        Purpose: This study was designed to investigate sample’s general characteristics and compare depression degree among sample’s general characteristics and students’ major(nursing vs. other major). Methods: The subjects consisted of 318 university students. Data was collected by self-reported questionnaires, which were constructed BDI score. Data was analyzed by the SPSS/PC WIN 19.0 program. Results: The depression of nursing students and other major students was not significantly different according to BDI score. Statistically significant difference was identified among sleeping. Conclusion: Specific study focused on the practice time should be done to confirm the depression of nursing major and other majors. Detailed support programs which specifically deal with sleeping should be developed to effectively reduce the harmful effects of individual vulnerability. Therefore, prevention and management system to reduce depression degree for university students is needed.

      • 여대생의 신체활동 참여에 따른 신체적 자기개념

        The purpose of this study was to investigated physical self-perception according to physical activity participation level for women's university students. The participants consisted of 254 students who selected in a major field of physical education(first group)·leisure(second group)·general(third group) study. The survey tools used in this study were the Physical Self-Description questionnaire in Korean version by Kim, Beuong-Jun(2001). The results we got through on-way-ANOVA with examined data as follows: 1. The first group is the hightest in aspect of sport competence, appearance, physical activity, flexibility, muscle strength, self-respect, endurance, general physical factors. In the sport competence, appearance, flexibility, muscle strength, self-respect, general physical factors, the first group is also higher than third group but makes no difference from the second group. 2. The second group is the hightest in aspect of sport competence, physical activity, flexibility, muscle strength, healthy, endurance, general physical factors. In the sport competence, physical activity, muscle strength, the second group is also higher than third group. 3. The third group is the hightest in aspect of body fat, self-respect.

        대학 농구 팀 수행성적에 따른 코치의 지도 행동 유형과 집단 응집력의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 남자대학 농구팀 수행성적에 따른 코치의 지도행동 유형과 집단 응집력의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 참여자는 총 101명으로 전국대회의 성적에 따라 우수팀과 비우수팀으로 수행성적을 구분하였다. 검사도구는 한글로 번안한 스포츠 리더십 검사지와 집단 응집력 검사지를 이용하였다. 농구 팀 수행성적에 따른 실제 지도행동 유형의 차이와 집단 응집력의 차이를 검증하기 위해 독립집단 t검증을 이용하였다. 코치의 지도행동 유형과 집단 응집력의 관계를 규명하기 위해 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 우수 농구팀의 코치들은 비우수 팀의 코치에 비해 전제적 행동을 많이 사용한다. 둘째, 우수팀은 비우수팀에 비해 집단 차원의 사회 응집력이 높다. 셋째, 농구 코치의 훈련과 지시 행동과 긍정적 피드백 행동은 우수팀의 집단 응집력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 농구 코치의 민주적 행동은 우수팀의 응집력에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 농구 코치의 전제적 행동은 수행성적에 관계없이 집단 응집력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. The purpose of present study was to examine coach's leader behavior type and team cohesion the relationship between the types of coach's leader behavior and team cohesion in good performance and bad performance basketball teams. One hundred and one athletes and eight coaches of eight University basketball teams from Seoul and Kyongee were selected, and questionnaires measuring Leadership Scale for Sports (Chelladurai & Saleh, 1980) ad sports cohesion (Lee et al., 1993, 1994) were administered. The good performance and bad performance teams were determined by team's winning records. Independent t-test and stepwise multiple regression were used for statistical analyses. The conclusions from the findings are; (1) The coaches of good performance teams tend to use more Autocratic behavior than the coaches of "bad performance", (2) The good performance teams have higher Group Intergration-Social cohesion than the bad performance teams, (3) Coaches' Trainning and Instruction behaviors have a positive influence on cohesion of good performance teams, and (4) Coaches' Democratic behaviors have a negative influence on the cohesion of the good performance teams, while coaches' Autocratic behaviors have a positive influence on the cohesion of basketball teams regardless of their team performance.

