of histamine on the contraction were investigated in the helical strip of the aorta of a rabbit. The aortic strip was immersed in phosphate buffered Tyrode’s solution which was equilibrated with 100% O_2 at 35℃ and isometric tension was measured. The contraction was induced by histamine, norepinephrine(NE) or 40mM K^+ in the normal(1mM Ca_2+) or Ca^2+-free Tyrode’s solution. The effects of cimetidine, diphenhydramine, phentolamine, and verapamil on the contraction were observed at the same time. The contraction induced by histamine began at the concentration of 1×10 exp (-6)M and reached the maximum at 3×10 exp (-4)M. The ED_50 was 5×10 exp (-6)M. The maximal contraction by histamine corresponded to 79.5±3.0% of that by NE. The tonicity of peak tension by histamine was progressively decreased above the concentration of ED_50 but under the ED_50 the tonicity was relatively maintained well. Furthermore the maximal contraction by histamine was observed about 1mM of calcium. The contraction by histamine was induced additionally even after contraction by 40 mM K^+. And the contraction was not affected by cimetidine, but was completely suppressed by diphenhydramine phentolamine and verapamil. In the Ca^2+-free Tyrode’s solution the histamine also induced the contraction and it was completely suppressed by verapamil. From the above results it i suggested that the contraction induced by histamine in the aorata of a rabbit may be due to facts that histamine acts the H_1-receptor and mobilize the Ca^2+ from intracellular and extracellular sources.

        광 전달 쐐기를 이용한 중합 방법이 레진 충전물의 미세 누출과 미세 경도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that the more thorough cure of lightactivated composite resin could be obtained if a new way of delivering the light source deep through the resin body is developed when compared to the conventional bulk cure or incremental cure. Using cylindrical resin blocks and natural teeth, various curing conditions were tested for their effects on the degree of microleakage and microhardness. Data were analyzed statistically using One-Way ANOVA and Scheff's Multiple Range test. The results of the present study were as follows: 1. The increment of reduction in microhardness with depth was shown to be higher in group Ⅰ and Ⅱthan in group Ⅱand Ⅴ. 2. At the level of lower inner surface and the bottom surface, significantly lower micrehardness values were obtained in group I and Ⅱ when compared to group Ⅲ, Ⅳand Ⅴ. Group Ⅳshowed the lowest value among three groups (Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ) representing the only statistically significant difference from group Ⅴ(p<.05). 3. Differences between groups in the degree of microleakage detected were shown to be statistically significant (p<.05) with the exception of group Ⅳ and Ⅴ at both occlusal and gingival margins. 4. Based upon the above-mentioned results, commonly cited recommendation of incremental curing is strongly supported and the light-transmitting wedge insertion method can be considered as a effective and feasible clinical procedure for the better curing of composite resin. However, more studies under a variety of conditions should be compoeted before this method is applied actually to the clinical setting.

        BIPV 건물 외피시스템 개발 : Curtain Wall의 일체화 가능성을 중심으로 Focused on the unification possibility to the Curtain Wall

        PV system(Photovoltaic system) as an alternative energy resource for a fossil fuel is judged to have an enormous possibility in a usable point of earth, everywhere. Therefore, this paper intends to advance its practical use by proposing how to get integrated PV system which can be applied to building external curtain wall, and how to apply it. It has materialized the possibility of integrating details which can be applied to curtain wall by making insulating glass PV (the performance of insulation has been improved) through adding the layer of air (12 ㎜) and rear glass (6 ㎜) to integrated sandwich glass PV module. The proposed insulating glass PV module was applied to vision and then, the load was measured. The result shows that because of influence by solar radiation to the southern part in summer, it is advantageous for energy saving and it can make an additional effect of peak cut.

