        하종오 시의 "트랜스담론"과 "민족공동권" 소고

        Ha, Jong-oh’s poem is beyond the simple diaspora literature since it shows that the situation of in-depth origins of the Republic of Korea is not much different than the surface through the vague voices of immigrant workers because even ethnic narrative related to the origin in ‘Trans space’ is questioned. In other words, it was shown that immigrant workers drawn by him are not the subjects welcomed in Korea as multi-cultural guests, but rather that self-evident ethnic origin is just the ‘flowing surface’ by separating the character of the state from the nation state, Republic of Korea. That is, their ‘external character’ rescales the Republic of Korea. The results of the study are as follows: First, he reveals through the gaze of immigrant workers who show ``curiosity`` about Korea that Korea is not a place only for Korean anymore but also a place which can be ‘used’ by occupiers. Second, this question was implemented as a cross-question about Korea``s National Ethics while comparing the lives of immigrant workers with the lives of animals. That was a question about globalism concerning manifold forms of violence, in other words, it was a question about the laws of Korea. Third, the poet knew that the national history of Korea was a place in conjunction with the ``transnational history`` of immigrants as a random narrative. If the first one was nothing but the nation’s rhetoric, the two were not opposing but related in parallel. That means that existing Korea was softened by setting Korea as a new space: through looking not at ``citizens / non-citizens``, but as ``occupiers``, he tries to set both histories as one joint ethic. Ha, Jong-oh’s poem is a ‘Trance Nation literature’ by trying to show that Korea’s ‘being Korea’ is not a matter of noble ethnicity, but consists of a ‘nation effect’. This new ‘sovereign place’, which has been used only by Koreans, is now used by ‘occupants’. This leads to global publicity which is the possibility of sovereign occupation of the immigrant workers and new publicity and universality.

        In Vitro Antiviral Activity of Ribavirin Against Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Virus Myung Jin LEE1, Kye-Hyung KIM1, Jongyoun YI2, SuJin CHOI1, Chung-Jong KIM1, Nak- Hyun KIM1, Kyoung-Ho SONG1, Pyoeng Gyun CHOI1, Ji-Hwan BANG1, Wan Beom PARK1, Eu Suk KIM1, Sang-Won PARK1, Hong Bin KIM1, Nam Joong KIM1, Myoung- Don OH1 Seoul National University College of Medicine, Korea1, Pusan National University School of Medicine, Korea2 Background: Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) is an emerging infectious disease caused by a novel Bunyavirus, severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV). No effective antiviral therapy is proven yet, but clinical use of ribavirin (RBV) has been tried. We investigated the antiviral effect of RBV against SFTSV in vitro. Methods: To test for cytotoxicity of RBV, Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of RBV (3.90 to 500 μg/mL, two-fold dilution) and analyzed by cell viability MTS assay 48h post-infection. To determine antiviral activity of RBV against SFTSV, Vero cells were infected with SFTSV strain Gangwon/Korea/2012 at 100 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) per well in a 96-well plate, and RBV was added at the concentrations showing no or minimal cytotoxicity. Viral RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants and quantifi ed using one-step real-time reverse transcription- PCR to amplify the partial large segment of SFTSV. Statistical analysis was done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey`s post hoc test. Results: Cytotoxicity due to RBV was not observed at RBV concentration =31.3 μg/ mL. Viral RNAs at 24h post-RBV treatment were reduced with increasing RBV concentrations (1-32 μg/mL), compared with those of mock-treated cells (P <0.01, Figure). Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of RBV was 3.69 μg/mL at 24h post-RBV treatment. Conclusions: Our study shows that RBV has antiviral effect against SFTSV in a dose-dependent manner. Further studies are required to evaluate the effi cacy of RBV in SFTS.

