        Processing, digestion property and structure characterization of slowly digestible gorgon nut starch

        Slowly digestible gorgon nut starch (GN-SDS) was prepared by heating–cooling treatment (HCT), meanwhile its morphological and structural features were characterized in detail by SEM, DSC, XRD and IR detection. The optimized parameters of GN-SDS processing were as following: starch milk (20%) was heated at 100 °C for 20 min, and then cooled under 4 °C for 24 h. Under the optimized parameters, the SDS content increased from 20.49 to 61.74%. GN-SDS showed typical SDS characteristics in in vivo digestion with a low postprandial blood glucose. SEM images suggested that GN-S particles changed from uniform regular polyhedron with smooth surface to irregular gravel-like particles with coarse surface and obvious layered structure inside after HCT. The results of SEM, DSC, XRD and IR determination indicated that HCT changed the granule morphology, interior structure, gelatinization temperature and crystal type (A to B-type) of GN-S, and therefore made it hard to be digested accordingly.

        신 에너지 자동차 체험관 제3의 공간 특징이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중국 상하이 웨이라이 신에너지 자동차 체험관의 관람객을 중심으로

        체험 소비가 생기면서 체험 상업공간도 대세로 자리잡게 되었다. 많은 기업에서 상업공간을 소비자가 쉽게 방문할 수 있는 다양한 공간으로 만들었다. 카페·도서실·어린이 놀이방 등 제3의 공간 을 상업 체험공간에 융합하여 제3의 공간 의 특징을 살려 판촉과 홍보에 활용하고 있다. 중국 신에너지 자동차의 급성장에 따라 많은 브랜드에서 신에너지 자동차 체험관을 만들었지만, 체험관에 제3의 공간 을 설치하는 경우는 많지 않다. 본 연구에서 신에너지 자동차 체험관 제3의 공간 의 특징이 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 즉 신에너지 자동차 체험관에서 제3의 공간 을 설치하는 것은 관람객의 체험의 쾌적한 정서에 영향을 미치고 나아가 구매의도를 향상시킬 수 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 현장 조사를 통해 중국 상하이에서의 신에너지 자동차 체험관의 제3의 공간 의 현황을 고찰하고 정리하였다. 또한, 중국 웨이라이 자동차 체험관을 설문 조사 장소로 선정하여 체험관을 방문한 관람객을 설문 조사대상으로 하여 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 총 262부의 유효 설문지가 회수되었고 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 자동차 체험관 제3의 공간 특징이 쾌적한 정서에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 쾌적한 정서는 구매의도에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 신에너지 자동차 체험관의 공간 디자인에 데이터와 이론적 지원을 제공할 수 있고 관람객 체험의 쾌적한 정서를 높이고, 나아가 소비자의 구매의도를 높여 궁극적으로 신에너지 자동차 판매와 보급률을 높이게 될 수 있다. With the emergence of experience consumption, experience commercial spaces are gradually becoming mainstream. Many companies are turning commercial spaces into diverse spaces that can be easily accessed by consumers. For example, the third space such as cafes, libraries and children s playrooms are integrated into the commercial experience spaces, making the commercial space equipped with the third space character to achieve promotional and publicity purposes. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles in China, various brands of New Energy Vehicles Experience Halls have been set up, but not many of them have the third space .The aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of the characteristics of “the third space” in a NEV Experience Hall on consumers purchase intentions. Setting up the third space in a NEV Experience Hall can increase the pleasure of the visitor s experience and can increase their purchase intention. Taking the purpose of this study as a starting point, this paper examines the current situation of the third space of the NEV Experience Hall in Shanghai, China, and presents a statistical summary. At the same time, this paper selects China Weilai(蔚来)NEV Experience Hall as the research object, and conducts a questionnaire survey on 262 visitors who have visited the Experience Hall, and makes an empirical analysis with SPSS21.0. The results of this study show that the characteristics of the third space in the Vehicles Experience Hall will have a positive impact on visitors pleasure mood, and pleasure mood will have a positive impact on vehicle purchase intention. The research conclusion of this paper can provide data and theoretical support for the space design of NEV Experience Hall in China, so as to enhance visitors experience pleasure, improve consumers purchase intention, and finally improve the sales volume and penetration rate of new energy vehicles.

