The Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cell, the light-harvesting material, has appealed to significant scientific interest in the field of the solar cell. Among perovskite solar cells, Formamidinium lead triiodide (FAPbI<sub>3</sub>) has been a newly developed candidate with the longer electron and hole diffusion lengths, lower band gap 1.48eV, and better thermal stability comparing with MAPbI<sub>3</sub>. Until recently, keeping the phase of α-FAPbI<sub>3</sub> is the major issue in the perovskite solar cell region as the drawback of FAPbI<sub>3</sub> is that it transforms from black cubic alpha phase (α- FAPbI<sub>3</sub> )to yellow hexagonal delta phase (δ- FAPbI<sub>3</sub>) at ambient temperature. To keep α- FAPbI<sub>3</sub> phase, we will partially replace CaCl<sub>2</sub> with PbI<sub>2</sub> and are expecting that the phase of FaPbI<sub>3</sub> will go noticeably stable without changing material optical properties.