        총련계 재일여성시의 인문지리적 연구

        이 연구는 총련 문예동 소속 여성 시인들의 시를 인문지리학의 견지에서 살피고 있다. (신)문화지리학의 “보는 방식”(a way of seeing) 이론의 견지에서 그들 시가 ‘조국’을 경관화해 온 방식에 주목하고자 하였다. 그들 작품량이 많지 않은 관계로 조국의 지리학적 맥락이 분명이 펼쳐지는 부분을 중심으로 살폈다. 그들 무의식 층위를 분석하면 문예동의 일반 시인들이 그려온 ‘조국’ 지형이 일관된 것만은 아니었을 것이란 가설이 실제적으로 증명된다. 허옥녀와 강명숙의 시에 발현한 공화국의 지층은 그들 육친이 살아갔던 가정의 지층과 섞이기도 한다. 이 과정에서 그들의 독특한 조국-지리가 만들어지기도 했다. 주로 한으로 점철된 선친의 기억과 연계하면서 감성적 조국의 경관이 경험된 것이다. 그 기억에서 호출된 어머니는 ‘전사 어머니’ 위치로부터 풀려난 ‘죽은 어머니’, ‘엄마’, ‘딸’, ‘며느리’, ‘손녀’, ‘소녀’ 등으로 이동한다. 그것이 문예동의 것과는 다소 미세한 조국의 경관을 구성한다. 이 각 위치에서 나타난 조국은 그 상응 경관을 합성하면서 문예동의 관념화된 조국과는 다른 경관을 드러낸다. 때문에 이 두 시인에게 조국은 무오류의 공화국 공간으로만은 나타나지 않는다. 눈물로 가득하거나 시취(屍臭) 풍기는 공화국이 거기에 있다. 이 조국의 경관 속에는 일반적인 문예동 그룹에서는 1990년대까지 말하기 어려웠던 병고, 죽음 문제도 녹아 있다. 때때로 그들은 고독이 이는 자신의 가정 안으로 김일성이나 김정일의 얼굴까지 초대한다. 아울러 죽은 모친을 공화국의 목련 나무에서 피어나게도 했다. 이는 문예동 여성시인들이 그린 한반도 지도가 문예동의 지도를 예민하게 벗어나는 곳에서도 그려졌음을 지시한다. 이 시각은 지금까지 공간이나 지대 위주로 접근해 온 디아스포라문학 연구의 관성을 극복케 할 것으로 예상된다. This study examined the works of female poets belonging to the Chongryun “Munyedong” from the perspective of the (new) cultural geography. In particular, the manner their poems depicted their mother country was analyzed based on the theory of “a way of seeing.” Since there were a limited number of poems, the parts with a clear geographical personality were the focus of the examination. This analysis of the subconscious strata of poetry written by female Koreans living in Japan reveals the truth of their beliefs suggesting that the topography of their mother country outlined by the Munyedong group is not consistent. The poems of Heo Oknyeo and Kang Myungsuk show glimpses of a situation in which the stratum of the republic in which the leader exists mixes with the stratum of the family in which their blood relatives once lived to form a geography of the mother country. The geography of their mother country emerges as an emotional landscape of the motherland as it connects to the inner turmoil of their late father who was plagued with deep sorrowful resentment. The mother, summoned from memories, migrates from the position of ‘warrior mother’ to positions such as ‘departed mother’, ‘mother‘, ‘daughter’, ‘daughter-in-law’,‘ ’granddaughter’, and ‘girl’, and this allows the reader to experience a corresponding microscopic landscape of the mother country. The landscapes of the motherland presented from each of these posts are often complex. For the two poets, the mother country appears as a place filled with tears or as the face of a cosmos flower exuding the brilliant scent of corpses. Among these are included even the cries related to sickness and death, which the mainstream poets of the Munyedong found difficult to address until the 1990s. Furthermore, they invite the faces of Kim Il-Sung or Kim Jong-Il into the family where desolation would spread. This mingling of scenes portrayed the dead mother as a hortensia flower blooming from a magnolia tree in the republic. This is a case that “actualizes” the fact that the map of the Korean peninsula outlined by female Korean poets living in Japan was slightly different from the ideological map of the mother country drawn by the mainstream poets of the Munyedong. The human geography perspective of this research is expected to allow the study to go beyond the current inertia of diaspora literature that has approached the subject mainly through space or location