        Virus Associated Hemophagocytic Syndrome 3례

        Virus associated hemophagocytic syndrome is characterized by a benign generalized histiocytic proliferation with marked hemophagocytosis associated with systemic viral infectioin. The syndrome is a non-neoplastic, potentially reversible process and manifested fever, severe constitutional symptoms, hepatosplenomegaly, and lymphadenopathy, and characterized by laboratory findings of pancytopenia, hemophagocytosis and abnormal liver function test and coagulopathy. Immunosuppressive and cytotoxic therapy are contraindicated because of increasing risk of fatal outcome. The authors experienced three cases of virus associated hemophagocytic syndrome diagnosed by clinical features, bone marrow aspiration and lymph node biopsy. All cases had higt fever, hepatosplenomegaly and lymphoadenopathy and showed granulocytopenia in peripheral blood and phagocytized histiocytes in bone marrow. The brief review of the literatures was made.

        중국의 국가 보훈정책 연구

        We analyzed the political purpose and policy measures of the Patriots and Veterans Affairs Policy implemented in China through analysis on symbols and metaphors. In the rapidly changing international environment, national unification is an urgent issue. China takes policies for Patriots and Veterans seriously, because these policies perform a high level of symbolic function that maintains and develops the nation-state by nourishing community spirit and identification and fortifying its security capability. The purpose of the Patriots and Veterans Affairs Policy is not only to reward the services of the patriots and veterans who made great contributions or sacrifices for the national causes and public interests but also to enlighten the public that working for one's nation is a lofty and honorable thing. These are the reasons why China sorts out those who contributed to weathering national crises and bestows special favors on them with a considerable budget compilation. Paying attention to the importance of Patriots and Veterans policy, this paper attempts to find proper symbolism in the Patriots and Veterans Affairs Policy in China.

        공원묘지 유실에 의한 대량재해의 개인식별

        Individual identification of severely decomposed or skeletonized bodies is an important part in medicolegal field. 142 bodies were torn up and carried away by flood in a park cemetry, Kwang-Ju, Kyunggi province, Korea at Sept., 10, 1990. The authors examed the 56 bodies, which were gained, through medical, anthropological, odontological, radiological methods, and superimposition for individual identification. Among them, 41 cases were successfully identified, and remaining 15 cases were not identified because of sever destruction and no adequate information.

        KAL기 추락에 의한 대량재해의 개인식별

        Individual identification is an important part in medicolegal field especially in mass disaster. At July, 27, 1989, KAL KE-803 was crashed on landing at Tripoli International Airport, Liba. The plane was caught in fire and sixty eight Koreans were sacrified. The majority of victims were severely charred and injured. The authors examed all dead bodies and successfully identified all the cases through visual, anthropological, odontological, radiological and pathological methods including fingerprint and blood typing.

        미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 개인의 개성을 존중과 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성을 목적으로 충청남도 지역의 초 ㆍ 중고등학생들을 대상으로 한 창의력 경연대회가 공주대학교 과학교육연구소에서 개최되었다. 충청남도 초 ㆍ중 ㆍ 고등학생들을 대상으로 실시한 창의력 경연대회는 창조적 아이디어를 내어 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 좋은 기회였음이 확인되었으나, 일부의 팀에서만 참신하고 재미있는 아이디어들이 제안되었다. 여학생의 참가자 수가 상당히 증가하였으며, 대체적으로 입상권의 학생들의 상당 부분이 여학생이라는 것이 특이할만하다. 학년이 올라감에 따라서 창의적인 아이디어를 내는 양이나 질에 있어서 뒤떨어지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 토론 학습의 적응력이 미흡하고 발표력 및 청취력에 있어서도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중 ㆍ고등학교의 학교교육에서도 학생들에게 프로젝트형 탐구학습 프로그램의 적용은 물론 토론식 수습을 통한 학생들의 사고의 전환의 기회를 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The creativity competition was held to foster the creativity of elementary and secondary school students in the Institute of Science Education, Kongju national University. It was found that the creativity competition effected on the improvement of inventing creative ideas and problem solving activities. But, only some competitors participated in semifinal and final contests, presented original and interesting ideas. More female students participated in competition than last year. More female participants were awarded a prize than males. Totally, participants were defective in discussion and communication, and presentation and listening ideas. Increasing grades correlated inversely with creativity and originality. There is need of inquiry project teaming programs and presenting opportunities of conversion of thinking by discussing instructions in school