      • 리더십 향상을 위한 기체조 프로그램 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 여자대학생들의 리더십 향상을 위한 기체조 프로그램을 개발하고, 실제 그 프로그램 적용의 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구참여자는 서울 소재 S 여자대학생 총 6명을 대상으로 주 2회, 회당 60분, 6주간 본 연구에 참여하였다. 실험기간 전, 후에 여자대학생들의 사회심리적 변화를 알아보기 위해 신체적 자기개념과 자아존중감, 그리고 생활만족 검사를 실시하였다. 수집 된 자료는 집단 내의 대응표본 t-검정(paired t-test)을 실시하여 사전 · 사후 평균간 차이의 유의성을 검증하였으며, 연구 참여자의 개별 프로파일을 작성하였다. 분석결과, 집단내에서 신체적 자기개념의 하위요인 중 스포츠 유능감 (p<.05), 지구력(p<.05), 근력(p<.05)요인에서 시점 간에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 자아존중감 분석결과, 집단 내의 긍정적 자아존중감(p<.05)에서만 시점 간에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 생활만족 분석결과, 집단 내의 생활만족 (p<.05)에서 시점 간에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 리더십 향상을 위해 개발된 기체조 프로그램이 여대생들의 신체적 및 정신적 건강에 효과가 있는 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this research is to develops of Energy Exercise Program for Leadership and verify the effect of the actual program application. This research participants consists of six female S university students in Seoul, the research has been performed for six weeks (two times a week, 60 minutes per one time). To find out social-psychological change of female university students before-after the experiment, Physical self-concept, self-respect and life satisfaction test were performed. Paired t-test in a group was performed with the collected data, verified effectiveness of the before-after difference between means and individual profile of the research participants was prepared. The result of analysis was: there is a significant difference between time among the lower factors of physical self-concept in a group, sport ability (t=-6.37, p<.05), endurance(t=-2.73, p<.05), physical strength(t=-2.98, p<.05). As the analysis of self-respect, there is a significant difference only for positive self-respect(t=-.176, p<.05) in a group between time. As the analysis result of life satisfaction, there is a significant difference between time in a life satisfaction (t=-2.52, P<.05) of a group. As you see the result of research, to enhance leadership energy exercise program is effective for the physical & metal health through developed female energy exercise program participation.

