New technology has always carried two faces, which are the opportunity and the crisis. Intranet, recently appeared in the computing world, is being accepted as a replacement of traditional Client/Server technology. Since intranet has not been completely built even in its concept, it will give a company the crisis rather than the opportunity. To take the new opportunity for a business and organizational innovation through the intranet, its builder should necessarily acquire the knowledge of the preliminary considerations to the building. The purposes of this article are to define the concept of intranet, to investigate the cases and the building methodologies, and to discuss the preliminary considerations to the building.

대부분의 대도시에서 있는 도시고속도로의 가장 중요한 기능은 이동성이다. 그러나, 대구광역시 도심에 위치한 신천고속화도로의 교통흐름은 주변 간선도로의 교통과 불완전 입체교차형태로 이루어져 있어, 그 처리 방식에 따라 병목현상을 초래하고 있다. 본 연구는 신천고속화도로와 접속되는 접속교차로의 운용방법을 각각의 대안으로 나누어 분석하였다. 대안 설정은 접속 교차로에서의 좌회전 현시 유무에 의해서 좌회전 없음 (대안 Ⅰ), 신천대로 상에 좌회전 (대안 Ⅱ), 대동로 상에 좌회전 (대안 Ⅲ)으로 나누었다. 분석은 각 대안별로 신천대로 Weaving 구간에서의 주행속도 변화, 인접교차로의 U-Turn 구간 V/C비 변화, 접속교차로의 평균정지지체시간 변화, 차량의 주행비용변화에 초점을 두고 실시하였다. 분석결과 대안 Ⅲ이 가장 좋은 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The most important function of the urban expressway is a mobility in most cities. However, traffic flows of Sin-Chun Urban Expressway in Tae-gu is deeply affected by its intersection-type and traffic situation of crossing arterial roads. For instance, bottleneck in Sin-Chun Urban Expressway is affected by these two reasons. This study analyzed the effectiveness of the operational methods of intersection divided into three alternatives on the Sin-Chun Urban Expressway. The alternatives are made upon the existence of left-turn phase : left-turn prohibition by the existence and the non-existence of left-turn phase on cross street (Ⅰ), left-turn on Sin-Chun Dae-Ro (Ⅱ), and left-turn on Dae-Dong arterial road (Ⅲ), respectively. Each alternatives was analyzed according to the change of Running Speed in weaving area, the change of V/C ratio in U-Turn area, the change of Average Stopped-Time Delay in cross street and the change of vehicle operating cost. The results of the analyses showed that the third alternative was most efficient than the other alternatives.

The purpose of this study is to understand traffic characteristics of weaving sections. Therefore, this study has analyzed the characteristics of traffic flow on weaving sections on SHIN-CHUN in Tae-gu. Using the existing methods to analyze weaving sections, grasp the traffic characteristics of weaving sections, and then made a comparison and analysis between observed data and assumed data. Measuring effect on weaving sections in Highway Capacity Manual is average running speed of volumes running within weaving sections. Therefore, analyzing the variables effecting for running speed, volumes per lane, VR, and the length of weaving sections influenced running speed, but R did few influence running speed. And what influenced the traffic capacity of weaving sections is R and the number of lane rather than the length of weaving sections. It is estimated that average running speed which determine the LOS for weaving sections is almost 'C' or 'D' by observation and assumption and that the assumption between weaving speed and non-weaving speed by the methods of KHCM and HCM is very accurate with observation.