        현대 그래픽 디자인에서 중국 전통 재신(財神)의 응용에 관한 연구

        중국 전통 민간예술의 보물 중 하나인 연화(年畫)는 중국 고유의 인문정신과 예술적 매력을 형상화해 중국 그래픽 디자인 발전에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 연화 안에 담긴 재신 요소는 사람이 재산의 지향적인 기대와 추구를 명확하게 표현하고 있다. 본문은 재신(財神)을 중심으로 이론 고찰, 사례 분석 및 실제 작품 디자인을 결합하는 방식으로 재신 요소가 현대 그래픽 디자인에서 응용에 관해 연구한다. 먼저 재신의 기원과 유형을 분석하고 연구 배경을 정하여 연구의 기초를 다진다. 다음으로 재신 연화를 통해 조형의 미, 색채의 미, 구도의 미, 감정의 미의 네 가지 관점에서 미학적 가치를 분석한다. 또한, 현대 그래픽 디자인의 민족화(民族化) 입장, 재신 연화와 현대 그래픽 디자인의 교점, 현대 그래픽 디자인에서 재신에 대한 대중의 인식, 세 가지 측면에서 재신 연화와 현대 그래픽 디자인 사이의 관계를 분석한다. 그리고 현대의 재신에 대한 재해석 작품의 분석과 결합하여 현재 재신이 그래픽 디자인에서 응용 상태와 방향에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 연구 내용을 결합하여 재신 요소를 재해석해 디자인 제안을 하나 도출한다. 현 단계에서 저자의 재신에 관한 연구를 총결하고 보여 주는 것만이 아니라 미래 재신 요소가 현대 그래픽 디자인에서 가능한 혁신적인 디자인 방향에 대한 가치 있는 제안이기도 하다. Focusing on the God of Wealth, this paper researches the application of the elements about the Gold of Wealth in modern graphic design through integrating theoretical research, case analysis and actual works design. Firstly, through analyzing the origin and type of the God of Wealth, this paper determines the research background and lays a research foundation. Secondly, the aesthetic value of the New Year Pictures about the Gold of Wealth is analyzed from the beauty of modelling, composition and emotion. Besides, standing on the nationalization position of graphic design, the coherence points between the New Year Pictures about the Gold of Wealth and modern graphic design and how the public recognize the New Year Pictures about the Gold of Wealth in modern graphic design, the relationship between the New Year Pictures about the Gold of Wealth and modern graphic design is analyzed. Combining with modern redesign works, the application status and direction of the God of Wealth in graphic design works are understood. In the end, the elements about the Gold of Wealth are re-designed by combining with the research content. While summarizing and representing the situation of the research on the Gold of Wealth by the author, it is hoped that valuable schemes for the possible innovation direction of the elements about the Gold of Wealth can be proposed in the future modern graphic design.

        Microvascular autologous submandibular gland transplantation in severe cases of keratoconjunctivitis sicca

        Dry eye syndrome is a relatively common disease of the tears and ocular surfaces that results in discomfort, visual disturbance, and tear film instability with possible damage to the ocular surfaces. Microvascular submandibular gland (SMG) transfer offers a surgical alternative for a permanent autologous substitution of tears using the basal secretion of a transplanted SMG. Long-term follow-up reveals that this technique is a lasting and effective solution for patients with severe dry eye syndrome. The uncomfortable symptoms were relieved, and the frequency of use of pharmaceutical tear substitutes was reduced. Objective examination showed significant improvement in tear film and some features of ocular surface such as breakup time of tear film and corneal staining. Patients may suffer from obstruction of Wharton's duct or epiphora after surgery. Activation of secretion-related receptors could improve the early hypofunction of the denervated SMG and prevent the duct obstruction. Reduction surgery, partial SMG transplantation, uses of atropine gel or Botulinum toxin A could be the choices of treatment for epiphora.

