The six kinds of natural factors(It refers to wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire.) is constantly moving to maintain the balance of whole climate of one year. Four seasons are the largest mediation of whole climate of one year. The cold and the heat have the relationship of mutual intervention. The dampness and the dryness have it also. In this process they raise various climate appearance. And that various climate appearance influence the whole lives on the earth. This paper is concerned with the classification of them.
구강악안면 영역의 수술 시 악하 기관 삽관술의 유용성에 대한 임상적 고찰

It is hardto make a decision of what route we will select for endotracheal intubation at open reduction of oral and maxillofacial trauma. In the patients with fractures of multiple facial bones combined with fracture of crainal basal bone, intermaxillary fixtion makes oro-endotracheal intubation impossible. And the possibility of injury to the fracture site of crainal basal bone and the impossibility of reconstruction of naso-orbito-ethmoidal(NOE) complex fractures also make the naso-endotracheal intubation difficult. But it is not easy to select the tracheostomy because of its several complications and abhorrences. For above reson, Altermir introduced submental route for endotracheal intubation as new technique in 1986 and Green etc. modified this technique in 1996. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the efficiency of submental route for endotracheal intubation after experience of 10-clinical cases for variable reasons with review of articles.
악골에 발생한 중심성 골종(Central Osteoma)의 치험례

Two cases are described of Endosteal Osteoma which developed in the Jaw bone and were painful. The tumors were radiographically characterized by dense radiopaque lesion. The surface was smooth and overlying mucosa was normal in color. Tentative diagnosis was OSteoma. The tumors were treated surgically. Postoperatively the patients made uneventful recovery and the wound healed satisfactory. Postoperative radiograph showed that radiopaque mass had been completely removed. Histologically, biopsy was reported as Central Osteoma. Subsequent follow-up examinations show no recurrence of the lesion or the pain.

Thin-walled muLticell box girders subjected to an eccentric load can be produced the three global behaviors of flexure, torsion, and distortion. Specially in railway bridges subjected to much eccentric load, it is quite important to evaluate influences of torsion and distortion. But it is very difficult to evaluate each influences of major behaviors numerically. If we can decompose an eccentric load P into flexural, torsional, and distortional forces, we can execute quantitative analysis each influences of major behaviors. Decomposition of Applied Load for Thin-walled Rectangular multi-cell box girders is reserched by Park, Nam-Hoi(Development of a multicell Box Beam Element Including Distortional Degrees of Freedom, 2003). But researches about trapezoidal multi-cell section is insufficient. So, this paper deals with multi-cell trapezoidal box girders. An expanded method, which is based on the force decomposition method for a single-cell box girder given by Nakai and Yoo, is developed herein to decompose eccentric load P into flexural, torsional, and distortional forces. Derive formulas by decomposition of eccentric load is verified by 3D shell-modelling numerical analysis.

As mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs become more popular, users are becoming accustomed to consuming a massive amount of multimedia content every day without time or space limitations. From the industry, the need for user satisfaction investigation has consequently emerged. Conventional methods to investigate user satisfaction usually employ user feedback surveys or interviews, which are considered manual, subjective, and inefficient. Therefore, the authors focus on a more objective method of investigating users’ brainwaves to measure how much they enjoy their content. Particularly for multimedia content, it is natural that users will be immersed in the played content if they are satisfied with it. In this paper, the authors propose a method of using a portable and dry electroencephalogram (EEG) sensor device to overcome the limitations of the existing conventional methods and to further advance existing EEG-based studies. The proposed method uses a portable EEG sensor device that has a small, dry (i.e., not wet or adhesive), and simple sensor using a single channel, because the authors assume mobile device environments where users consider the features of portability and usability to be important. This paper presents how to measure attention, gauge and compute a score of user’s content immersion level after addressing some technical details related to adopting the portable EEG sensor device. Lastly, via an experiment, the authors verified a meaningful correlation between the computed scores and the actual user satisfaction scores.

최근 IT기술 및 웹기술의 발달로 웹서비스 소요의 폭발적인 증가는 신규 사업 및 사업 확장에 초기 투자비용 증가를 가지고 왔다. 이에 가상화 기술을 바탕으로 초기 투자비용 없이 사용한 만큼만 인프라를 빌려오는 AWS같은 IaaS가 제안되었지만 이는 인터넷이 연결되지 않은 인트라넷이나 이미 구축되어 있는 기존자원 활용이 불가능하다는 점, 그리고 사용량을 미리, 정확하게 예측해야 예산낭비를 줄일 수 있다는 점에서 제한사항이 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷이 연결되어 있지 않은 인트라넷에서 기존의 장비들을 모아 가상화 데이터 센터를 구축을 제안 및 오토 스케일링 기법을 적용한 데이터센터 운용 방안을 제시함으로 써 현재 자원의 효율 극대화 방안에 대해 논의한다.
