        Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1St. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and. CVA, hypertention.

      • Ag 가 첨가된 비정질 유리반도체 As_2S_3의 물리적 특성

        비정질 유리 반도체 As_2S_3에 Ag를 0, 5.7, 9.1, 12. at%로 첨가하여 thermal evaporation방법으로 박막 시료를 만들어 직류 전기 전도도, 광 흡수도를 측정하였다. X선 회절 실험 결과 각 시료는 비정질임이 확인되었다. 273K에서 373K 온도 영역에서의 직류전기 전도도는 7.04x10^-17(Ω^-1cm^-1)에서 8.66x10^-12(Ω^-1cm^-1_의 값을 나타내며 Ag의 농도가 증가함에 따라 직류 전기 전도도는 증가하였다. 직류 전기 전도도는 σ=σ_0exp(-ΔE_α/KT)의 관계식을 만족하고 광학적 에너지 gap은 Ag의 농도가 증가함에 따라 2.34, 2.12, 1.89, 1.78eV로 감소하였다. E_-ΔE_α의 값은 Ag의 농도에 관계없이 거의 일정하였다. D.C. electrical conductivity, optical absorption experiments on glassy semiconductor As_2S_3+Ag for which the Ag concentration is 0, 5.7, 9.1, 12.3 at. % are investigated. The thin film samples are prepared by the thermal evaporation method. From the result of X-ray diffraction experiment, it was convinced that each sample was amorphous semiconductor. Over the temperature range from 273˚K to 373˚K, the d.c. conductivity of the investigated samples is 8.66x10^-12(Ω^-1cm^-1)∼7.04c10^-17(Ω^-1cm^-1). As Ag concentration increases, the electrical d.c. conductivity increases. D.C. conductivities are proportional to inverse of temperature and satisfy the relation σ=σ_0exp(-ΔE_α/KT). The optical energy gap decreases with the Ag concentration having the value of the range from 2.34eV to 1.79eV. It is also shown that the value of difference E_g-ΔE_α is independent of Ag concentration.

      • Al板의 塑性加工時 剝離·破裂이 생기지 않는 塗裝下地用 皮膜劑 開發에 관한 硏究

        Al板에 非粘着性 塗膜을 形成시켜 pres成形할 때 剝離나 破裂이 생기지 않게 하기 위한 塗裝下地用 皮膜劑를 CrO_3을 主劑로 하여 개발하였다. 개발한 皮膜劑의 組成은 CrO_3 2~7gm, H_3PO_4 9~15gm, NaNO_3 10~20gm, NaF 2~7gm이다. 이 皮膜劑로 實驗해 본 결과 附着量은 1mg/m^2미만으로 아주 적었고 耐飾性은 비교적 우수하였으며 密着性은 아주 강했다. The conversion coating for the coating ground was developed by the principles of CrO_3 in order to prevent from the exfoliation and ruprute at the non-stick coating of Al plate when it was pressed. This conversion coating consists of 2~7mg of CrO_3, 9~15gm of H_3PO_4, 10~20gm of NaF and 2~7gm of NaF. A test with this coating material It was cinfirmed from that this cinversion coating pos-sesses an adhesiveness with a very small amount, a relatively excellent resistance and a strong adherence.

      • Chalcogenide 半導體 As_2 Te_3의 物理的 性質에 미치는 Sn doping 效果

        D.C. electrical conductivity, optical absorption, and photoconductivity exper-iments on glassy semiconductor As_2 Te_3+Sn, for which the Sn concentration is 0,0.6, 4.3, and 6.7 at. % are investigated. The thin film samples are prepared by the thermal evaporation method. Over the temperature range from 173K to 343K, the d.c. conductivity of the investigated samles is of the form σ=σ_0exp (-ΔE_a/KT) and d.c. con-ductivity except the 6.7 at. % samples is about 2.9X10^-4(Ω^-1cm^-1). In the Sn concentration less than 4.3 at. %, the tin additives on As_2 Te_3 seem to have little influence upon the d.c. conductivity and the low-temperature con-ductivity is due to variable range hopping. Except 6.7 at. % sample, the activation energy of As_2 Te_3 is almost con-stant at 0.47 eV and an optical gap is 0.94 eV. The value of pre-exponential factor σ_0 is about ∼10^3(Ω^-1cm^-1). From the optical absorption data, the photoconductivity increases with increasing Sn concentration and the optical energy gap decreases gradually with increasing Sn concentration. The reduction in the optical energy gap E_g is due to the bonds formed between an impurity atom and the surrounding host atoms. It is shown that the value of the difference E_g-ΔE_a is independent of Sn concentration in As_2 Te_3, except 6.7 at. % sample. This is explained by the fact that, in As_2 Te_3 , both E_g and ΔE_a change little. The increase in the photoconductivity with increasing Sn concentration is due to the decrease of the recombination probability by the change of D^+ into D^- by Sn incor-poration result in the carrier life.

