온라인수업 환경에서 학습실재감이 학습몰입 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 호텔·관광전공 학생들을 중심으로 -

The objective of this study is to verify the relations of learning presence, learning flow, and learning satisfaction in online education environment, and also to understand which factors of learning presence would have significant effects on learning flow and learning satisfaction. To achieve the objective of this study, a survey was conducted targeting the students majoring in hotel & tourism of three universities in Gangwon-do, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongbuk-do for about a month from April 20th to June 18th 2021. After distributing total 180 questionnaires, total 151 questionnaires were used for the analysis by excluding 29 questionnaires with insincere responses. Using the SPSS.18.0 Program, the multiple regression analysis was conducted. In the results of the analysis, of the subfactors of learning presence, the cognitive presence and emotional presence had significantly positive(+) effects on the formation of learning flow and learning satisfaction of students while the social presence did not have significant effects on learning flow and learning satisfaction. Based on such results, this study aims to present the importance of learning presence in online.
S-528 Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Graft Kidney in a Renal Transplant Recipient

신장이식은 말기 신부전 환자들의 삶의 질을 호전시키고,여명을 증가시킬 수 있는 표준적인 방법이다. 강력한 면역억제제의 사용은 이식신의 가용기간을 늘릴수 있으나,특히 흑색종이 아닌 피부암, 혈액암, 신장암, 갑상선암과 같은 암으로 진행할 가능성을 증가시킨다. 요로내의 이행세포암종(Transitional cell carcinoma)은 발생율이 0.07%~1.9%에 달할 정도로,이식환자에서 가장 흔하게 발생하는 암종 중 하나로 대부분의 이행세포암종은 방광내에 있으며 신장이식 수용자의 이식신에서 보고된 것은 드물다. 본 증례에서 젊은 환자에서 이식신에 나타난 이행세포암종의 증례를 보고하였다. 40세 남환, 수일간 발생한 오심, 구토,육안적 혈뇨를 주소로 본원을 방문하였다. 11년 전부터 원인을 알 수 없는 만성 신부전이 진행되고,1년후 아버지에게 공여받은 신장을 이식한 환자로 corticosteroids, mycophenolate, cyclosporine 등의 면역억제제를 처방받았다. 신장 이식 3개월 및 6년후,이식신장에 대한 조직검사를 2차례 시행했으며 암종의 발견은 없었다. 입원시, 이식신에서 오는 약한 압통을 호소하였다. 혈액검사에서 빈혈 외 특이소견 없으며, 생화학검사에서 혈액요소질소 87 mg/dL, 크레아티닌 11.2 mg/dL 악화 소견를 보였으며 요 검사에서 단백뇨 및 혈뇨가 있었다. 소변세포검사상 특이세포는 없었으며, BK 바이러스 RNA는 음성이었다. 방광경 상에서 이식신장의 요관구 및 방광에 침범은 없었다. 복부 초음파 검사, 복부 자기공명영상(MRI), 전신 양전자 방사 단층 촬영(PET)을 시행하였고 이식신,우측 외장골 혈관 및 대동정맥 부위 주변 결절에서 덩이가 확인되었고, 초음파 유도 경피적침생검을 시행하여 저등급의 요로상피세포암종이 확인되었다. 위 결과로 4기 이행세포암종으로 보고, 이식신장의 신뇨관절제술을 시행하였다. 수술후 조직병리검사에서 림프혈관과 신장실질, 신장 주변지방조직까지 침범한 이식신장 및 요관내부의 저등급의 요로상피세포암종을 확인하였다. 환자는 수술후 보조동시항암화학방사선치료를 시작하였고, 정기혈액투석을 다시 하게 되었다. 이식신에서 이행세포암종이 있다면 신장의 완전 손실로 진행되고, 투석을 진행하며, 젊은 나이여도 예후는 좋지 않다. 한국문화에선 한약,약초가 쓰일수 있고, 아리스톨로크산(aristolochic acid)이 함유된 약초 노출이 이행세포암종 유병율 증가에 영향을 미칠수 있다. 신장이식수용자에서 이행세포암종의 조기진단을 위해, 방광경, 한약 및 진통제 노출에 대한 수술전 조사를 시행하고, 고위험집단에서 이행세포암종의 발생에 대한 수술후 감시를 지속하며, 감량한 calcineurin억제제를 기반으로 한 면억억제프로토콜을 고려해야 한다.