자율 주행 이동 로봇에서 사용될 것을 목표로 미지의 장애물을 탐지하고 그 장애물까지의 거리를 측정하는 시스템을 레이저, CCD, 삼각측량법을 이용하여 소형 경량으로 구현하였다.송신부에서 스캐닝 레이저빔을 이동 로봇 높이의 수평면으로 발사하고 수신부에 있는 한 대의 CCD카메라로 전방의 영상을 촬영한다.삼각측량법을 이용하여 장애물까지의 거리를 측정하기 위해서는 송신부와 수신부 사이의 거리, 송신부에서 본 장애물의 각도, 수신부에서 본 장애물의 각도가 필요하다.송신부의 레이저빔 발사 각도는 이를 구동하는 스텝핑 모터의 회전량 제어 펄스 수에 정비례하므로 공급한 펄스 수로써 구하고 수신부에서 본 장애물의 각도는 카메라영상에서 빙의 위치가 영상의 중앙으로부터 몇 픽셀 떨어져 있는가를 계산하여 측정한다.카메라의 영상은 미디언 필터를 거쳐서 잡음 제거 후 소벨 에지 검출 기법을 적용하여 에지를 검출한다.CCD의 상이 맺히는 위치에 따라 왜곡 오차가 발생하는데 이는 CCD의 시야가 넓을수록 커진다.그러나 이 오차는 계산이 가능하기 때문에 보정할 수 있고 초점거리가 짧으면 다른 오차에 비하여 무시 할만하다.이방법은 근거리에서 초음파 방법보다 정밀한 거리측정값과 우수한 공간 분해능을 가진다. A range measuring system was implemented using laser, CCD and triangulation for autonomous mobile robot located in unknown environment.A scanning'laser beam was introduced as a transmitter which sweeps a horizontal plane. To measure the distance to the obstacles, three parameters are necessary, which are the distance between laser transmitter and receiver, the angle of transmitter, and the angle of receiver to the obstacle.At the transmitter, the angle is measure by counting the number of pulses supplied to the stepping motor of laser.At the CCD camera, the angle was measured by counting the number of pixels from the center of image.The image was pre-treated by median filter to eliminate noises.The edge was detected by Sobel technique in the next step. The distortion error occurred at the CCD is proportional to the angle of view of the camera.However, the magnitude of distortion can be calculated accurately, therefore it can be eliminated from the system error by calibrating This method has better spacial resolution and accurate measurement of distance comparing to the supersonic method.

요약문차량의 소음발산레벨과 속력의 관계는 도로교통소음을 예측하는데 있어서 매우 중요 하다. 따라서, 본 연구는 속도의 함수인 차량의 소음발산레벨을 대형차, 중형차, 소형차로 구 분하여 측정하였으며, 희귀분석을 통하여 소음발산레벨을 분석하였다.회귀분석의 결과로, 평균소음발산레벨 방정식은 다음과 같이 얻었다. 1) 소형차의 평균소음발산레벨은 : 27.304 + 30.20 Log(V) (R2 = 0.87) 2) 중형차에 대한 평균소음발산레벨은 : 27.716 + 34.67 Log(V) (R2 = 0.86) 3) 대형차에 대한 평균소음발산레벨은 : 31.964 + 33.34 Log(V) (R2 = 0.85) 각각의 방정식에 대한 R-square 검정결과 위치 방정식은 유의하다는 것으로 입증되었다.AbstractThe relations between vehicle's sound emission level and velocity are very important for construct of road traffic noise prediction model. Therefore, this study measured vehicle's sound emission level as functions of speed for heavy trucks, medium weight trucks, automobiles, and analyzed sound emission level through the regression analysis.As a results of the regression analysis, mean sound emission level equation is obtain as below. 1) The mean sound emission level of automoblies : 27.304 + 30.20 Log (V) (R2=O.87) 2) The mean sound emission level of medium weight trucks : 27.716 + 34.67 Log (V) (R2=O.86) 3) The mean sound emission level of heavy trucks : 31.964 + 33.34 Log (V) (R2=0.86) Estimate from the value of each R-square, the above equation can be thought to be good.

This study describes a way to evaluate effects of delay caused by constructions of various kinds, illegal parking especially occupies one lane among three lanes. The part of intersections delay ratio in urban arterial streets was analyzed by classification which was divided by road-occupation and normal state. The result of this study can be summarized as follows ; ●It was confirmed that Average Approach Delay per vehicle caused by the length of 53m occupancy of the 3rd lane which was bound for SB in Jnag-Won intersection increase 131.7, 217.7, 113.5seconds respectively in EB, SB, NB bounds. ●Level of Service in survey area Went down to level F from level E. Average Approach Speed has decreased by 16.1㎞/h, 22.8㎞/h, 15.3㎞/h respectively in EB, SB, NB bounds.