      • 발레무용수의 실수원인과 대처방안 탐색

        A purpose of the study is to find when ballerinas make mistakes in the state of practice and performance and to find how to overcome mistakes by researching qualitatively and making useful information for reducing mistakes by developing effective guide studies. This research took 13 professional ballerinas and specialists on ballet to find causes of mistakes and how to cope with them. They are all interviewed and contents of interview has been analysed as follows. The causes of mistakes in practice and performance are divided into four parts by physical working capacity, psychological working capacity, environmental working capacity and ability working capacity. The cause of mistakes by ballerinas in practice is branched in physical working capacity are fatigue, lake of physical strength and an injury. In mental working capacity are distractibility, uneasiness of insufficient movement, lake of tension, a fall of motive, self-admiration, lake of confidence, uneasiness about mistakes that are made in the past, uneasiness about their role, an inferiority complex, note to the shortage of the sight and too much desire. In environmental working capacity are poor environment, lake of teamwork, lake of partnership, too much anticipation from the and condition of toe shoes. Lastly, ability working capacity are lake of rhythmic sense, too much movement in the fast music, lake of the sense of balance and lake of high techniques. To overcome the mistakes that are made by physical working capacity, to control their condition, act alternatively and self-controlling. To overcome the mistakes that are made by mental working capacity, to concentrate on the theme, mental training, control themselves, regulation of practice, avoidance of circumstances, act positively, consultation with a coach, do the assignment first, control their condition and act alternatively. To overcome the mistakes that are made by environmental working capacity, regulation of practice, adoption, act alternatively, talk, prepare beforehand, be friendly and counsel. Finally to overcome the mistakes that are made by ability working capacity, act alternatively, control themselves, regulation of practise, talk to the couch, concentrate on theme. In the performance, physical working capacity are classified as a lack of physical stamina and injury, in psychological working capacity ate classified as lack of concentration, lack of excitement, immoderation of ambition, lack of tension, lack of self-confidence, note on the shortage of vision, an inferiority complex, being uneasy about mistakes that are made in the past, being uneasy about insufficiency of the movement, a responsibility of their role and self-admiration. Environmental working capacity are classified as a problem with clothes, lack of preparation of properties, the condition of tie-shoes, a quality of sounds, setting of stage, lights on stage, floor of stage, mistakes that are made by their partners and colleges, response from the audience and lack of partnership. Lastly in ability working capacity is classified as lack of learning skills and the sense of balance. In the performance, plans for coping with mistakes that are made by physical working capacity are to act alternatively, modulation of condition, to control themselves, slackness. Plans for coping with mistakes that are made by psychological working capacity are to control themselves, to act alternatively, practice beforehand, self-suggestion, self-talking, concentrate on a theme, concentrate on the performance, control their condition, meditation, preparation beforehand, acting alternatively, a sense of responsibility and enough recess. Plans for coping with mistakes that are made by environmental working capacity are preparation beforehand, act alternatively, encouragement, mental training, concentration on the theme, requesting beforehand and adaption. Finally plans for coping with mistakes that are made by ability working capacity are to concentrate on theme and preparation beforehand. Based on the results, to reduce mistakes, regulation oause of mistakes in four branches and learning all the plans for each mistakes.ause of mistakes in four branches and learning all the plans for each mistakes.

      • 무용수업의 재미가 수업만족과 무용선호도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to identifyhow a degree of enjoyment in dance classes affects the preference for dance through examining the relationship between satisfaction from the enjoyment the dance classes and preference in dance, and then to suggest directions to revitalize dance classes with presenting positive effects of dance. As methodology of the research, convenience sampling in non-probability sampling was adopted based on 271 set of data which were collected from questionnaires conducted to the first and the second grade high school students in Seoul in 2008. To examine satisfaction and preferences in dance in accordance with enjoyment level of dance classes and to verify the hypothesis, SPSS 12.0, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysiswere used in the research. The results through the above methodology are as below. First, demographic characteristics partially affect enjoyment factors in dance. Depending on social class, there exist significant differences in the sub-factors in terms ofphysical and mental health maintenance. In specific, notable differences were shown between middle-high level and high level groups, middle level and middle-low level groups, middle-low level and low level groups. There was, however, no significant difference made according to academic year, grade ofschool work and experience in dance. Secondly, it was identified that enjoyment level of dance classes affects that of satisfaction in dance classes. Looking at the sub-factors of class enjoyment, physical and mental conditions and a sense ofachievement statically affects class management, teaching and environment. Also, the maintenance ofphysical and mental health makes static influences in students' health which is subset of satisfaction factors. Lastly, enjoyment level ofdance classes affects preference in dance classes. Maintenance ofphysical and mental health, social development, and a sense of achievement have static influence on preferences in dance classes.