      • 춘천 중도 선사유적 발굴조사 연구 : 고인돌을 중심으로;Concentrated on the Dolmen Site

        The Joong-do prehistoric site is located in the Lake of ?am dam of Chuncheon City, the capital of Kangweon province situated on the confluence of the North Han River and the Soyang River. This island site, it is washed away by the differance between the rise and fall of the lake water level, every year since 1967. The appoximate locations of Joong-do site is at 37℃ 52′;northern latitude, and 127℃ 51′ eastern longitude. The elevation of the present cultivation area is appoximately 80 meter above sea-level. This prehistoric sites, possibly ranges from Neolithic and Bronze Age to early lron Age, was brought to light in the consecutive excavations and surveys from 1981 to 1983 by the Institute of Kangweon Community Culture and the Museum of Kangweon National University. Some dolmens and ancient tombs (stone mounded), various stone tools, potteries and other relics of Neolithic, Bronze Age and early Iron Age were discovered by survey work of our excavation team from the surface and disturbed areas in the island site since 1981. During the excavation work from November 2 to December 1 in 1983, we were excavated a dolmen at center in the inland. The dolmen have four pieces of stone slab were used to make an oblong chamber covered by a large flat top stone of triangular form(size;270×196×40㎝, weight;3 ton). Both the top stone and the stone chamber surrounded by stone mounds for burial is buried under the surface. Three stone slabs of chamber coffin are required to support, but rest one inverse trapezoid stone slab of westward was not to support the top stone. The subsistance of unsupported stone slab suggested the existence of a stone chamber of which one side is open. We presumed the open side was used as a door of stone coffin. The bottom of the stone coffin under top stone was made by means of small pebble stones and large pebble stone slabs from the adjacent river beds. Size of stone slabs of coffin is at 191×94×13㎝;southern, 171×81×13㎝;northern, 80×72×9㎝;eastern. It seems, however, chronology of the dolmen are comparable to the later period of the plain coarse pottery culture(B.C.3~2C) in late Bronze Age.

      • 풍력 발전기의 모델링 및 피치제어 시뮬레이션

        Wind turbine system converts wind energy into electric energy. Since the velocity of wind is random in nature. control of the angular velocity of the blade is needed in order to generate high quality electric power. The control of a blade can be divided into a stall regulation type and a pitch control type. The stall regulation type which uses an aerodynamic stall is simple and cheap, but it suffers from fluctuation of the resulting power. On the contrary. pitch control type is based on the fact that the torque of the blade can be changed by varying the pitch angle of the blade. It is mechanically and mathematically complicated. but the control performance is better than that of the stall regulation type. This paper derives a mathematical modeling of the wind turbine system, and suggests a pitch control algorithm. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated with the results produced through sets of simulation.

      • 기준 피치각 모델에 의한 풍력발전 시스템의 속도제어

        The paper presents a speed control algorithm for a full pitch-controlled wind turbine system. The design of a controller, in general, is performed by linearizing the torque in the vicinity of a operating point assuming the tip speed ratio is constant. For speed control, however, the tip speed ratio is no longer a constant, so that linearization of the torque in terms of a wind speed and pitch angle is impossible. In this study, a reference pitch model is derived in terms of a wind speed, angular velocity, and pitch angle, which makes it possible to design a controller without linearizing the non-linear torque model of the blade. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated with the results produced through sets of experiments.