      • 세라믹 초전도체 YBa_(2-X)Ca_(X)Cu_(3)O_(7-Y)의 특성 비교

        Ceramic superconductors YBa_(2-X)(A)_(S)Cu_(3)O_(7-Y), where A=Ca or Sr, were made for several different values of X X-ray powder diffraction, SEM, magnetigation, and resistivity versus temperature measurements were carried out to study the effects of Ca and Sr substitutions into 1:2:3 type superconductors on the superconducting characteristics. Both ca and Sr substitutions were observed to observed to suppress the critcal temperatuse strongly, but Sr substitution seems to the more effective in the suppression mechanism. The decrease of Tc seems to be due to the change in oxygen concentration induced by the Ca and/or Sr substitution. This implies that the variation of critical temperature has close relation with that of mobile hole concentration in the Cu-O planes.

      • 非品質半導體 As-Ge-Se系의 光構造變化

        The photostructure of amophous semiconductor AsGeSe_x for which X concentrations are 52.2, 55.6, 63.6, 79 at.% is investigated. The thin film samples are prepared by the thermal evaporation method. The thin films which are illuminated and annealed are mesured with X-ray diffration and SEM(scanning electron microscopy). When the thin films are illuminated and annealed, the absorption coefficients are increased and the band gap energies are decreased. From the experimental results photodarkening and thermaldarkening were confirmed. It is photodarkening and thermaldarkening that the absorption coefficient is increased and the band gap energy is decreased when the amorphous semiconductor is illuminated and materials increase, then the absorption edge shifts toward the long wavelength. From the SEM the amorphous thin films which are illuminated and annealed are separated into two different phases. The thin films which are illuminated look like the wave shape. This is the spinodal phase separation. The thin films which are annealed look like the globlar shape. This is the binodal phase separation.

      • Fabry-Pe´rot 干涉計의 製作 및 應用에 관한 硏究

        평면특수 유리에 aluminum coating을 한 후 그 위에 silica를 입혀 만든 etalon판을 지지대에 고정시킨 Fabry-Pe´rot etalon부분과 부수기구로서 압력 변화용 진공장치 및 D.C. 증폭기를 제작하고 이 장치를 이용해서 공기의 굴절율을 측정하여 제작된 F-P 간섭계의 정밀도를 알아보았다. 측정한 결과 λ_Hg=5461A^˚을 사용했을 때의 공기의 굴절율은 n_s=1.000255, λ_He-Ne=6328A^˚을 사용하였을 때n_s=1.0002291이었고, 이 값을 국제분광학 회의에서 채택한 이론식을 써서 계산한 것과 비교해 보면 약2/1000%의 오차로 나타나 정확함을 알 수 있었으며, 따라서 제작한 F-P 간섭계의 실용도는 상당한 수준의 것으로 볼 수 있다. This study is conducted to manufacture F-P interferometer and to examine the accuracy of this apparatus. F-P interferometer was assembled with an etalon plate and its supporting stand. Etalon plate is prepared by coation a flat special glass with aluminum first and then with silica. Vacuum chamber and D.C. amplifier are also manufactured to accompany with F-P inter-ferometer. The refrective index of air are N_s=1.000255 and N_s=1.0002291 employing λ_Hg=5461A^˚ and λ_Hg=6328A^˚, respectively.