<P>Today, manufacturing industries are trying to improve their competitiveness by combining manufacturing per se with information technology. Virtual reality is being used in product development processes in manufacturing enterprises as a helpful technology to achieve rapid consolidation of information and decision-making through visualization and experience. In this article, 154 articles relevant to virtual reality’s application to manufacturing were surveyed and analyzed. For this, (1) an analysis map was created, based on a virtual reality technology classification and the new product development process; (2) the articles investigated were located on the map; and (3) bibliometric analyses were carried out. Trends in past and present research were examined and future virtual reality research directions and application plans for manufacturing enterprises are discussed.</P>

Technology developments are ushering in the introduction of smart manufacturing (SM) systems, unmanned production lines and sustainable production. SM will minimize human intervention and allow systems to control sites intelligently. To realize such an era, many global manufacturers are trying to develop different SM methods. The virtual factory is a digital-manufacturing-based SM system that predicts, solves (improves) and manages (controls) problems with overall production tasks by linking them to the actual sites, in a virtual environment. This paper proposes a strategic plan and a systematic design for the efficient implementation and application of the virtual factory to real manufacturing companies. In addition, an efficient and systematic means of introducing the virtual factory is presented via diagnosis, analysis and establishment of the strategy, implementation plan and system design case with an electronic parts manufacturing company.

This research empirically examined changes in the images of Korea over three points in time among Japanese, Chinese, and U.S. visitors to South Korea. Between August 13 and October 23, 2003, about two to three months after the Gyeongju World Culture EXPO 2003 ended, 223 tourists from Japan, 143 from China, and 173 from the U.S. completed the survey instrument. The results from a General Linear Model (GLM) with repeated measures showed that tourists from all three countries had more positive images after the Gyeongju World Culture EXPO than before it. It was concluded that the Gyeongju World Culture EXPO 2003 appeared to have a significant positive effect in enhancing the image of South Korea. The study suggests that an internationally significant event can change the image of a tourism destination in a short time period.

In manufacturing companies, different types of production have been developed based on diverse production strategies and differentiated technologies. The production systems have become smart, factories are filled with unmanned manufacturing lines, and sustainable manufacturing technologies are under development. Nowadays, the digital manufacturing technology is being adopted and used in manufacturing industries. When this technology is applied, a lot of efforts, time and cost are required and training professionals in-house is limited. In this paper, we introduce e-FEED system (electronic based Front End Engineering and Design) that is the integrated design and analysis system for optimized manufacturing line development on virtual environment. This system provides the functions that can be designed easily using library and template based on standardized modules and analyzed automatically the logistic and capacity simulation by one-click and verified the result using visual reports. Also, we can review the factory layout using automatically created 3D virtual factory and increase the knowledge reuse by e-FEED system.

Generally, over 95% of manufacturing cost is determined in the design and manufacturing preparation step, especially a great part of productivity is determined in the manufacturing preparation step. In order to improve the manufacturing competitiveness, we have to verify the problems that can be occurred in the production step and remove the unnecessary factors in the manufacturing preparation step. Thus, manufacturing industries are adopting digital manufacturing system based on modeling & simulation. In this paper, we introduce e-FEED system (electronic based Front End Engineering and Design) that is the integrated design and analysis system for optimized manufacturing line development based on simulation automation and explain the work process (Design, Analysis and Optimization) about manufacturing line development using e-FEED system. Also, the effect is described through the real implementation cases.