      • 코칭지식의 개념적 모형개발

        The ultimate goal of the study on sports coaching is to characterize the desirable properties of athlethis goal, this thesis is to propose a comprehensive ate coaches, and to find or train a coach with these characteristics. Sequential study with two steps is required to build a complete and, at the same time, practically applicable model of the coaching knowledges. In the first step, the coaching knowledges should be classified properly into knowledge elements which may be conceptual but should be homogeneous in nature. The final step is to find comprehensive and specific relationships among these elements. Each step of the study should be carried out both theoretically. At first, logical approach with carefully designed a priori will be applied to construct the model. However, theoretical approach is not sufficient since the validity of the theoretical results should be checked or the quantitative nature of the results Should be investigated. The first step of the study begins with a quite extensive survey of existing literatures on the study of sports coaching. The proposed structure shares a common framework with the teaching knowledge model. More specifically, since activities of a sports coach is very similar to those of athlete teacher, our model is based upon the athlete teaching knowledge model. By identifying the fundamental similarities and differences between athlete teachers and sports coaches, the structure of the coaching knowledge model has been derived with hierachial classifications of the coaching knowledges into 4 high-level knowledge elements with several middle-level knowledge elements for each high-level elements. The study is highly complicated if the possible relationships among the knowledge elements are to be investigated entirely. Therefore, focus is put on the relationships among middle level elements of the coaching application knowledge. This kind of study has both academic and practical significance in itself, and shows the reasonable way of studying the relationships among other knowledge elements of the model.

      • 스포츠 코칭이론에 관한 탐색

        The purpose of this study was to examine coaching theory on sport. Coaching refer to the process of influencing athletes toward sets goals. Its study has history in the industrial and psychological literatures. Most of this study has been from four major approaches. The traits approach assumes great coaches possess a set of universal personality traits that are essential for effective coaching. The behavioral approach assumes that a relatively universal set of behaviors are characteristic of successful coaches. The interactional approach posits that it is the interaction of the situation and a coach's behaviors that determine effective leadership. This approach assumes that there is not one best type of coach but that leadership style and effectiveness depend on fitting the situation and qualities of the group's members. Chelladurai1990, who developed the Multidimensional Model of Sport Leadership, considers group performance and member satisfaction to depend on how well three types of coach behavior-required, preferred, and actual-mech the antecedents being the characteristics of the situation, the coach, and the members. Positive outcomes, performance and group satisfaction accur if the three types of coach behavior are congruent. That is, if a coach uses behaviors prescribed for the particular situation that are consistent with the preferences of the members, optimal performance and member satisfaction will result. The Leadership Scale was established to help test the model, and its use has supported the model. Effective coaching in sport apparently depends on the qualties of the coach, coching style, situational factors, and characteristies of the followers. Based upon the resuls of the sports coaching, a basic structure of the coaching knowledge model suggested in this study. Since activities of a sports coach is very similar to those of athlete teacher, our model is based upon the athlete teaching knowledge model.

        천궁의 향신료로서의 이용 연구

        This study was performed to develop natural spices using Cheongung (Cnidium officinale) which is one of the Korean medicinal plants, Cnidium officinale is a perennial plant of the Umbelliferae family and is widely distributed in Korea. The overall acceptances of flavor and color, and the masking effects on meaty and fishy flavor of Cnidium officinale were investigated by sensory evaluation. The overall acceptances of fresh Cnidium officinale were the highest, followed by freeze dried and hot air dried samples. The meaty and fishy flavor of cooked pork and fish were significantly reduced by the addition of fresh, hot air dried and freeze dried Cnidium officinale. Cnidium officinale showed similar or higher masking effects on meaty and fishy flavor compared with black pepper.

      • 기포탑에서 고정화 포도당산화효소 반응 특성

        Gluconic acid has been used as a food additive because of its juicy taste and biologically active properties. In this study, gluconic acid was produced from glucose using immobilized glucose oxidase. The effect of aeration rate on glucose oxidation in a bubble column at 30℃ were investigated, and the glucose consumption rates were 3.57×10^(-2), 4.44×10^(-2) and 5.03×10^(-2) g/L·min at 1, 3 and 5 vvm. The conversion rates were 39.9 % at 1 vvm, 52.8 % at 3 vvm and 53.2 % at 5 vvm. The 2.5 L stirred tank with agitation rate of 10 rpm and bubble column were compared in terms of the glucose oxidation rates and conversion ratio at 30℃ and 3 vvm. The glucose consumption rates and conversion rates of two reactors were similar. Therefore, it could be noted that the bubble column might be more suitable for this purpose.