      • Liver Cancer Mortality Characteristics and Trends in China from 1991 to 2012

        Purpose: To investigate the distribution of liver cancer mortality as well as its developing trend from 1991 to 2012, forecast the future five-year trend, and provide a basis for the comprehensive prevention and management. Materials and Methods: Mortality data for liver cancer in China from 1991 to 2012 were used to describe characteristics and distribution of liver cancer mortality. Trend surface analysis was used to study the geographical distribution of liver cancer mortality. Curve estimation, time series modeling, gray modeling (GM) and joinpoint regression were used to predict and forecast future trends. Results: The mortality rate of liver cancer has constantly increased in China since 1991. Rates in rural areas are higher than in urban areas, and in males are higher than in females. In addition, our data predicted that the trend will continue to increase in the next 5 years. The age-specific mortality of liver cancer increases with age and peaks in the group of 80-84 years old. Geographical analysis showed the liver mortality rate was higher in the southeast provinces, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong, and southwest regions like Guangxi Province. Conclusions: The standardized mortality rate of liver cancer in China has consistently increased from 1991 to 2012, and the upward trend is predicted to continue in the future. Much better prevention and management of liver cancer is needed in high mortality areas (the southwestern and southeastern parts of China) and high mortality age groups (80- to 84-year-olds), especially in rural areas.

        LncRNA TMPO-AS1 promotes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma progression by forming biomolecular condensates with FUS and p300 to regulate TMPO transcription

        Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is one of the most life- and health-threatening malignant diseases worldwide, especially in China. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as important regulators of tumorigenesis and tumor progression. However, the roles and mechanisms of lncRNAs in ESCC require further exploration. Here, in combination with a small interfering RNA (siRNA) library targeting specific lncRNAs, we performed MTS and Transwell assays to screen functional lncRNAs that were overexpressed in ESCC. TMPO-AS1 expression was significantly upregulated in ESCC tumor samples, with higher TMPOAS1 expression positively correlated with shorter overall survival times. In vitro and in vivo functional experiments revealed that TMPO-AS1 promotes the proliferation and metastasis of ESCC cells. Mechanistically, TMPO-AS1 bound to fused in sarcoma (FUS) and recruited p300 to the TMPO promoter, forming biomolecular condensates in situ to activate TMPO transcription in cis by increasing the acetylation of histone H3 lysine 27 (H3K27ac). Targeting TMPO-AS1 led to impaired ESCC tumor growth in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model. We found that TMPO-AS1 is required for cell proliferation and metastasis in ESCC by promoting the expression of TMPO, and both TMPO-AS1 and TMPO might be potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets in ESCC.

        Genetic Diversity Measures of 8 Local Sheep Breeds in Northwest of China for Genetic Resource Conservation

        The aim of this study was to evaluate, through the use of microsatellite markers, the current genetic diversity and the relationships of 375 individuals from 8 local sheep breeds reared in typical breeding farms in the northwest of China, and moreover, to offer a contribution towards genetic conservation decisions for the studied breeds. The expected heterozygosities and allelic richness for the 8 breeds varied from 0.474 to 0.623 and from 3.8 to 5.4, respectively. All the populations showed a significant deficit in heterozygosity and a relatively low level of genetic diversity. Furthermore, the high positive FIS value (ranging from 0.255 to 0.556) indicated inbreeding to be one of the main causes for high genetic homogeneity and lack of heterozygosity in all breeds. The clustering analysis performed with the DISPAN package showed that Aletai, Kazak, Bashibai and Bayinbuluke were grouped together, and Hetian, Qira black and Duolang were grouped together, which indicated that the relationship among breeds displayed some degree of consistency with their geographical distribution, production and origin. These findings indicate that improved conservation measures must be undertaken to avoid further losses of genetic diversity and minimize inbreeding represented by these breeds.