      • Photodiode를 利用한 길이의 精密測定에 관한 硏究

        본 연구는 Photodiode를 이용하여 국내에서 시판하고 있는 plastic자의 눈금 사이 간격을 광학적으로 흑정하는 한 방법을 제시하셨다. 실험은 silicon photodiode(S7002)와 초완등속장치, level meter, amplifier 등을 이용하였고, verier calliper를 nega-film에 복사한 것과 6개 plastic자를 초완등속장치로 이동시켜 1mm사이의 지나간 시간을 6단 digital counter로 측정하면서 recirder로 recording하였다. 측정 결과 상대오차가 0.4~2.8%까지 나와 눈금 사이 간격이 부정확함을 알 수 있었고, photodiode는 길이의 정밀측정에 유용하게 이용될 수 있음을 알았다. Our invetigation has focussed on determining accuracy of plastic ruler produced in Korea, by optically measuring the spaces between the scales through the use of photodiodes. This experiment was performed with a superlow speed feeder, photodetector for light signal, level meter, amplifier, digital counter, recorder, etc. In this expeperiment nega film duplicated vernier calliper and 6 plastic rulers were moved with a superlow speed feeder, and the processing time in passing 1mm was measured by a six-gear digital counter (manufactured by Sentinel Electronics, Inc) and was recorded with a recorder. The result of this experiment are as follows : 1) The corverage of relative error of each space between the scales on the ruler in order of calliper, A,B,C,D,E,F was 0.4~0.9%, 1.3~1.8%, 1.5~1.8%, 1.4~1.8%, 1.3~1.8%, 1.3~1.9%, 1.2~2.1%, 1.3~2.1%. 2)It was also found that the coverage of relative error measured with the recorder was 0.5~0.8%, 0.8~4.6%, 1.5~2.5&, 0.8~3.1%, 1.2~3.5%, 1.7~2.8%, 1.5~4.0%. 3)We have thus conclueded that a photodiode can be used for the accurte measurement of length.

      • 일반화가능도 이론에 따른 체온, 혈압, 안정시심박수 검사의 신뢰도 추정

        The purpose of this research is to measure body temperature, blood pressure, and resting heart rate according to the generalizability theory. This project's researchers are senior nursing students who have much experience in the measurement of body temperature, blood pressure, and resting heart rate. The control subjects for this research are seventy students who are studying sport and leisure at Daejeon University in Daejeon. According to the generalizability theory, research was carried out in three main areas and the model used by the researchers was P×Ra×(Tr : Ti). The results of the GENOVA program which support the theory are outlined below. First, the variance of body temperature in the test was 99.9%. The generalizability coeffcient for changes in body temperature of a control subject was over .99 when measured at rest, outside of test times. Second, the variance in systolic blood pressure of the control subjects during the test were found to have high percentages. The generalizability coeffcient of systolic blood pressure of a control subject was over .93 when measured at rest, outside of test times. Third, the variance in diastolic blood pressure within the control subjects during the test has fairly high percentages. The generalizability coeffcient of diastolic blood pressure of control subjects was over .89 when measured outside of test times, at rest. Fourth, the variance in resting heart rate of the control subjects during the test has relatively high percentages. The generalizability coeffcient of the resting heart rate of control subjects was over .96 when measured outside of test times and at rest. Therefore, when using the generalizability theory, an examiner who has much experience in the measurement of temperature, blood pressure, and resting heart rate can have confidence about the test result. The purpose of the generalizability theory is to design a test in which we can have more confidence and to eventually explain the cause of many errors within the current testing method. Indeed. we need to have high confidence when measuring changes in the body physiology of control subjects in the physical education field.

      • 중학교 학생의 사고력 발달 정도와 과학 교과서 내용과의 비교

        In this paper, I aimed to investigate and analyze what's the current level of intellectual reasoning of middle school students, and whether the contents of their science textbooks(physics sphere) are adequated to their logical reasoning level. And from this analysis I obtained the complete proportion of logical reasoning as following ; conservational reasoning is 44%―53%, proportional reasoning is 33%―50%, control of variables is 11%―27%, probabilitistic reasoning is 14%―40%, correlational reasoning is 6%―9% and combinational reasoning is 3%―10%. But in general the complete proportions of logical reasoning of male students are higher than that of female students. In educational process of science textbooks in middle school(physics sphere), the 15 items forming 30.6% of 49 items which are classfied by the Piagetian reasoning pattern have relations with concrete reasoning pattern. While 34 items(69.4%) have relations with formal reasoning pattern. In 131 items which include concrete reasoning pattern and formal reasoning pattern required in contents of textbooks, C to F percentage equals 49.6 to 50.4. The result of analysis by 6 reasoning, only the students of 3% at least or these of 53% at most were at the level of formal reasoning pattern. So that they are not enough for the level(69.4%) of formal reasoning pattern required in contents of textbooks(Physics sphere)