Now a days, Organizations have become to share unlimited field of information & activity due to growth of internet. As a result, they show a certain trend to integrated information system. This research made former information system of hospital to new integrated information system on intranet environment. This system remotely operate and arrange data base and web server. Therefore, this system is designed to keep consistency among each data, to build up data base system preparing for circumstances of which there are many simultaneous user, to conform with operational process in approaching method of data base. We expect that competency-ability of hospital would become much higher as construction of integrated medical information system made them possible share of medical information among each section, prompt management analysis through smooth operational process.
유도결합 플라스마 원자 방출 분광법에 의한 LPG엔진에 사용된 윤활유 시료중의 마모금속 분석

LPG엔진에서 사용된 윤활유중의 마모금속 성분(Al, Fe, Cr, Si, Mg, Ca, P, Zn)들의 분석을 유도결함플라스마 원자 방출 분광법으로 실시하였다. 시료는 LPG를 사용하는 14대의 택시로부터 일정거리를 주행한 다음에 채취하여 분석하였다. 유도결합플라스마 원자 방출 분광기로 8종 원소의 동시분석에 필요한 최적 조작조건은 다음과 같았다. 1. 불꽃놀이 : RF코일에서 16mm높이, 2. 시료분무 압력 : 125KPa, 3. 알곤기체유속 : 플라스마(냉각용)-11.7L/min, 보조흐름 기체-1.7L/min, 시료부문용-0.4L/min, 4.라디오 주파 발진기 전력 : 1,400W, 5.측정방법 : 10,000km주행시까지 계속 사용해도 Si이외의 마모금속 함량은 경고값에 미치지 않았으며 이 값들은 다음과 같았다. Al : 15.6-32.7ppm, Fe : 26.2-95.8ppm, Cr : 3.0-16.7ppm, Si : 11.9-33.0ppm(10.0-19.6ppm at 8.000km 차량번호 3903은 예외), Mg : 0.0038-0.043%, Ca : 0.055-0.185%, P : 0.075-0.10%, Zn : 0.100-0.132%. 일반적으로 이 값들은 낡은 차량에서 채취한 시료일수록 새것에서 채취한 것들보다 높은 경향을 보인다. Some analytical results of were metals(Al, Fe, Cr, Si, Mg, Ca, P and Zn) in an engine oil used by an LPG car were obtained by using Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer. The samples were taken from 14 commercial LPG car at certain travelling distance;5,000km, 8,000km, 10,000km 18,000km and 20,000km. The optimum operating condition of the instrument for the simultaneous multi-elements determination was as follows : 1. Torch height : 16mm above the RFcoil, 2. Nebulization pressure : 125KPa, 3. rgon flow rate plasma (coolant) : 11.7L/min, auxiliary :1.7L/min, nebulizer(carrier) :0.4L/min, 4. RF(radio frequency) power : 1.400(forward), and 1.0W(reflected), 5. Intergration time : 10 sec x 3.The engine oil once charged in a LPG car could be used up to 10.000km of travelling distance because the analytical result of the wear metals in the used lubricationg oil was below the value of warning limit (except Si) as follows : Al : 15.6-32.7ppm, Fe : 26.2-95.8ppm, 0.043%, Ca : 0.055-0.185%, P : 0.075-0.10%, Zn : 0.100-0.132%. In general, the results showed higher values for old cars than those from new car.
Paraquat 중독환자의 초기검사로서 sodium dithionite를 이용한 소변내 paraquat검출의 임상적 의의

Background : Mortality from paraquat intoxication depends upon plasma paraquat concentration. To know the severity of paraquat intoxication is important for directing therapeutic modality and predicting prognosis. Sodium dithionite test for urinary paraquat provides an easy and simple method to determine the severity of paraquat intoxication in emergency department. purpose : To determine whether the result urinary paraquat test by sodium dithionite can predict outcome in patients with paraquat intoxication in emergency department. Subjects : 48 patients(male 31, female 17, mean age 37 years) who had exposure to paraquat and presented within 24 hours after exposure. Result : Thirty five patients were positive in paraquat urine test and thirteen patients were negative. Clinical manifestations were more severe in positive patients than in negatives. Complication was much more in positives than in negatives. 28 of 35 patients(80%) in positives and 2 of 13 patients(15%) in negatives died. Conclusion : Positive test for urinary paraquat is associated with high mortality and morbidity from paraquat intoxication, and qualitative test for urinary paraquat by sodium dithionite is an useful method to determine the severity of paraquat intoxication in emergency department.