        This study aims to investigate educational uses through smart education and SNS and seek ways to incorporate them into physical education (PE) classes. Modern society has brought changes regarding communication, formation of relationships, and life styles due to information technology development and the wide spread of smartphones. In the center, there is Social Network Service (SNS) through which the uses and values are gradually increasing around the world. This social changes also brought about smart education in school education for the needs of diverse educational demand. Smart education redefined educational systems in terms of contents, methods, evaluation, environment, etc. by effectively utilizing it into school education because it overcomes the environmental and physical limitations using network resources based on information technology. It is changing educational paradigms in the 21st century which seeks to develop and foster students' abilities so that every student is able to study according to their level and become a global leader. The results of the study on ways to activate PE classes through smart education and SNS showed the following. First, smart education in PE classes is the challenge that needs to be applied in future educational methods. Second, smart education and SNS-based instructions introduced a new learning environment and broadened PE classes. Third, smart education and SNS-based instructions show some educational effects of developing social skills through students' academic achievement, satisfaction in classes, interest, self-esteem, and cooperative learning. Fourth, it is essential to develop a variety of contents to apply to PE classes. Fifth, it is necessary to educate teachers about smart education and the uses of SNS.

      • 적응-강인 제어기법을 이용한 유압 굴삭기의 궤적 제어

        This paper proposes a combined controller frame of the adaptive robust control(ARC) and the sliding mode control(SMC) for the trajectory tracking control of the excavator to preserve the advantages of the both methods while overcoming their drawbacks, namely, asymptotic stability of adaptive system for parametric uncertainties and guaranteed transient performance of sliding mode control for both parametric uncertainties and external disturbance. The suggested control technique is applied for the tracking of a straight-line motion of end-effector of manipulators, and through computer simulations, its trajectory tracking performances and the robustness to payload variation and uncertainties are illustrated.

        數 種 韓藥의 아세틸콜린에스터레이즈 酵素活性에 대한 효과

        아세틸콜린에스터레이즈(AChE)는 신경조직에 분포하는 효소로 신경전달물질 중 아세틸콜린(ACh)을 분해하는 효소로 시냅스 신호전달체계에 있어 중요한 역할을 하는 효소이다. 현재 알츠하이머병과 치매치료에 사용하는 서양약물은 AChE의 활성을 저해하는 작용기전을 가진다. 목적 : 전통적으로 기억력 감퇴, 치매 등 치료에 사용되어 온 한약의 AChE에 대한 작용을 밝히기 위해 본 실험이 구상되었다. 방법 : 생쥐 대뇌신경세포의 균질 혼합액으로부터 효소의 활성을 Ellman 방법을 개선한 엘리자(ELISA)법을 이용하여 측정하였다. 결과 : 실험결과 天花? 의 6종이 2.5㎎/㎖의 농도에서 우수한 효소활성저해력을 보였고, 50% 효소활성 저해농도(ID_50)를 구한 결과, 天花?의 ID_50은 1.5㎎/㎖이었고, ??? 1.2 ㎎/㎖, ?? 2.0 ㎎/㎖, ??草 1.2 ㎎/㎖, ??? 1.0 ㎎/㎖, ??生 1.7㎎/㎖, 및 大?皮 2.0 ㎎/㎖를 나타내어 忍冬?의 저해력이 가장 우수하였다. 결론 : 치매 및 기억력감퇴 증상을 치료하는 한약의 작용기전 중 AChE 효소활성억제효과는 忍冬? 의 6종에서 나타났으며, 이는 전통적인 한방치료에 과학적인 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 생각한다.

      • 타이어 편마모 해소를 위한 최적차량 구조설계

        This paper has been studied to eliminate the wear of tire on the solid axle type of an automotive. The heavy tracks, different from passenger cars, have a front axle which consists of a solid axle in a shape of I-beam. Therefore, it is difficult to change the fixed angle of camber and king pin once they are assembled. This study has introduced a suitable method to remove the uneven wear of tire by combination of camber and king pin angle at the stage of design. Parametric optimization has been carried out by setting the optimum characteristics for static and dynamic analysis. The static characteristics represents a condition where the tire and ground makes a perpendicular angle, which makes the ground camber to be zero. The optimal dynamic condition is to minimize the lateral force between the tire and ground in dynamic simulations.
